Nice Place. Zandro and staff were very attentive. Peaceful place. Nice rooms with own bathrooms. Definety worth the money.

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

This was an unplanned trip with the family and we found this perfect place to stay. It was a hectic day and was late for check-in but our host was understanding. We appreciate the experience!

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

Michael is always responsive to our queries and even goes beyond what is expected during our request for late check out. His bach is beautiful, serene and perfect for big family like ours. Kuya Ompong and Ate Jocelyn (caretakers) are very accommodating and always assisted us during our stay. We will take these memories to New Zealand and will definitely recommend this place to our other friends and families. Cheers!

I had a great stay at Joan’s place in Lipa City! The house is peaceful, spacious, and feels very safe and secure — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also strategically located near key establishments, so everything you need is just a quick drive or walk away. Joan was an amazing host — super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Christine’s place! From the moment we inquired until the end of our stay, Christine was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and very responsive to all our questions and requests. She made the whole process smooth and worry-free, and it really felt like she cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. As for the place itself — it was absolutely amazing! The design, cleanliness, and attention to detail give off that rich, luxurious feel that instantly makes you feel pampered and relaxed. Every corner of the home was well thought out, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also very comfortable and functional for a group like ours. The location is perfect. The wind and the cool weather in the area were just incredible — so refreshing and calming. Sitting outside with the breeze and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of our stay. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Our second stay here was as great as the first! The home is clean, serene, thoughtfully curated and with a beautiful view of the ocean and overall ambiance. Ate Karen the caretaker provides warm and hospitable service and Melissa is super responsive and a gracious host. Karen helped us arrange a boat ride where we snorkeled and even saw a dolphin! She could have also arranged in-home massages but we ran out of time. Later we found Lawom massage just a few minutes drive from Melissa’s place which we will definitely go back to at future visits! Just a quick drive to Altrove which is our favorite for delicious Italian cuisine.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay! The house is warm and inviting, and we especially loved the comfy dining chairs that made our meals feel extra homey. It’s in a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to SM Lipa and the city center. We were so tired from an event and ended up oversleeping, but the owner was incredibly kind and graciously allowed us to stay a few hours beyond the designated checkout time so we could rest. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, there were board games available, which was such a fun bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay at the place. The host was very responsive during our check-in and throughout the duration of our stay and was very helpful. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

Firstly,big thanks to Kristine for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our stay. Very homey and with the newly added bonus of the hot water heater in shower just brought smiles to our faces. The place is better than we expected based on the photos.. it’s very private, spacious surroundings. My teammates said the place is relaxing even we don’t sleep coz we want to spend time to have fun and enjoy our stay. We like our breakfast at the back with the Lakeview. The pool is just ok, we enjoyed it so far. What we can say that needs improvement is they don’t offer cooking stove, we have to bring our own stove, frying pan and big kawali for cooking. There’s not enough cooking utensils, need to bring our own… it’s quite inconvenient because of that but overall we are satisfied and would like to book again in the future. Thanks Jiro, the staff cleaned up even we said we will help to clean coz they arrived early and our van came back late to pick up that day. We appreciate that lady who washed the dishes we have to leave. Thanks again

First off, the host Miss Mary Ann was so welcoming. Showed us all of the rooms, and amenities. They even provided snacks and a gift for my daughter which celebrated her birthday. They even gave us a intro lesson to scuba diving for free! Lots of rooms! There's a music room which has a piano and karaoke. Their music room is beside the pool which is up to 5 feet. BTW, all rooms mentioned have airconditioning. There are a total of 5 bathrooms with heating and bidets As for the beach, if you set your expectations early, you will have the best time here. Going to the beach is around 200 steps going down. Once there you will be greeted with a rocky beach. No sand. But the beauty of this place is not above water, its underwater. This is a dive site which has corals just a few meters from the beach. This is a place worth coming back to! PS: Monkeys!!

Will be forever grateful to our host. Very accommodating and hospitable. It was our home when we evacuated from Taal and they received us warmly and helped us greatly.

The place is beautiful. So many ig-worthy spots. The place is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. They would also give you some fun facts about the area. From the very first message with Measy, everything felt right. She was very responsive and helpful. She definitely is a SUPERHOST! She described her place as is on her listing. When we have questions or needed help, she was more than willing to help us. Her property was such great value for our money. I would highly recommend her to friends and relatives who will visit Lipa City and I will definitely stay at her place again when we come back to Philippines.
