This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice, clean and quiet place, I loved staying here two days, it was so calm at night! Tarek is a very welcoming host and so is his daughter and whole family! My son and I really enjoyed spending some time with them! We would recommend to any guest coming to Luxor and looking for a great experience far from the craziness of the city! Tarek can also arrange transportation between the sites and hot air balloon tour for an unbearable price!

My stay at Abdol's Airbnb in Luxor was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Abdol was very professional and guided us through the check-in process, providing all the information we needed. The place itself was beautiful and made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved the interior decoration and even took inspiration from the local designs for our own space. The location on the West side of Luxor is ideal, with just a 3-5 minute walk to the public pier for easy access to the other side of the Nile. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to explore local cuisine. Abdol went above and beyond by helping us arrange our taxi to Sohag airport, which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back again!

Big thanks to Liza and Karen for amazing time in Luxor and in this house! Karem always helps with everything even in th middle of the night. He gave us many options to spend our time, and he become a friend to us in this journey. The view is unbelievable, we’ve never seen anything like that. The house itself is lovely, it had many little things for our comfort. The AC works nice. I wish everyone to see this place at least once, and I hope we’ll get a chance to visit Luxor again. P.S. you may meet some non-dangerous insects and lizards in the house, because it’s a desert; there’s nothing you or hosts can do with it, so it’s okay :) Even though there’s nothing you can do, Karem came to us and helped with little “roommates” in the middle of the night, so nothing was bothering us at all.

We enjoyed our one night at Full Moon House. Mostafa was very responsive with all communication and his nephew Mohamed checked us in and looked after us. The view from the balcony across the Nile was wonderful and we watched the hot air balloons at dawn from the rooftop. There are basic food places all around and the ferry to the East bank an easy walk. Cleanliness and maintenance lacked a little bit but the beds were clean and comfortable. The price was good and I would stay again.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem süssen Häuschen von Refaie verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig, komfortabel mit allen, was dazu gehört ausgestattet. Bequemes, grosses Dopellbett, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Esstisch.. Gasherd,Waschmaschine sind neu und hochwertig. Wir schätzten die Privatsphäre im Haus und Garten. 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu Habu Tempel. Die majestätischen Berge liegen vor uns. Möglichkeit essen zu gehen ist innerhalb einigen Minuten da. Auch Market und Shops. Zum Nil sind es ca. 5 km. Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang dauert etwa 45 Minuten. Dieses bequemes und komfortables Häuschen war bach unserer Geschmack. einfach toll. 🥰

Spacious, clean, and comfortable ground floor apartment located one block from the west bank corniche. There are several very good restaurants nearby, and a mini market as well. The bed linen is of good quality, but the basics less so. The host is very kind and responsive. In case you need a strong WiFi for work, suggest you double check with the him if the WiFi has been upgraded as the current one doesn’t support teleconferences.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ahmed. Logement grand et propre, et un extérieur très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les visites effectuées par Ahmed qui étaient riches en informations et toujours dans la bonne humeur. Le personnel de la maison était au petit soin pour nous aider, et le petit-déjeuner le matin était parfait pour débuter une journée de visites. Nous recommandons sans hésitations !

Susan and Ramsey were amazing hosts and were able to help me with a last minute booking. Ramsey meet me in the InDrive taxi and guided to the apartment. Also super helpful and was able to get my laundry washed and clean under 2 hours. Although the streets were hard to navigate with Google map roads being inaccurate and spotty service, 10/10 would stay again

El departamento es amplio, agradable y con una bonita vista. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están atentos de lo que necesites. De igual manera, cuentan con tours y sus recomendaciones te permiten disfrutar de la ciudad. Este espacio es una buena opción para hospedarse.

The word outstanding doesn’t do justice to either the accommodation or the host. Sidsel’s beautiful apartment was an absolute joy to stay in and she is an excellent host, always available for anything you might want or need. The apartment has everything you could possibly want with a very well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with spotless linen on very comfortable beds. Comfortable and clean furniture. The large balconies are the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by any part of the day. Great location on a quiet side street. You can order food in or go out to many different places to eat either walking or an inexpensive taxi ride away. The rooftop terrace is huge, also well equipped and with a panoramic view of the city. That Sidsel actually built this place is remarkable, she has created a beautiful building and clearly has a flair for style and an eye for quality. Easily the best place I’ve ever stayed in whether AirBnB or anywhere else and excellent value! We loved it!

Adham's house is simply cozy. It is located in the West bank, more laid back. I prefer peaceful surrounding as opposed to being right in the city among the hustle & bustle. The house is close proximity to all the attractions in the West Bank, all reachable by cab within maximum of 15 minutes. Adham was always checking on me, that's sweet of him as a host who takes care of his customers. The house comes with washing machine & a fully equipped kitchen, so it was easy for me to manage my food (I'm vegetarian) and my dirty clothes. There's also metal clothes drying rack to dry your clothes. Adam provided my pick up and drop off to airport for a sum. It was at wee hours and he did not charge me extra. I would definitely return to Adham's home if I visit Luxor in future.

Great host who is very friendly and welcoming. Host was very nice and the place was the same as the description. Would definitely recommend here for tourists who wants a nice peaceful environment.

We stayed 1-night as a family including 3-kids and it was a great local experience in the Luxor area. The owner was very kind to ensure our checkin goes smoothly and helped a lot to explore local areas.

Très bon séjour chez Mohamed. Le logement est dans une rue calme à 5min à pied des petits commerces et des quais du Nil. Les seuls points négatifs sont la piscine non chauffée (pas possible de se baigner en février si vous êtes frileux) et la wifi parfois limitée. Dans l’ensemble le logement était propre mais pas non plus impeccable. Si vous cherchez un logement abordable et proche du centre ville, vous pouvez y aller sans problème. Par ailleurs gros point positif Mohamed qui est le propriétaire nous a permis d’arriver à 1h15 du matin sans problème.

No os perdáis el alojamiento. Tan agradable como preciso en los servicios que puede ofrecer ofrecer por el momento (tanto Carine como Alí están en proceso de ampliar y mejorar sus instalaciones). Localizado en un entorno rural, en el lado del Valle de las Reinas y de los Reyes (Luxor) es, sin duda un remando de paz y silencio egipcio. Los desayunos son excelentes de verdad y a un precio insuperable. Carine es un encanto de mujer, suiza, muy alegre y súper trabajadora. Sin duda un lugar para alojarse cuando vayáis a visitar a Luxor, Karnak, el Valle de las Reinas, el Valle de los Reyes, el de los Artesanos, etc., a un precio y limpieza insuperable. Gracias Carine y Alí por vuestra ayuda y os deseamos lo mejor, en todos los sentidos.

My stay with Seif was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The host, Seif, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. The hospitality was exceptional—Seif is not only friendly but also incredibly proactive, always anticipating guests’ needs before they even arise. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering great local recommendations, or swiftly solving any minor issue, he made everything effortless. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided all the comforts one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy decor to the delicious breakfast he took us to. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I cannot recommend Seif’s place enough! If you’re looking for a place with top-tier service and a host who genuinely cares about your stay, this is the perfect choice. We’ll be coming back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elaine's, so much so, that on my next visit, I will definitely stay there again. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment has so much charm and character. It is a beautiful vacation oasis, much lovelier than a hotel. She and her husband are both quite friendly and helpful. If you like, you can also hire her husband as a taxi to collect you from the train station and to show you around. He is very nice and professional. Even the inner pool courtyard is a lovely area to tan, swim, and have fun. Overall, I highly recommend this location. See you next time.
