This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We had plenty of room for our family (6 adults and 3 little ones) and loved the privacy and peacefulness of this Airbnb. Our favorite thing to do was to spend our mornings out in the pool, lounge out on the patio with our coffee and take in the scenery. The pool was our favorite thing! Such a beautiful spot and we highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Great space for family of four! Walkable to beach and downtown area. We enjoyed exploring the beachfront. The pool was a nice amenity as well- clean and quiet.

Great stay. Older place, but very clean. Looked like the pictures. The view looking at the ocean was beautiful! Beach across the street was also very nice, with beautiful water. But, very windy during our stay. Not sure if that is the norm. Good beach ammeties provided by Alejandro. A/C is in bedrooms only, and worked great. The house and near neighboring homes were clean and felt safe. Driving to the house, could seem a bit unsettling to someone not used to PR, but all was good. One great restaurant in the neighborhood. Pasta Y Rico. Awesome. Overall, great place to stay for the money. Highly reccomend.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

This was the perfect spot for us! Very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking. The nearest beach is not safe for swimming but it’s still beautiful to sit in the sand and watch the waves. The swimmable beach is very close by! About 5 minutes driving, we went there every day that we were in Luquillo. We had some trouble with the lock box during check in/out and Alexis was very kind and patient with us. The next door neighbor, Christy, is a sweet heart and she came to introduce herself to us when we arrived. Next time we are in Luquillo we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alexis!

Town and environment was just what we expected. Location was perfect for getting around and exploring- centrally located to see San Juan as well as get to islands. We even went north of SJ. Best of all just 10 min drive to El Yunque- we were able to visit the rainforest 3 different days as it is so close and accessible. A car is a must to do all the exploration. If sitting on a beach or watching the town go by is your thing this is not the place but if you like to hike and get out and explore it is a perfect location with all the accommodations you need. The dorm frig was more than adequate to store breakfast and beverages and the small coffee pot provided just enough to get us out the door! We used a provided cooler every day and had beach chairs available when we did hit the beach. The food trucks (containers ) at the beach offered tons of delicious food and drink -highly recommend Cfood by chef GuGu. An excellent base for an active couple

This place was beautiful and within walking distance of many places. I walked to the beach on my free time Condado beach and it was about a 28 min walk. Michael was responsive when I had question he’d answer quickly. Close to restaurants. Place had plenty of space. AC worked as well. Would stay here again next time I go to PR which I plan again in a couple months.

This is a great house in a lovely residential neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. Highlights: House is generously stocked with all the little things you need, from welcome coffee to laundry detergent to a fridge with soda and beer. We were on a guys weekend with 4 guys and we appreciated that all the rooms were essentially identical. No fighting over who gets the master suite! When I messaged her, Francheska had great recommendations about where to go nearby. She pointed us to Numero Uno Beach House which became our go-to spot for beach lounging. We weren’t worried about security, but if you are, don’t be. The neighborhood feels very safe and is fully gated, with only one road in and out and a guard at the gate. If anything, we would have preferred less of a locked-in feel. Have fun!

Stayed here with my wife and 3 teenagers. Have to say that we are all sad to leave. The home had everything we needed- plenty of space, great little pool, basketball. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. When you are by the pool or on the roof, the views and surroundings are surreal. Neighborhood is great. Felt super safe the whole time. There are about 8 or 9 restaurants within walking distance and pretty much everything else in the area within 15 minutes driving. We had a couple of questions during the stay and Gerardo was very quick to respond. We did a lot while we were there, but could have easily just stayed at the house and relaxed. We will be back at some point!

Absolutely fantastic! This home had it all, of course the outdoor area was great but the view was INCREDIBLE! Sitting on top of the mountain, you have the view of the ocean and the mountains. Additionally, seeing the sun rise in the morning from your bedroom window or on the rooftop or by the pool was..... there are no words. Nicole was so communicative and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about this home and our experience there. It made a memorable trip to start with even better. Don't look any further, book this place. You wont regret it. :)

My friends and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb located right on Luquillo Beach. Seriously the most beautiful and quiet beach you will ever see. The pool was used basically everyday. It was nice to have a private area for us to use while we waited for other people to get ready for the day, or cool off after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. This air bnb is huge and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for our use. He recommended lots of places and activites for us to do. CNote the Jazz bar is a must. Great location, we were able to either walk or drive everywhere. 25 minutes to the rain forest, 25 minutes to farajado. Highly recommend his place and location!

Wonderful home perfectly placed for water adventures and rainforest hikes! Everyone loved the private pool and there were plenty of sleeping options. Totally recommend both the host and location!!!

The house was in a quiet & clean residential neighborhood. It was easy to drive to restaurants in Luquillo downtown and the kiosks. The location is perfect for exploring the beaches of Luquillo & Fajardo. It was also easy to get to the Fajardo Marina for excursions to the cays & to drive to El Yunque National Forest to explore the rainforest. The house was exactly as described & pictured. One bedroom had a queen bed & the other had two twins (plus both rooms had a twin sofabed). The living room & kitchen were comfortable and well stocked. The best part was the backyard and pool area. It was like a little oasis! It was so nice come back after a day of exploring & relax while the kids enjoyed the pool. The only cons were not in the Host's control so I hesitate to even mention. The mosquitos were bad but only one other reviewer mention them so I think we were unlucky & didn't take good precautions. Second beware if you visit over NYE and don't join in, the fireworks will keep you up!

This Puerto Rico Airbnb is great! Very convenient location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10mins to the airport, close to San Juan, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The place is very big, just as the pictures. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the thoughtful touches made our stay even better. The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great home and host! Our family of six had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted but the home also had wonderful common areas. We loved spending time outside by the pool (cooking and playing) and enjoying the view from the rooftop.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only minutes away from some of the island's best spots via Uber. Everything was super convenient, which made exploring Puerto Rico effortless and fun. The home itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal Puerto Rico

The home is very beautiful and looked just like pictures posted. The home was clean and had so many accommodations that made you feel right at home. Rafael was responsive to messages with clear instructions to access the property.

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!
