The house is beautiful, completely new and very comfortable. We found everything we needed and all was very clean. It’s a perfect space for 4 people. Also the host has been super kind and very much available to any of our questions or request. The only comment, for the sake of clarity, it’s about the area: it’s a kind of residential neighborhood (a lot of new houses) and you definitely need a car to move around, go to beach or do grocery. We really enjoyed our stay and would be glad to come back one day!

The Villa is absolutely wonderful- beautifully equipped and was the perfect location for our 3 families with our own privacy as well as the fantastic communal spaces. Having our own jetty was a huge advantage, and we moored our paddle boats there and went for a swim every morning. Brigita was a fantastic host and arranged wonderful experiences for us - including a very special 50th birthday party celebration for my brother-in-law. I can't recommend this place enough.

Villa Saga is an amazing private family home. The internal & external amenities will surpass your expectations. We had a minor challenge during our vacation and something the host had no control over - both Samra and her husband could not have been more responsive, helpful and caring. This location and Villa are breathtaking - best Airbnb we’ve been to by a huge distance. Thank you for making my wife and our family stay so memorable

Das Haus ist ideal für einen ruhigen und entspannenden Aufenthalt mit bis zu 8 Personen. (9, wenn einer auf der Couch schläft) Die wunderschöne Terrasse und der Grill tragen zur Erholung genauso bei, wie der Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abgelegen, aber in 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der nächsten Stadt. Ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Strand. Der Strom kommt über eine PV Anlage, welche bei uns immer 100% funktioniert hat. Strom- oder Wasserausfälle hatten wir nie. Katja und ihre Kinder sind sehr sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Auf jede Frage gab es umgehend eine Antwort. Hat etwas gefehlt, hat Katja es besorgt. Da kann man in Ruhe entspannen.

Paradise is the right way to describe this listing. Our family absolutely loved our stay. Our host was super friendly and very accommodating with great local suggestions. Highly recommended!

Great villa in a quiet location with a fabulous view. Host Ljiljana very helpful and even organised a guided tour of Korcula to celebrate a landmark birthday. Highly recommend.

Villa Klematis feels like a little corner of paradise hidden near the sea. We absolutely loved our stay here. Vladimir was such a thoughtful host. The house is so charming and full of beautiful antiques with a very well equipped kitchen. The grounds feel like you’re in a Roman villa and the pool area is something very special indeed. Do come armed with mosquito spray but this is as you would expect in such a lush garden. We hired a boat for a few days and moored it outside the house which was wonderful (you do need a boat licence though). The walk into town is made easy by taking the shuttle boat taxi for €1 which picks up at the dive centre and runs all day till 10pm. You can buy fresh fish from the local market in Vela Luka and the local butcher was excellent too. Vladimir kindly keeps the bbq stocked with wood. It was all perfect. We are already planning to come back again.

Aldo was a wonderful host. We booked this accommodation very last minute, but even so, we found the house to be in pristine condition. Aldo greeted us upon arrival and efficiently guided us through all the amenities. The house is very well appointed with beautiful interior and exterior spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals from the local fish and produce markets. We really liked the thoughtful design of the bedrooms, which had plenty of closet space, well-placed light switches, and outlets. During some rough weather, we appreciated the spacious and comfortable living room where we were able to easily connect a laptop to watch TV, or just watch the storm roll through. Due to the previously mentioned weather, the pool required cleaning. Aldo was courteous and communicative in arranging time for the pool maintenance. All in all, we really enjoyed the accommodation and highly recommend it! PS - The sunset view was spectacular!

What a wonderful spot! The villa stylish, comfortable and super well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and AC in every room. We swam in the sea right in front of the house every morning. The town of Ivan Dolac was such a great size: super chill and sleepy but there are a few great restaurants, a bakery and a grocery store. Elisha and Matt were super helpful and responsive. They also gave us some really great hiking and restaurant recommendations. We were sad to leave! I hope we can make it back sometime in the future.

Úžasné místo s úchvatnou zahradou plnou zeleně, kde si budete připadat téměř jako na pustém ostrově někde v karibském moři. Nádherné, obrovské palmy, banánovníky, agáve, yuky a spousta dalších nádherných rostlin, kaktusů, olivovníků a keřů. Přesto že sto metrů od domu jsou příjemná místa na koupání v moři, kam jsme chodili ráno, kdy byly malé pláže pusté, je vám k dispozici nádherný osvetlený bazén, kde na vás od nikud není vidět, takže máte na koupání i odpočinek celý den i večer, absolutní soukromí. Děti i my jsme večer využili hřiště s šipkami a "golfovým kulečníkem" . Oba domy jsou velmi moderně a komfortně vybavené, navíc s příjemnými mořskými doplňky a dekoracemi. Využívali jsme i venkovní gril na dřevo/dřevěné uhlí, který perfektně fungoval, s jídelním stolem, který zakrývala zelení obrostlá pergola. Je to skutečný ráj, který v budoucnu velmi rádi navštívíme znovu a určiti na více než čtyři dny, které byly opravdu málo.

What a lovely place to stay! The Villa was gorgeous!!! Air con worked a treat and the place was spotless. Swam/ snorkelled every day in the sea and made use of the paddle board. Outside space and pool was great. Ample seating, sun loungers and outside dining, all great. Also made use of the pool table downstairs. Rented bikes for the week through Stjepan, which came with locks, helmets and lights. We used these every day to cycle to Trstenik for breakfast & dinner (about 25/30 mins with a view to die for) and also cycled to Matusko restaurant in the opposite direction, same distance. A bit hilly at the start and finish ( it is at sea level after all!), and some of us walked the bike’s occasionally. We are mid 50’s so very manageable. Did Ston & Korkula on separate days and went wine tasting at Madirazza. The GRK is lovely!!!! Not only were Stjepan and Mate helpful before our stay, they also have a team on the ground who are brilliant. Would come again, and again, and again!!!!

Great and beautiful accommodation offering stunning views. Very private. Great small pool ideal for our young daughter (5yr old and could stand everywhere). Konoba and small supermarket at walking distance, big supermarket very close by. Short car drive from Korcula city and beaches at Lumbarda and 40 min drive from Vela Luka. We loved our stay here and we definitely recommend this accommodation.

Traumhaft wäre noch untertrieben. Einer unserer schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Das gesamte Haus gibt einem das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Und Jadranko, als ob man sich schon Jahre kennt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wird mit viel Herzblut betrieben. Der Pool wird alle drei Tage gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser aufgefüllt. Immer mit Voranmeldung und ohne das es stört. Und für den Bauch gibt es von Mama noch super leckeren Kuchen. Hausgemachtes Olivenöl und Likör stehen bereit. Auch sonst ist alles für einen Start da. Man muss nur noch Lebensmittel kaufen 😀 Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und man hat sogar seinen eigenen Platz um ins Meer zu kommen. In Echt ist es noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Auch wenn in der Beschreibung etwas anderes steht. Es gibt heißes Wasser 😉 Vielen lieben Dank nochmals Jadranko und seiner Mama für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub und diese außergewöhnlich herzliche Betreuung. Hvala lepa 😀

Charlotte and Babak were extremely 😊 good hosts, their communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to help us on arrival and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very comfortable, in a fantastic location with amazing views and close to everything. The pool was very clean and was wonderfuly refreshing. There was plenty of outdoor seating, tables and sun loungers, plus a gas BBQ. The house is very spacious and everything was very clean. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our stay. Nous avons une semaine à deux familles de 4 personnes. Notre séjour a été sublime !!! Autant par la qualité de la maison, de l’environnement que de Lars. Lars habite la maison mitoyenne en toute discrétion et est donc très réactif avec une extrême gentillesse. Il a été d’un très bon conseil: réservation d’un taxi de 8 pour notre départ à 5h du matin, d’une table “VIP” lors de notre sortie journée en bateau, recommandations d’excursion, attention pour nos demandes. La maison est au delà d’être conforme, nous avons pu profiter de tous ses atouts extérieur (terrasse avec vue sur Oliviers et mer ombragée, piscine, nombreux transats avec nombreux endroits pour être isolé ou à plusieurs…) et intérieur puisque nous avons eu une journée d’orage et avons pu profiter de côté très cosy. Lars a décoré avec beaucoup de goût sa maison. Nous vous recommandons vivement Lars et sa maison.

Amazing, beautiful, the list is long! We stayed in Irena’s wonderful house for 2 weeks and didn't want to leave. It is incredibly well equipped, everything you need, it’s just like a home from home. From coffee machines, washing facilities and fantastic barbecue there was nothing missing. The outdoor space is super, so many places to sit, sunbathe, eat and relax and the pool (with the amazing view) is gorgeous. The property was easy to find, even in the dark. A long journey from Dubrovnik (we knew this was going to be the case) but remember to factor it in. The surrounding areas are, without a doubt, the most beautiful we have ever been to. Irena is an amazing host. Prior to our visit I had many questions, she was very responsive and helpful. We were very late to the house, due to an issue with the car company, and Irena was very patient. During our visit I also had more problems with the car and she couldn't do enough for us. We would love to come back one day, thank you!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Meine Frau und ich waren dort für eine Woche. Die Lage ist unglaublich toll und die Gastgeber sind super lieb! Alles sehr gut organisiert und eine echt coole Unterkunft mit einer schönen Aussicht aufs Meer, welches vor deinen Füßen liegt. Wer abschalten will und sich wirklich erholen will, ist das die perfekte Option! 5 Sterne!!!

We were 9 friends in the villa and were enchanted by the setting. The villa was extremely well set up and served all our needs . The sea is crystal clear and accessivly by ladders from a stone platform and a fun slide. We loved it The small village itself has no shop snd the only bar was already closed ( last september week). But our lovely taxi driver stopped at a supermarket so we could get plenty of provisions. The small shop in the neighbouring village was walkable in ca 35 to 40 minutes, albeit only on the road. We did not mind that very much since we knew in advance from Ivo and Anita that renting a car may be a good idea since there was no public transport of any kind. But we preferred just a couple of taxi rides from a driver that Ivo and Anita had recommended. We had a wonderful time.

We have just got back from 10 days staying at Fabijan's villa. When we found the listing it looked too good to be true but in reality, it exceeded our expectations! The villa was just as it looked in the pictures, spotlessly clean inside and out. Kitchen was very well equipped, we were welcomed with fruit, wine and water! Good wi-fi. The pool was gorgeous, again spotlessly clean, the outdoor shower was hot water, the outside loo a real bonus .... no cobwebs you might expect to find in outdoor facilities! Plenty of shade throughout the day in varying places around the pool which can be topped up with the moveable umbrellas. I wasn't expecting a table tennis but we had great fun! Then of course there was the balcony upstairs, perfect to sit with a drink and watch the sunset! All this in perfect peace and quiet. We spent all our time at the villa, just going out for shopping and a couple of trips. You will need a car! Can't think of anything to make it better, we're going back next year!
