had a great stay at this place! the design was beautifully minimalist and very aesthetic, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. everything was clean, making it a really pleasant space to relax. the host was incredibly accommodating—super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. if you’re looking for a well-kept, stylish, and welcoming place, i highly recommend staying here :))

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

The property offers excellent value with convenient location and spotless cleanliness, complemented by a friendly and attentive owner/staff. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Great place and feel like home

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

Me and my family LOVE the place. The house is clean, it is located in a quiet surrounding, the beach was just outside the backyard, and kitchen and dining area were very easy to use with all the cooking utensils and the plates, glasses, etc. were easy to find. The most commendable was the caretaker's responsiveness to all our questions and they were very friendly and accommodating. I had been using AirBnB for several years now and have gone to a lot of places. This is definitely one of the best if not THE BEST. I will definitely book here again if I am in the area. And I will proudly recommend this to friends and family. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable stay at your place!

Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

Our stay at this beach house in Zambales was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, with an amazing pool and direct access to the beach, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The surrounding area was peaceful, giving us the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days lounging by the pool and exploring the beautiful beach. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Zambales! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time staying at Ohana Abode. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The location is good - very peaceful area but still accessible to restaurants and shops (5-10 min drive). The caretakers are also very friendly and responsive. The amenities are also great — games, entertainment, etc. Thanks for hosting our team :)

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

I stayed here with my two daughters, and we absolutely loved it! The views were breathtaking, and the entire property was stunning. We especially enjoyed the crystal-clear pool with a waterfall—such a perfect place to relax. Our house was beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The staff was incredible, always attentive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Red Beach House was perfect for the short notice, impromptu trip I planned for my first visit back to PH in 23 years. The trip was mainly for my nephews & nieces whom I've only met for the first time, all of whom are in grade school & high school. The property easily accommodated our party of 20 with minimal overage charge for having 6 additional persons over 14. Victoria was prompt & very pleasant to speak with & quite possibly be the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with in 7 years of using AirBnB. The kids truly enjoyed what the property had to offer, as did the adults. The onsite staff was a welcomed surprise as they relieved my Tita from cooking duties. Len, the lead staff member, along with manang Eve & manong Eric were very much part of the whole experience at RBH. The Boodle Feast they prepared on our two evenings onsite truly made this reunion memorable for everyone. I also recommend the house call massage by CJ & the mani-pedi by Maria-fe. Exceptional stay! Encore!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The interior was recently updated, making the space feel fresh and modern. The room was cozy and well-maintained, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The host and caretaker were also very easy to contact and responsive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

Walking distance to the mall and close to the airport. Great amenities but we never had the time to use them, so maybe next time. Thank you!

Mike’s place was just perf for my slec appointment (approx 5 mins walking distance). Host was responsive and attentive to questions. Smooth check in and checkout. Place was very clean and very comfortable place. Aesthetic and cozy place 💯

The place was how it was posted and described. 2 beautiful large bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms with hot and cold shower, a full kitchen and dining, a living room, and a spacious veranda for additional dining, hanging clothes, or even just a place to rest and look over the mountains and the lagoon. It was so breezy and cool even if the aircon was turned off. It is closer to the beach than the country club but both are within a few minutes' walking distance. All the staff were polite. P.S. Hats off to Ms. Raquel for going way above and beyond the service she offered our family during our stay. We are extremely grateful for the smooth transaction from the inquiries to the booking, to the assistance during registration on the day itself and during our stay, and even after we have gone home. For the lost and found items, she coordinated and sent them back safely. Overall, our vacation though last minute was very memorable and we can't wait to go back and book here again.
