Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

Our stay was flawless. The place was clean and looked exactly what was advertised in the listing. Nikka was also accommodating to our questions and requests and very responsive.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Uns hat gut gefallen: - Nähe zu den Bus Terminals von Five Star, Victory Liner und anderen Buslinien (ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) - Nähe zu SM North EDSA Mall (ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) - 7ELEVEN im Erdgeschoss - Restaurants im Erdgeschoss und in der Umgebung - Die Aussicht vom Pool ist toll. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang von dort aus sehen. Wichtig: man muss sich für den Pool anmelden. Man kann sich nur für den nächsten Tag anmelden. - Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 60 bis 90 Minuten mit dem Auto) - Die Anweisungen von Jun sind sehr detailliert und hilfreich. Unbedingt genau lesen, dann klappt auch alles. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The place was nice and clean and is accessible to the Pico Beach. No need to worry about your drinking water as it was provided by the host. Our room was big and spacious.

We stayed here for 3 days and it's the best staycation place because of the view and interior of the unit. It's very good for its price knowing there's a mountain view and balcony. They also have a soft bed and pillows. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Ian’s place! It was clean and spacious - just as the photos show. The balcony view was great and the place just screams of luxury. It was easy to communicate with Ian and his team. I actually accidentally left my device. Ian and his team were so helpful to get it back to me. This is excellent service all throughout. :)

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. One of the best parts was that they warmly welcomed our three dogs at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The unit was well-equipped with thoughtful touches, including free 7 liters of water and coffee, fresh towels, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and cozy, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Small one bedroom apartment but with everything you need including cooking facilities and washing machine. Proximity of large mall ….. very short walk… is a major plus. Swimming pool is clean and sheltered from excessive sunlight. Great value.
