We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for skiing at Belleayre and accessing restaurants as well as other activities. The space is very clean and perfectly appointed. Charlie was always proactive at communicating and available if anything arose. 4-Wheel drive is necessary in the winter - snow removal was always very prompt. We had a great stay and would absolutely go back.

This was just what we needed. A nice escape from the city. The lake is gorgeous and the quiet was phenomenal. Not gonna lie the steps are a workout, but since that was the only con, it was a totally worth it. Besides, meant I didn’t have to worry about missing workouts. The apartment was so cute and cozy. Everything was super clean. When I had any questions, they were answered immediately. Thank you so much for a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Ted’s, they thought of every possible amenity and the place was spotless. Greenwood Lake is a terrific little haven for rest and relaxation. We can’t wait to book again!

Clean, spacious, and close to Belleyare. Dustin was very responsive and left clear instructions.

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was like having a snug nest in the forest. Yet, you could hop in the car and visit nearby stores and restaurants in minutes. I especially liked the park that was just down the road where I walked my dog every day. All in all a great place.

This place was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Clean studio right on the lake, nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the frozen lake from bed.

Great weekend in the Catskills - Ian’s place is clean, well kept and had all amenities needed for a snowy hiking and relaxing weekend. The indoor fireplace was amazing. There is someone else living on the property, out of sight and earshot. Very private, cozy property - the stream in the back was beautiful! Recommend highly!

You can pick the house, not the weather, so so glad we picked Rick's lake house. Its the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend. Awesome host, awesome house, will be back!

We had such a great time staying at this place. Being close to the lake and to nearby towns like Hawley was such a treat. The house was much bigger than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed how cozy the inside was and how great the outdoors was. Also, Heather was extremely responsive and helpful! Hosted a golf trip with friends here and the house was easily the highlight of the trip. Such beautiful views/amenities that made us all feel right at home, we didn’t want to leave. Dave was very helpful and responsive in a timely manner, highly recommend staying here!

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

We loved the apartment, very well located, just few steps from the mountain, easy check in, very clean, with a lot of space! We loved everything and will definitely be back next ski season.

Great apartment for a ski weekend to Big Boulder. Clean, cozy, comfortable apartment that easily fit our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). We visited in the winter but could easily see how the apartment would be great during the summer, fall, and even spring. Beautiful view, well-appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sharon’s for a weekend of skiing. Sharon’s ski condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean and neat. It was decorated so nice and felt so cozy! The views of the lake and mountain were beautiful. It was a very peaceful. We absolutely loved it. The location was great for skiing at big boulder. Sharon was a the best host as communication was excellent and Sharon was so friendly. She allowed us to check out a little later in the date of our departure. There was tons of information on all local places etc and a guest handbook with any/all information you would need. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Sharon for sharing your ski condo with our family

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Beautiful place! It looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive.

Scott’s place was very nice and peaceful. We stayed at several properties in the Jack Frost development, and this one was the nicest. Check in was easy and flexible with an electronic door lock. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit were definitely helpful. The amenities were as listed and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.
