Curtis’s place is the perfect spot to be close to White Point Beach and Liverpool. They had everything you could possibly need and more set up, the space was clean and accessible. The outdoor space really makes this place special! Hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was an amazing, relaxing weekend. Stephanie was extremely responsive to our message when we had trouble finding the place initially, and Peter was also extremely helpful! Thank you both for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back :)

this place is a gem, the bed is so comfy, trust me this is important. we have been to a few airbnb lately and this one wad so clean, very impressive. the spot is beautiful and so peaceful:) amazing host as well

Mark's place was lovely! I and a group of 7 adults came here for a getaway. The pellet stove was super nice and easy to use and the hot tub was just as relaxing. Overall we didn't have any issue with the hot tub only fitting 6 as usually we didn't all want to use it at once anyways. Some of us found that the beds were even more comfortable than our beds back home and the place felt well put together. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and private with lots of outdoor seating. We also made use of the outdoor games that were available! The kitchen had everything we needed.Mark was also a fantastic host and responded to us within 10 minutes when we had any questions. Overall would definitely return!

Joseph’s place is beautiful. It’s quiet and the view is amazing. Great location not too far from the city. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at Tara’s cottage and we can’t say enough good things about it! It was very clean and had everything you might need for your stay. The hot tub and wood stove made our stay feel very cozy and relaxing! Not to mention the amazing lake view! Tara was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the warmer months to enjoy the lake! Thanks again Tara!

We decided for 2025 we would do staycations with Nova Scotia because that’s where we’re from. This place did not disappoint! It was cozy! Very comfortable! Not as private as we would like, but the neighbours were very friendly. Waking up to the view and the smell of the salt water with something I’ve met since my childhood and we would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and Thelma had the place nice and cosy for us when we arrived. For anyone that’s not experienced Nova Scotia before this place is central to a lot of things, a lot of attractions and great local stores if you may have forgot to pick something up along your way. Would definitely recommend! ❤️

The location was so beautiful and quiet! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. The one amenity that we missed was a dryer but the portable washer worked well. The host was very communicative and we felt like we get got a great bargain. Even though I came from the west coast, I got up at sunrise each morning and it was memorable!

Magical location perched right on the lake. Super private. Absolutely spotless. Kitchen very well stocked with all sorts of dishes, bowls, cooking utensils. Surprisingly large bathroom (and so many clean towels and face cloths) Host was super responsive. Wood stove kept the place today warm all weekend. Loved that the deck deck was entirely gated so we could let our dog out. everywhere on We plan to return!

Beautiful spot. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working but the host was responsive to make it right. Overall, a great stay.

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

Larry’s cabin is modern and well-equipped, tucked away in the trees ten mins walk or a couple of minutes drive from the private beach. We felt at home and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. My daughter especially enjoyed the ladder ball, frisbee and bubbles as well as the little red squirrel which was around most days!

Peter and Hendrix were incredible hosts! Their place felt like a home away from home. The place was very well stocked and you could tell they put a lot of thought into what would make people feel comfortable in a space. We brought our dog and the property was incredible with beautiful walking trails off the property. Chef Hendrix is a wonderful cook and the food tasted amazing. Myself and my friends had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. We’re so grateful for the experience ❤️

This was our second stay and we’ve already decided this is the place we want to go next year for our annual gathering. Beautiful views of the lake, fully stocked cottage, friendly hosts.

We were looking for a quiet place near Annapolis Royal yet out-of-town, and we found it. The trips to surrounding towns, restaurants, and tourist sites were easy and there was little traffic. Although not all the rooms in the cabin have been fully renovated yet, Patrick thoughtfully provided comfortable furnishings, and there were many 'homey' touches that we appreciated, like adequate lighting in each room, good quality linens and towels, and flowers on the table. We enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen, great shower, and deck for relaxing, outdoor breakfasts, and views of Milbury Lake from the private beach. Patrick was a responsive host and made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed.

I arrived feeling exhausted after a long drive from the USA. But, what a great place to land in Nova Scotia! I slept like a baby in a very comfy bed. The surroundings are beautiful--tucked amidst trees and overlooking the waters of La Have river- I found a little piece of paradise here. The cottage itself is charming. A well stocked kitchen including treats from the La Have bakery. Can't resist that! Joe is such a friendly and kind host. I appreciated that he was always quick to respond to any questions. He can tell you about all the sights and restaurants in the area. My favorite was Cresent Beach about a 15 minute drive--what a place to walk your dog and experience the ocean. I highly recommend staying here!

We were so pleased with our stay! Beautiful location, wonderful sandy bottom lake, privacy, comfort, very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again!

Jennifer’s place was an oasis. Spacious and beautiful with incredible surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to relax and chill in luxury this is it. Great for a small group of friends or family. Loved the hot tub and the incredibly thought out walking trails. Jennifer was more than informative and the place has everything you would need. Look forward to returning!

This cottage is amazing. It was clear that attention was paid to every detail. The beds were super comfortable, there were lots of activities for the kids (games, play station, colouring supplies etc), and the hot tub overlooking the ocean was just amazing. We really loved it and didn't want to leave.

We honestly couldn't believe how beautiful and pristine the property was, the picture's don't do it justice! We ended up arriving later on in the evening, so seeing the water and views in the morning was breaking! The place was so cozy, and had absolutely everything you would need. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone, with a few of us already dreaming of another getaway here!

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the cottage. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The place is very private and we got to enjoy the kayaks and a lovely bonfire under the stars. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly and responsive. This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I have stayed at and we are already planning to come again next summer. Highly recommended!
