If you're looking for a place to stay in Luxor, look no further. This place is spectacular! Hamdi and his team took great care of us, arranged transportation and guidance for our tours and even some of our meals. The hosts made sure that we got the best possible experience out of our trip. And our value for money was also through the roof. The place itself is very well maintained house with a beautiful garden and pool, and comfortable furnishings. The location is also great: in the West bank of the river, on the other side of Luxor temple, and within walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and a new boardwalk/promenade on the Nile. It can be tricky to get good guidance and help as a tourist in Luxor. But if you stay with Hamdi and his staff, that problem will be solved in the best possible way. As an extra point, our driver Mustafa turned out to also be a chef and taught us how to prepare delicious Egyptian dishes on the hotel's kitchen. That was a memorable experience too!

Unfortunately the main water pump of the city had broken during our stay but Mohammed gave us bottle of water and was always there to help us. The host proposed us private tour of the West Bank monuments, with interesting prices, I highly recommend him

El lugar es muy espacioso, cuenta con todo lo necesario para estadías largas o cortas. La cama es bastante comoda. Cocina y baño impecable. Ahmed fue muy atento y servicial con nosotros, nos ayudo con la llegada y salida del departamento . Además te ofrecen variadas opciones de tours por la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable 👌

Our 8 nights were a wonderful experience. We enjoyed greatly Abdo's arrangement for local transportation, including the return of my iphone that accidentally left in the car. Most of all we loved the hot air balloon ride that Abdo arranged for us. We walked the dirt roads daily, viewing the nearby Temble Habu, and shopping at the fruit and vegetable stand and the small grocery store nearby; twice we drove 30 minutes to the larger grocery store. The view from the balconies is incredible, especially in the mornings with the 25+ hot-air balloons in view. Abdo was always very responsive and helpful. As in many places in Egypt, the internet struggles when trying to watch video. The apartment was basic but had everything needed.

A great place to stay in Luxor! Spacious with a lovely view over the river. There is plenty to do and see in Western Luxor, and it's just a short walk to the river to get a ferry to the Eastern side. Ali, the host, was very communicative and friendly--he made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions promptly. Would stay again if we get the chance to come back to Luxor.

No os perdáis el alojamiento. Tan agradable como preciso en los servicios que puede ofrecer ofrecer por el momento (tanto Carine como Alí están en proceso de ampliar y mejorar sus instalaciones). Localizado en un entorno rural, en el lado del Valle de las Reinas y de los Reyes (Luxor) es, sin duda un remando de paz y silencio egipcio. Los desayunos son excelentes de verdad y a un precio insuperable. Carine es un encanto de mujer, suiza, muy alegre y súper trabajadora. Sin duda un lugar para alojarse cuando vayáis a visitar a Luxor, Karnak, el Valle de las Reinas, el Valle de los Reyes, el de los Artesanos, etc., a un precio y limpieza insuperable. Gracias Carine y Alí por vuestra ayuda y os deseamos lo mejor, en todos los sentidos.

Très bon séjour chez Mohamed. Le logement est dans une rue calme à 5min à pied des petits commerces et des quais du Nil. Les seuls points négatifs sont la piscine non chauffée (pas possible de se baigner en février si vous êtes frileux) et la wifi parfois limitée. Dans l’ensemble le logement était propre mais pas non plus impeccable. Si vous cherchez un logement abordable et proche du centre ville, vous pouvez y aller sans problème. Par ailleurs gros point positif Mohamed qui est le propriétaire nous a permis d’arriver à 1h15 du matin sans problème.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

Magnifique maison dans un superbe quartier paisible au bord du Nil. Maison vaste, nickel, super bien aménagée. Jardin splendide. Magnifique piscine qui a ravi notre fille. Emplacement idéal pour visiter louxor Est et Ouest. Des commerces à proximité. Des restaurants paisibles et bucoliques au bird du Nil à 2 minutes à pieds. Le ferry pour passer sur la rive Est ou des bateaux. Felouques pour admirer la nature de la rive Ouest. Mohamed nous a aidé pour réserver un vol en montgolfière. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés. Mohamed est adorable. C’est avec de la peine que nous avons quitté cet incroyable endroit. Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Au plaisir de revenir.
