We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Our stay at Nina and Max’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful decor and top-quality facilities. Our children especially loved the heated pool and games room, which kept them entertained for hours. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The views looking out at sea from the hot tub on the balcony were absolutely amazing, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Even the weather was on our side for the weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking to book again for later in the spring/summer. Highly recommend… thank you, Nina and Max, for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic stay, the house was immaculate and the surroundings are stunning. The view of the lake was breath taking and the facilities were great. We used the gym, tennis courts, swimming pool and had a nice coffee in the cafe. We said we would all definitely stay again. Thank you, Rick

Beautiful accommodation in an idyllic country setting. Absolutely as described. Very comfortable and the relaxation started as soon as we arrived. Very detailed and useful instructions from the host regarding how to check in and find the key safe etc, with homely and personal touches such as a welcome board that made us feel special. My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Wow, what a beautiful house! Our family of 8 adults , 3 children and 3 dogs had such a wonderful stay. The home is so cosy, beautiful and set up perfectly. All the extra touches really made our stay! The garden, all the activities outside for the children & adults to do really made our stay! Thank you so much Sonia - we can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

This is the second time we have visited Highlands, and we enjoyed it even more this visit. It is perfectly located to walk into Ventnor, as well as being a lovely designed home. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Susan’s place was very well placed for all the amenities in the centre of Cowes. There was a mixup during my stay and Susan was immediately available and organised everything quickly and efficiently and in a friendly way. The house was very clean and a perfect size for a short stay on the IOW.

Sarah’s house is the dream home! Everything was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 month and we loved the place and the surroundings. Beautiful walks and views, peaceful and quiet house with everything needed. Internet worked well for the both of us, working from home and taking video calls. Sarah was very responsive and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests, being for a late check out or for the only utensil at the time missing in the house. We highly recommend this place!

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated and very accommodating for our family of 10. Lesley was a very attentive host and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Lesley and John.

What a beautiful, stylish and comfy house. A luxurious few days in Wiltshire. The surrounding countryside and villages are lovely. Victoria’s communication and help was first class, we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend.

Great property, spacious, clean and good location for exploring the New Forest. Tip - if you want to eat in the local pub book and also be aware they stop food orders at 7:30pm

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you
