A perfect place for a short weekend getaway! Very peaceful, but never boring - the location was perfect for a mix of revitalization and adventure! I came here for a girls weekend with my friend and it was just perfect. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. I 100% percent recommend these hosts!

Cindy’s garage apartment was beautiful and well-stocked with all of the snacks and basics we could need. There’s even a dog washing station in the garage, and an electric car charger should you need. She provides a $25 gift certificate each night stayed to a local vineyard, brewery to restaurant, and there are many to choose from just a short 5-10 minute drive from the Airbnb! It was peak foliage when we went, and we had dinner at Magnolias at the Mill. We also checked out Bluemont Station Winery & Brewery, Bluemont Vineyard, Great Country Farms, Dirt Farm Brewing, and More Better (highly recommend!). All of these places were beautiful, dog-friendly and a short drive! If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in, bring an eye mask as there is a large skylight right over the bed!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Staunton! A very easy walk to downtown and the Blackfriar’s Playhouse. The area felt safe and it was easy to find. Included a parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about street parking, big plus for me! Super clean and cozy space, very accessible! There are some steps up to the door but just a few and there is a step up to the dining room which I believe is mentioned. But nothing crazy, still a great option if you’re looking for a ground floor spot to avoid stairs. Loved our stay!!

Such a friendly host who truly cares about this property and the people who stay in it. She has a lovely welcome book with lots of information. My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

My family and I stayed to visit Shenandoah national park. The location was excellent, as the park is a 10 min drive. Good food and shops are all walkable which was also a plus. The apartment was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the high ceilings and overall feel of the apartment.

We had a really nice stay at Cindy’s Airbnb! Beds and linens were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and we had plenty of space. Lovely space!

Great stay in beautiful Virginia. Staunton’s hills are great to get a good view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you walk up to the top of N Jefferson, you can get a pretty sweet view of the mountains in the winter. The stay at this Air B and B was great. It had everything you would need and a very cozy vibe. The decor in the Air B and B will bring you back to a more retro time period. Everything is thoughtfully placed with a focus on simplicity which I appreciated. Lots of great restaurants right down the road on West Beverly. Such a cool place to stay, unlike any other!

We are local and stayed at Isabella’s house while we had construction on our home. It was such a blessing to be able to have our dogs come with us. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Everything was super clean. We really enjoyed our time at this home away from home, and are planning on returning again soon with the ongoing construction of our home. Isabella is super responsive and helpful. She even brought us homemade cinnamon buns as a treat one evening!

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of steps. I had assumed (which I should not have) that the pool was going to be right outside of the main house. It was not. The main house is upstairs. There was, however, a pool house with a kitchen right next to the pool. Otherwise everything was comfortable and our family had a good time.

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

This place is a gem! Breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. Perfect get away place for couples.

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

Steve's place was great. my husband and I had lots to do while we were there. The hot tub was an extra bonus. We would stay there again.

It was perfect for my husband and I to have a quick weekend away to relax. Private, but also not far from any attractions. Tina was a wonderful host, super helpful and always available if we needed anything. The place is super cozy and clean, and has everything you would need. We definitely look forward to stay there again!
