Julie's place is lovely. It has a great location. It was spotlessly clean. It is brilliantly set up for families. But what sets it apart is that it's obviously been put together with care, attention and love. We really enjoyed the vibe of the place and it made our trip extra special.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

A nicely appointed apartment in a quiet area, close to local amenities, ideal for a relaxing break by the lovely Morecambe bay coastline.

I booked 2 nights to stay at Nas's property, which was very well presented, spacious and in a fantastic location for getting about & walking on the old tram line to Preston. Nas was communicative throughout from point of booking, and on hand with any questions i had during my stay. Excellent host, thank you!

Loved staying here, it was so central, with super easy access to the Winter Gardens, as well as the Tower and all the close Blackpool attractions. We could also see the tower at night from the longe windows, just stunning! Lovely and warm and cosy too. If you are looking for somewhere incredibly central, this is the place!

Our Stay at maples was very beautiful. Beautiful property with all the necessary amenities along with full privacy. Mary had given us clear instructions which helped us the to check in smoothly. The property had beautiful surroundings and is well maintained. Mary had left us local recommendations of activities, restaurants, and supermarkets. There was enough cutlery, linen and all we needed and additionally they were very clean. The property is a little away from the city so it’s easier to get there by car. Thank you for having us mary.

This house is exactly as described by the owner, great amenities, lovely area, spacious rooms, quite private yet restaurants only 5 minute walk. lovely park for a walk or somewhere for the kids to play, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when next in Lytham.

Great property! Beautifully decorated inside, pub and shop within a 2 minute walk, short drive to the central pier. Very clean, easy to access, parking available for 2 cars, would highly recommend and stay again!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Nigels house. Place was spotless an easy walk to town centre. Nigel quickly responded to any queries and was very helpfull with local recommendations for pubs and restaurants. Highly reccomended and we will definetely use sgain when in Blackpool.

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a lovely weekend here. Debbie met us on arrival and was the perfect host. We had everything you could need and the hot tub was an amazing addition. The brewery next door was ideal, we would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here, it was convenient for access to the beach, and an easy drive to the centre and all the attractions. The appartment was surprisingly large with lots of room. They have Netflix access which made the kids happy, and the roof garden was a lovely little escape space. Thank you Phil!

My wife and I found the st Anne's beach apartments a welcome surprise during an extremely wet June. It's located right on the promenade, within easy walking distance of St Anne's. The ground floor unit we stayed in was bright and spacious plus well furnished and clean. Our host left us with a bottle of wine, and some delicious treats (we loved the cake) Well worth a stay, thank you Stuart!

We have just had a great 1 night stay at this lovely apartment had everything we needed !! Very clean, lovely bathroom with a really good shower, loved that it had a king size bed lots of towels, and bathrobes were a lovey idea. Great location and brilliant that we had a parking space too. Sophie was a great host very clear instructions and really responsive. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends and family 😊

The apartment is very well equipped with excellent heating which was just as well as it reached freezing over New Year. It is quiet and comfy, so we slept well. We did have a little trouble with hot water not being quite hot enough but it was ok. There was always parking on the front

A lovely, comfortable, quiet, self contained flat with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, a good location for visits to Lytham, st Annes and Blackpool, with the train station only a short walk away, we took the train, one stop to St Annes, where you are spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants. our host Shashi, gave us clear directions and instructions for check in and out, as we didn't have any need, we didn't get to meet our hosts and we could come and go to suit ourselves. I would highly recommend a stay here. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
