Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Guy was a great host very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and drink. Guy made us feel very welcome I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being such a great host see you again soon. 😊

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

We had an amazing long weekend at Allison's place. Check in instructions were easy and received early along with excellent ideas for parking. The flat was super clean and extremely well appointed but the highlight was the stunning views from the balcony across the town and harbour. We are regular visitors to Brixham and will be certain to stay again.

Brilliant location very close to River Exe which was lovely for early morning walks to the Quay. The days were spent going to Dartmoor which was glorious, helped by lovely weather in late March. I travelled on my own with our black labrador and we both found the studio very welcoming, comfortable and relaxed; the green plants are a lovely touch. Jaana had provided very useful things such as Alexa and full clear details on parking. We had good meals around the cathedral and on the Quay. A great stay and thank you very much, Jaana.

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. Had a lovely stay in Hele Manor Farmhouse to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. The place was as described and we loved the open plan kitchen dining room. Very spacious upstairs bedrooms, which the family loved. Friendly neighbours who let is park an extra visitor car outside. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed at Tristan’s beautiful house for 3 nights - 3 generations to celebrate a 85th birthday! It was perfect for us, the garage was a godsend for 1 car & to keep my father-in-law’s mobility scooter in! The location was amazing, a couple of pubs literally on the doorstep, the beach a 1 min stroll. Tristan was great at communicating - there was a little hiccup (nothing serious) and he sorted it immediately. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Spent the week here with our whole family. We had a fabulous time, the house is perfect, we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Fiona recommended places to go/things to do with the children and was very helpful with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend!

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We had a great time here and loved how the apartment was designed with a fantastic view of the garden and coast line in the distance. It looked even better in person. We were treated to complimentary scones and prosecco which was a lovely touch

This is a great place - good location to walk into town or out along the canal or river. It's spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean, but then Diana makes it better with all the details. Lovely thick towels, beautiful china, and really thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathroom that make a stay even nicer.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Great Location! Fantastic Host! This Air B&B provides a great alternative to the usual hotels and classic b&bs in Paignton - it was comfortable and convenient and had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Will be rebooking in the future.

Had a wonderful seven weeks stay in Nicks lovely apartment whilst planning my relocation to Exeter. The apartment has everything you need with plenty of space. The location is great for accessing the city centre and has added bonus of parking. Would thoroughly recommend

Gorgeous house, immaculate and beautifully furnished, everything you need was supplied including afternoon tea on arrival. Short walk to shops, restaurants and train station.
