Ahmad was een super host, hij zorgde voor een fantastisch verblijf voor ons. Helaas werden wij ziek door het eten in Petra, Ahmad zorgde voor medicijnen en zelfs voedsel waardoor wij weer beter werden. Wij voelden ons mede door hem enorm thuis in de woning. De woning voldoet aan alle luxe en was brandschoon. Wij zijn er met ons gezin geweest en die hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Grote fijne bedden van hotelkwaliteit. Prima airco, kortom een aanrader en als wij weer naar Petra komen, weten wij waar wij verblijven.

Het was geweldig! Dit is Wadi Rum op een authentieke manier. Niet twijfelen maar gewoon boeken! Ik was één nacht alleen in de woestijn en ik zal het niet snel meer vergeten. Suliman en zijn neef Othman doen er alles aan om het je comfortabel te maken. De slaapplek is magisch, met geweldig veel sterren boven je. Ik kreeg zelfs tips hoe ik het beste foto’s kon maken dan de sterren met mijn iPhone. Het eten was erg smakelijk. In de avond hebben we bij het kampvuur gezeten en een typische Bedouin spelletje gespeeld. Het bed was erg comfortabel en warm. Er is een koude douche aanwezig inclusief zit toilet. De dag erna kon ik in zijn huis blijven omdat ik in de middag ergens moest zijn in de buurt. Enorm gastvrij. Bedankt! Aanrader, 5 sterren.

One of the best experiences of our lives. Ahmad was an amazing, friendly host. The camp itself was at the perfect spot of the desert - right in front of the rock from the Wadi Rum photos. Our tent had a glass wall looking right at it. The bonus is the rock begind the camp where you can easily climb up to have a 360 panoramic view. The sunset was magical from there. I'm usually cold everywhere, so I was afraid of sleeping in the desert, but the blankets were so heavy and warm it was totally fine even in February! There was a fireplace in the main tent where we ate together every day. It was very cozy and the meals were truly delicious - we stayed two nights, so we had a traditional Bedouin meal and a barbecue. The bathroom was nothing like we imagined for a desert camp, it was fully tiled and even had hot water! We booked a full day jeep tour (you truly need it, the desert is huge and it took 7,5 hours to get around the most popular spots) that comes with traditional lunch, tea&coffee.

Great place which is very convenient to Petra and Wadi Musa. The host is a very kind man who was easy to work with.

Wir werden wiederkommen!! Es war so unglaublich schön bei Muhammed! Erstmal war er absolut flexibel mit der Anreise/dem Check-In. Ich habe ihm einfach eine Stunde vorher Bescheid gegeben und alles lief mehr als perfekt! Als wir ankamen, waren seine Söhne schon oben am Parkplatz, begrüßten uns freundlich und halfen uns sogar die Sachen runter zu tragen. Dann haben wir mit ihnen und Muhammed gemütlich Tee getrunken und uns kennengelernt (Fußball nebenher geschaut). Der Höhepunkt war dann, als sein Bruder das gekochte Essen deren Mutter vorbeibrachte - traditionelle Küche, ein Traum! Einfach alle so unglaublich gastfreundlich und wir können nicht aufhören zu schwärmen!! Wunderbare Lage, liebe Menschen, super saubere Wohnung - alles mehr als perfekt! Lieben Dank und bis bald!

We loved the room and the location! A true gem of Amman!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte. Das Personal war jederzeit verfügbar und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, um Petra zu erkunden und stand uns auch sonst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Bedienung im dazugehörigen Restaurant war wunderbar und man kann die Vorzüge als Gast richtig geniessen. Ein super Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I can only give this place a 10/10. Mohammed was so unbelievably kind to us. He picked us up from the bus station, we had some tea, he took us to see an incredible sunset. Unfortunately we were unwell when staying in here but he was so kind to us - bringing us soup and other supplies. The apartment itself was great and in a very good location. We really had a great time here, even despite being ill. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
