We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and theatre. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host was friendly and the instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay in Allison's lovely apartment. It was very comfortable and we appreciated the styling. Allison was friendly and accommodating throughout.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

This was such a peaceful and enjoyable stay!The flat was perfect for the two of us, and was super clean and well kept! It also has a fully equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic lots of scenic views, we did a beautiful coastal walk to Branscombe. It also had some lovely cafes and pubs just a short walk away. I would highly recommend Cath and her lovely accommodation!!

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

Another great holiday at Goodrington Lodge. We've stayed numerous times in different apartments here over the last 10 years or so and we still come back every year. The location is great for us and is very dog friendly. Our 2 Jack Russell's love it. Apartment 7 is ideal for us and the dogs and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Adam is a great host, very friendly and quick to reply to messages. We will be back again for certain!

Enjoyed a wonderful couple of nights at Stephen’s cottage in Beer. Located just a short stroll through the picturesque village to the beach. We visited for a running event but are highly likely to return to explore this beautiful area. The cottage is spotlessly clean, light and peaceful. We didn’t meet Stephen but he was a great, thoughtful host with nice touches in place before arrival.

Lovely cottage with everything you could want. ideally situated, so close to the back beach and pubs/ restaurants. very lucky to be able to park right outside of the door. Amazing veiw from the front bedroom window.

Lovely location with some great views and easy access to lots of sights.

Very nicely decorated, not just generic. It's very handy for visiting family on the same street & very close to the town & beach. Very well equipped & comfortable.

Lovely little cottage with everything we needed. Right on the coast path, walkable into town or really close to the bus stop for Weymouth, Lulworth Cove or Abbotsbury all of which I visited and walked from. Great view out across the sea from the living room, and really handy to have a designated parking space

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

We have stayed here many times before and will stay again, it is such a lovely place. Brilliant for walking, right next to Chesil Beach. Excellent !!

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

Really nice little spot right by the beach! Great views and a really peaceful area. Lisa was so lovely and really responsive to any messages. Great communication and clear instructions with check in and check out. Really accommodating for our dog as well and made his first holiday perfect! We couldn't have asked for more 🥰

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for getting to the seafront and shops also restaurants, short walk to the train station. The property was clean , cosy and very warm, had everything we could need. Elwyn and Alan were very helpful , quick to respond , and let us check in early and have a late checkout, thank you so much. We would definitely stay here again.

Matthew was an absolutely amazing host. We loved the experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Had the most wonderful weekend and will definitely be returning Matthew - you have been ace! Highly recommend this place and the hosts are fab.

What a beautiful stay we had at the Green Tor, amazing scenery and a wonderful home from home. Would highly recommend this property and all its features. We had a great 3 day trip in the lovely town of Lyme Regis, visiting the many restaurants, walking along the coastal path, very much recommended. What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

The location was perfect for what i wanted. The view from the apartment was perfect. The apartment was clean and well presented. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Comfortable, clean, light, spacious apartment in an excellent location, a few minutes’ walk from beach, station and town. Near the sea, but has no view as it’s situated on a dark, narrow street behind other buildings. Not attractive from outside, but lovely within! Arrival instructions with photos were really clear and helpful. The flat is well-equipped with a great shower and coffee machine. Good cafes, a friendly pub one minute away, and an excellent Thai restaurant.
