房間、公用空間乾淨，入住天氣較冷除了被子櫃子還有備用毯子，也有專屬停車位，可減少找位置的麻煩，房東回覆很客氣，比較可惜的是只有客廳有電視。

懶人一枚的我，竟然也想花時間幫房東寫推文？🤔家族掃墓關係，提前回宜蘭，優質的房間遇到這棘手的假日和地點，難度真的有提高，想說都要花住宿錢了，乾脆當做回去度假好了，找了一個靠山靠海的美景清幽房，天氣也是很給力，光看照片心情就超好超療癒（實際進房也是，從一進大樓，整個氛圍氣場和磁場直接拉滿，寬敞、奢華、放鬆，進到房間也是很有家的感覺，隔天太陽灑進來，超愜意的氛圍，還能在陽台喝咖啡，飲水機也是超棒，可以隨時喝溫水和泡東西來喝。 衞浴、免智溫馬桶，也是超好用，床也是好睡到不想起床，療癒了我疲憊的身軀與撫慰了我疲倦的心靈，以後都要回來這邊充電加油。） 看到眾多評論讚賞，床好睡，空間、環境、景觀、房東用心服務、價格，CP值爆表，果真不虛傳。😎 搭高鐵的同時，突然接到來電，原本以為是電銷，正準備要說：不用不用，咖啦～掛電話的！🫣，結果是房東🤣，人超好🙃 來電告知可以提前入住之外，雖然我們還在北上高鐵的路途中，從高雄上去回台北和宜蘭的行程，也是滿到不行，延路晚上才到宜蘭，隔天又需要早起去掃墓，正想詢問想延遲退房收費，房東也超Nice和有愛與同理心的康愷回應，這份暖心地心意我們收到了，也希望日後再次回訪入住，以行動支持，把它納入口袋名單，推薦給更多朋友來，有機會一定要來體驗這個離海邊只要徒步5分鐘的俱放鬆又有人情味的房東家呦～

房間雖然簡單，但是很乾淨。跟照片完全一樣。而且地理位置相當方便。唯一的缺點就只有車位是機械式車位，所以較不方便。

一切都很棒很喜歡，下次會再想來😀

個人覺得洗澡水壓稍嫌不足，但整體環境設備非常地優，CP值高!

超推荐，离海滩很近，厕所也有暖气不怕冷，出入也很方便！

房源入住說明清楚且方便也好停車，衛浴.床鋪.環境都很乾淨，窗外景色優美，提供的設備也都用的不錯（衛浴有暖風機很加分，房內有可以看景的溫泉很讚，廚房也有提供基本調味料和鍋具碗盤很友善），有付費公設的選擇很棒（KTV.麻將室等），提供在住宿期間的團體活動選擇！這次跟朋友入住大家對整體都很滿意！房東友善有問題也都會解決，這邊很適合來放鬆渡假！

真的是海景第一排超棒的景觀，聽著海浪聲很有舒壓放鬆的感覺，是渡假的好居處，以後還會想回訪

It is a lovely place to relax and declutter your mind. The balcony has a pretty good view of the sea and the natural surroundings. Once you get your bearings, it is pretty easy to get around the area. Checking in had a bit of problem as I wasn’t familiar with the self check in procedures. But host was responsive throughout the process. Will consider to stay again for a weekend getaway.

We really liked our stay. The apartment was nice and convinient The host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Strongly recommended!

Great host.

A comfortable, quiet studio apartment in a high-rise building with a view of the beach. Good bathroom, wi-fi, hot water, space to put away your own stuff. Advice: if you want to do any cooking, food prep, or even slicing of fruit, let the owner know in advance. We did not, and when we arrived, the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. The host, however, provided us with kitchen tools when we requested them. The bed linen and towels could use an upgrade. But overall, a good apartment 100 meters from the walking path along the beach, with a host who is eager to please. Shopping streets are about a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

This place truly felt like a home away from home. The condo is wonderfully equipped with high-quality daily use necessities , making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host is incredibly responsive, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back again! I also appreciated having access to the downstairs workspace, which was perfect for my work needs.

An interesting concept of property. Good roof top for barbecue and smoking. walkable distance to the night market and restaurants in towns.

The apartment is awesome with nice surroundings. A pity it just rained non stop during my stay there. I hope to be back one day during summer

兩天的住宿非常的舒適，就像自己的家一樣，房源有暖氣，天氣濕冷都可以很溫暖，睡得很好，房源有溫泉可以泡、有小陽台可以看夜景、看火車，晚上想要簡單煮食也可以，來到宜蘭會再二訪的地方，推薦給大家哦。
