Honestly we were hesitant arriving because the building is outdated but the condo itself was spotless, very clean & full of amenities. We did a load of laundry and soap was provided and the kitchen was fully stocked, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and my kids loved that they got to blow on the shell every evening. No complaints here. Mahalo for our stay! 🐚

This was our favorite place to stay in Maui!!! It was so beautiful! The windows with all the natural light was great! Cross the street and you’re on the beach! Marie left a sweet welcome card and some local treats as well which was such a nice gesture!

The listing said "partial ocean view" but I thought that was being less than what you get. If you look straight from the balcony, you see the beach and to the right a lot of ocean and Lanai Island. Place was comfortable but some of the "directions" we not correct. The check-in at front desk is just to get pool pass but I didn't see why it was necessary (not locked during the day). The next BIG thing to note about this property is that they have really weird numbering. Go to the left off elevator for the even numbered property (which this is). Totally weird. Also note that the "beach" is not that wide but wide enough for the provided beach chairs. This is just nature changing the beach line. The place is close to grocery and restaurants on that side of the island. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Enjoy!

This was a beautiful place that truly looked exactly like the photos. Gabriel was always responsive and this place has everything you need for your stay in Maui. I highly recommend it!

It was a lovely unit! The master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was very nice and the beach is right there where you don’t have to walk across a road to get to it. The only thing I would change is to have the pool open earlier in the morning and later in the evening. We are usually so busy on vacations, by the time we get down to enjoy the pool, it’s 8 or 9:00 at night. I loved it there and would definitely come and stay again!!

We would highly recommend Eileen’s beautiful Airbnb. It was very clean, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is fabulous, linens and bed were very comfortable. We would definitely come back! Thank you Eileen🥰

My family and I had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. The amenities are great for children and we loved being on the ground floor with stunning views of the ocean and sunset.

Firstly, the communication was excellent. We received a few messages prior to our arrival which made us feel relaxed about the reservation. The instructions were very well explained. The check-in process was very simple. The condo was lovely - and right on the beach. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, and the convenience of the washer/dryer meant we were able to travel light. The premises were in good order, and the pool area was immaculate, with plenty of loungers around the pool and on the grass verge on the edge of the beach. This was a fab location for watching the sunset. Sugar Beach is a little out of Kihei Town Centre, so you need to use your car to go out to eat etc. but I loved the seclusion as Kihei can be quite lively. Overall we were extremely happy with our hosts, the apartment and Maui in general. A wonderful holiday.

Beautiful view of the ocean. A bit too windy and wavy for us to swim there, but I had read the reviews and knew that ahead of time (there were some people in the water, but we chose to visit calmer beaches). Towels and chairs were provided which were nice (we only used the towels). Parking was easy at the top of the parking deck with a walkway to the second floor in the corner, and an elevator down the hall that we took to the sixth floor. Nice beach to walk along. Saw some turtles in the water from our lanai, but didn't see any on the beach while we were there. Great central location for us as we checked out Īao Valley State Monument, Makena Landing Park & Kapalua Bay Beach for snorkeling, and the Haleakala sunrise. Restaurants and shave ice were a short drive. Some small shampoo bottles and bar soaps were included as well as a couple rolls or toilet paper and some laundry and dishwasher pods. Had a little issue with the sliding door but overall it was a very nice stay.

The condo was centrally located, a short drive to everything on the island. A beautiful setting and view from the balcony, we saw whales breeching during breakfast. Beach was narrow but nothing beats being able to walk out your door and swim in the ocean. Pool was nice as was the view from the pool. We also walking the beach in both directions.

Great location, the condo is very clean and organized. They thought of everything in the kitchen. The beach nearby was great for snorkeling and swimming.

The location of this condo is unmatched. Easy walks to the main three beaches, located close to many restaurants and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This Airbnb was amazing. We stayed here 4 nights and immediately felt at home. First let’s talk about the view. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and direct beach access straight from your patio. There are wash stations so you don’t get sand back in your unit and the host even offers you beach equipment (chairs, beach mats, snorkel gear etc..) so you don’t have to rent. You also have direct access to the pool. Noise from the pool area was never an issue. We really enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and cooking utensils to make breakfast and there was a washer and dryer for laundry. Kanapali Ann Lahaina were each about a 15 min drive away. There’s also a food truck park on site and a grocery store 2 mins away. Would absolutely recommend this stunning and very comfortable Airbnb for your vacation.

The property is mostly timeshares, so you're not guaranteed a specific unit/view. But this particular listing was for a specific ocean view unit which was perfect. The unit itself was perfect for our family with young kids with a bedroom and living room with a sofa bed. Bathroom and the unit were large. The property is perfect for families as well with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and direct access to the beach. Would highly recommend this unit and the property.

This is my new favorite place that I have ever stayed. I hope to be back. I have done a road trip around the entire big island and a trip around Maui, also spent some time is O'hau. this is the most peaceful place with the an amazing view. I wish we had rented it for our entire trip around Maui instead of renting other places along our way.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Luana Kai. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. There was plenty to do right in Kihei and we had a great time.

Beautiful condo in Kihei with every possible amenity to make you feel right at home. Private and peaceful with a pool, beach access. Perfect for getting around to snorkeling which was nearby. Access to stores too. Great place from which to visit Haleakala as well!

ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING! Your trip to Maui could possibly be the best part of your vacation if you decide to stay with David and Dawn. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we felt extremely welcomed with the vast amount of information related to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and tourist activities. We were welcomed with a personalized card, a box of chocolates and fresh fruit from the trees in the yard. The house was well appointed right down to the first aid kit and ear plugs. Coffee, detergent, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. were available for our consumption/use. The town of Makawao and Paia are just a 25 minute drive where you can experience cute little shops and restaurants or drive a little further to one of the many beautiful beaches. The view from the balcony during the day & evening was amazing including all of the wildlife. Get ready to climb up into your bed which is at window level so that you can look out at the stars.

The location and view were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, we did notice some noise at night from the laundry area and people, and it was a bit surprising when people entered the garden to work without prior notice. A little more communication in these instances would have made the experience even better

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over the Christmas period with our two children. we found the unit to be very well equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. the kitchen in particular was great with newer cabinets and marble-look countertop - it was all very easy to keep clean through our stay. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a plus and super convenient - it meant that we could pack less for our trip since we could do laundry throughout our stay. The suite overlooked the ocean and the pickleball courts, so there was always some people-watching potential. As a relatively small complex, it was nice to recognize faces at the pool or in the parking lot throughout our stay - it does have the feel of a small community. The location of the complex itself was wonderful. it had the convenience of being very close to all the restaurants of Kihei without being directly in the action. This meant less traffic but could pick up takeout within 5 minutes.
