Het apartament is schoon, nieuw met veel licht . Prima gelegen in het centrum op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en de tramhalte. Prima weekend gehad hier!

Light, spacious apartment in a quiet, convenient location. What really made the stay great for us though was our little ones staying in Nico's son's room. It was full of toys and books and puzzles and a very cool tent bed. Our son was thrilled. It kept him busy for ages and meant that we needed to pack far less. Also very much appreciated that Nico left out the high chair, baby bed etc. for us. It was easy even for little legs to walk down the road to the tram stop. Also, Chez Suzette creperie in the area was lovely and great for kids.Def recommended for families.

Fantastic value for money. Close to the centre but on a quiet street. Easy and quick communication. Definitely recommended!

Nice spacious clean cottage out in the country side , comfortable bed & everything you would need for a week’s holiday. Garage for parking. Host was very responsive . Would definitely recommend this place .

The location of the BnB could not have been better! Located in the heart of the old city centre and near the Castle of the Counts, there were so many restaurants and shops to explore, yet the location was quiet and a great place to unwind. The BnB was perfect for 2 people. I would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit Gilbert war äußerst einfach.

Prachtig appartement, ingericht met oog voor detail. Veel praktische dingen die je ervaring extra verbeteren (vaatwastabletten, voldoende handdoeken, voldoende afvalzakken ed). Schaapjes vlak tegen het appartement waren een groot succes voor de kindjes. Vriendelijk onthaal, fijne ervaring.

Logement impeccable, très bien équipé et à 5 mn du tram. Cécile est dispo, à l'écoute et très arrangeante. Grâce à elle nous avons passé un séjour agréable et profiter d'une ville pleine de charme. On reviendra Merciiii Cécile

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, proche de Lille. Pas de métro à proximité mais un bus relie le quartier directement à la gare Lille Flandre. Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

We hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf! Een rustige, gezellige studio. Fijn ook dat er veel aanwezig was, zoals handdoeken, shampoo, veel kookgerei etc.. waardoor we zelf niet veel moesten meenemen.

Un joli logement confortable pour visiter Valenciennes quelques jours. Fidèle à la description et aux photos, je dirais même que le logement de Vincent est meilleur en vrai ! Très propre, ordonné et bien équipé. La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée, et il a été réactif lorsque j'avais des questions. Merci !

Hele fijne en vriendelijke ontvangst, konden na vooraf melding om 13:00 uur er al in op vrijdag. Eeschoon, modern appartement. Rustige omgeving met leuk uitzicht. Op de fiets vlak bij het centrum van Gent (3,5 km). Komen graag nog een keer terug.

We had a great stay in Ghent. Dieter was very generous with his time and energy - he went out of his way to lend us bicycles for our stay. He also had great recommendations for the area.
