It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Loved our short stay in Cheltenham at Brett's place. . . the lounge was very relaxing with its remote control lights :-)!!!

Lovely place to stay. Easy access to Malvern Hills and close to the station. Angie provided lots of helpful information and it was all clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

The apartments were quirky very clean and comfortable warm and welcoming. The kitchen had everything you would need. The furniture was very comfortable as were the bedrooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean. There were also games for both young and old. The building is full of quirky items and paintings and thoughtfully planned throughout. The towels and linen was very clean and plentiful. Our pet was also welcomed which is a big bonus for us. The lodgings is located within very easy reach of the local area so you are not to far away from anywhere. The cars were also very safe in the gated car park. When we come back to the area which will be fairly soon we will be booking again and look forward to returning.

I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs at this point either through my booking or with someone else, I cannot stress enough how fantastic this little place was, and how wonderful Sally and Jonathan were, this was by far the best Airbnb experience I've had. The flat was absolutely perfect, and pristine clean, everything was beautiful and you couldn't have wanted for anything. the location is very central so it isn't quiet but that's what comes from such a great location. I would and intend to stay here again, you couldn't want for anything more.

We had a very memorable relaxing stay in this lovely warm and well kitted out barn. the venue was stunning and the location excellent. The place was kitted out weigh very tasteful and good quality furnishings and bedding and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

Lise was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness in leaving us some milk, food etc. in the fridge, which made us feel very welcome. The flat was very warm and quiet, but also right in the town centre. If you want to enjoy the Brecon Beacons, but to stay in a town with all the facilities, this is the perfect place. great host. the place is fully kitted out, pots, pans, cleaning stuff etc, so really easy. quick walk to town across the river and Danny was really helpful with pub recommendations etc. would definitely stay again if in brecon.

We had a great stay at Jane's place. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family. Kitchen very well stocked, all the rooms were lovely and the beds very comfy. Jane was very proactive with recommendations in the area and ensuring everything was sorted for us. Highly recommended.

Excellent location within easy distance of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy to check in and flexible on check in and check out. Very well appointed and kitted out accommodation which was very clean and lacked nothing. Comfortable beds and linens. Very sociable space. Helpful, responsive and informative hosts. The eight of us had a fantastic stay in such a lovely house.

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

Excellent host. When I said we were checking in close to midnight- he left the front light on so we could easily find the place in the dark and left the heating on so the house wouldn’t be cold. Did that all on his own initiative . Also flexible on check out time which was much appreciated

This is our third or fourth stay here and I love it so much. It’s probably one the coolest Airbnbs I’ve rented in terms of the decor, and it is perfectly located for a weekend in Cheltenham. We typically go out for a great meal in Cheltenham, there are 9-10 brilliant restaurants within an eat 10 minute walk, then see something at the Everyman theatre on the Saturday. Makes for a great city break and we really enjoyed ourselves this time. £11 for 24 hour parking in the massive car park just at the back of the house. Love this place, thanks to Ian for being a great host.

Smart well-designed flat with a kitchen crammed with all the neccessary bits & bobs… and way more. Cozy bedroom with a bed that made for a restful night. Bathroom was clean and modern. Parking arrangement was quite convininet - permit for the zone around the local streets. A real coffee machine was much appreciated. As were thoughtful touches all over the flat.

Second stay at the flat in Cheltenham week, great responsive host, excellent location, lovely flat

Quiet residential spot, but within easy reach (about ten mins walk) of restaurants and shops in the centre. We used the flat as a base for a few days’ walking, and it was perfect for that. Kitchen is well equipped and the living areas are comfortable.

Met with family members for a weekend treat. We were able to walk easily to everywhere we wanted to visit from this Benbow Quay apartment: Severn Theatre, Museums, Quarry Park, Shrewsbury Prison, Award-winning Shrewsbury Market Hall, and the river is right there to stroll along. Eating and drinking options within a few minutes' walk if required. We mostly ate in and enjoyed sharing the comfortable space together. There is one parking space. The accommodation was just as indicated and suited four of us perfectly. Was warm, had plenty of hot water, was lovely and clean, and quiet. Soaps and lotions etc. provided in bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. Four settings of kitchen crockery, cutlery and glassware; coffee machine, knives, chopping boards and a selection of cooking pans. Mark gave good location and checking-in instructions and was an excellent and communicative host, and we thank him.

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

easy to find using Debbie's clear instructions. the flat is really lovely, everything two people need is there. didnt use the kitchen to prepare anything other than hot drinks and sandwiches so cant comment on cooker. thank you for leaving us milk and teabags much appreciated the accommodation is close to some amazing restaurants all in walking distance. cafe round the corner for a wonderful breakfast fir less than a tenner! stunning views of the Long Mynd. very comfortable bed, nice bath/shower, we had a great stay.
