Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und um einen Tag verlängert. Der Service mit Frühstück, Reinigung und Aufmerksamkeiten für die Kinder war herausragend. Das Haus ist schön gestaltet, der Garten ermöglicht eine komplette Abgeschiedenheit. Erneut vielen Dank, auch für die vielen Tips und Angebote Luxor zu besichtigen. One of the beautiful places we have stayed so far. The farm is very impressive, the room was clean while keeping a nice rustic look. The host was amazing helped us with activities around the area. The helpers at the stay were very nice and pleasant. The food was good - especially their soup, t was soothing! Highly recommend the place and we will be back!

I’ve left 5 stars for our stay as I didn’t want to negatively impact Walids rating. The place is very nicely decorated and he was very welcoming. Unfortunately we were unable to complete our stay as the place was advertised as having a baby cot, I also messaged to confirm. Unfortunately there was no baby cot on arrival which was less than ideal! Hopefully the listing has been updated. We would have stayed as a couple but not suitable for young children

Very welcoming and friendly host, peaceful location, incredible views. Communication with host very easy and he always replays quickly and in friendly manner. I will definitely book again when I go to Luxor. Thank you Badawy for a lovely stay and your company and gift on my Birthday party!!!

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

I really enjoyed my stay with Mostafa and the crew, it's surroundings is like paradise I wish I had stayed for longer so peaceful but only a few minutes from luxor temple, everyone there made sure I had everything I needed and the food was delicious, the room was clean and nicely decorated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will be back for longer next time !

Mohamed is a great host and gave us simple and quick check-in and check-out instructions. He provided options for us to book transportation, meals at his place and activities such as a balloon experience. He is very responsible and nice. His apartment met all our requirements. It is quite big and has a lot of light. We slept very well there. The apartment isn’t located in the city centre but it is close to the majority of the important temples on the west-side (check in Google Maps “Malkata House” as the apartment is located nearby). For us the location wasn’t a bit issue because anyway in Egypt you need to move with taxi (even if you are in the city centre there are many sites not in the city centre). Actually, I have to say the location was quite positive in the way that was quiet and peaceful, far from the noise of the city centre. I would fully recommend this apartment to have a pleasant stay in Luxor. If I come back to Luxor, Mohamed’s apartment will be definitely my option again

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

From Jade: "Great views of the west bank. I loved that this is actually a whole Rooftop above a lovely family's home. I didn't meet Mahmoud, but his wife is so sweet. I am very glad to have met her. She was so helpful and hospitable. The place is perfect to see everything below, but have your solitude at the same time. I really needed that. I felt very comfortable and safe."
