Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Boulsdon Croft. The setting is absolutely beautiful with so many nice places to sit and relax. We made good use of the hot tub and the lawns and enjoyed the communal spaces in the kitchen and upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and we were left a lovely basket of food and a very tasty cake. Laurence kept in contact and was very helpful. All of us would absolutely come back and think a summer stay would be incredible.

Quirky and Unusual but comfortable and easy to live in. Really peaceful for a city house. Downstairs is great, upstairs is cramped but livable and ok for sleeping. Situation is unique and when you arrive, although you have great instructions, you feel you must be doing something wrong - just believe the instructions!! We got taxis around town which was easy and quite economical for 4 people

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

We had a really lovely stay at Marion's barn conversion. It has a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable sofas - very nice set up, would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed playing tennis on the tennis court. Only disappointment was not being allowed to use the fireplace which hadn't been clear when booking.

My second stay at Anne’s place and just as good as before. Anne left me what I required for breakfast which was kind of her. The room and bathroom are ideal for a single traveler. The local pub only 10 minutes away is a good spot and served good food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Anne.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. House was exactly what we expected; presented to a high standard, but still cosy and inviting. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, living rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Couldn’t ask for much more! Lovely surroundings. We enjoyed exploring the grounds on a walk to the next village. Truly beautiful area.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Celina was a perfect host and we couldn’t be happier with the break. 2 males looking for country pubs and restaurants to enjoy the 6 nations rugby. Winchcombe was fantastic with very friendly locals and business. Like Celina was a massive help and responsive to messages that were so helpful. Definitely recommend and hope to be back 1 day.

The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. I booked this for work colleagues for a business trip 10th - 14th March, They said that they slept very comfortably and it was a great location. Roz was very responsive and replies quickly. Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Fantastic last minute stay at this lovely house. We booked with only a few hours notice because of a family emergency and felt very lucky - Kenzie was really helpful and kind and the house was fab, super clean and tidy and very comfortable. So handy for getting into Bath as well as to the hospital. Also worth noting there is a fantastic coffee place right in front of the property, would recommend going to Blaax!!

We had an amazing weekend and it was the perfect house and location. As a group of friends it was ideal as all of the bedrooms were ensuite and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only real downside was that the dining table was not large enough for us all to sit around - but we managed. The kitchen was ideal for chatting and shaing snacks whilst dinner was being prepped - a real social space. We loved the games room and had a lot of fun in there. We enjoyed a lovely walk on May Hill and the gardens of the house are beautiful and spaceous. Ultimately if you are looking for a house to share with a large group of people , whether that is family or friends then I / we would recommend.

This is a very spacious, warm, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped bungalow with off-road private parking. Great location tucked away on a tiny development just off one end of the High Street, but very quiet. Easy walking distance to all the main sights and areas. The owner is really helpful and responsive, and instructions to find the property were spot-on - follow these rather than your SatNav on the final approach. Parking might be a squeeze for a large vehicle, best to reverse into the gated courtyard. A great stay, thank-you!

From outside the gates, we wondered what we'd come to, but once inside we found a lovely, clean, spacious and light house, with everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely until we had to get out (we were there on quite a cold weekend!). The location is very handy for buses into the centre of Bristol, and a 20 minute walk from Hanham, which has a surprisingly popular Italian restaurant.
