We just came home from a couple of great days away. The location couldn't be any better. Across the street and after a few steps you are at the beach. the beach is walkable all the way to Cromer. The accommodation was lovely and perfect for what we needed. Laura had a lovely welcome hamper for us, what we much appreciated. I'd come back for another getaway.

This flat is relatively new with plenty of space for 4 of us. There are lots of cupboards inside to store away cases etc and plenty of kitchen space. The front of the flat has a small balcony facing E with sea views which was wonderful and very warm in the sunshine. This flat is also in a fantastic location. It is situated above a shop at the end of the high street and just above the seafront gardens in Felixstowe. At the time of our visit, the shop was empty which was a bonus. Depending on who takes on the rental below, the flat could become more noisy. We found that on Friday and Saturday evenings this spot was popular with young people hanging around and there was some noise well into the night but being higher up, it was not too bad with the windows closed. Access to the flat is via a small passageway around the back and up some open stairs to the back. This would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Parking is not nearby, you need to be able to walk for 5-10mins to park.

thanks Janice. a lovely stay. loads of extras such as DVDs and books. a lovely and generous welcome pack. nice sized towels (and plenty of them) really well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates utensils, gin and prosecco glasses, could do with some more wine glasses but that's a really really minor issue. we would definitely book again if the needed something in the area.

We had a great stay at California Dreaming. The house is fun and quirky and a great place for a group of friends to get together. We would love to come back with our friends another time . It was also a lovely place for just us two to relax and unwind together in❤️. Lexi and Sam are brilliant hosts. Friendly and helpful. Sam popped in to change the gas as it was running low and Lexi messaged after a chilly night to make sure the heating was set to right temperature for us. We also had a peek inside their two new bungalows and we will definitely be looking to stay in one of those in the future as they are fabulous. The beach at the end of the road is glorious. Quiet, clean and peaceful. We walked along the coastal path into Casiter-on-Sea and back along the beach. While there we had a delicious lunch in Branfords. Thanks to Lexi and Sam for a great stay and we are sure we will be back 😊

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend the house, it's in a fab location near a beautiful beach and local amenities, feels homely and is good value. Note there's no iron so you might want to take one with you! The day bed room can be bright early in the spring/summer mornings (due to no blind/curtain on one of the windows).

A perfectly placed cottage at the heart of Southwold. A cozy but spacious place to spend time in, and in close proximity to the seafront, high street and all local amenities. While there is no parking on the property, we found no issues parking nearby. The host Jayne provided all we required and was available if needed. We would thoroughly recommend Dreamer's cottage for a stay in Southwold.

A fabulous location and we will definitely be back again. the lodge was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. we felt right at home. A great walk to the beach too which our dog loved. Easy to find and easy to get to local attractions. We would highly recommend Lee's place.

Excellent position, great views! We know the area well and its perfect position to visit other places!
