Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο και υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση στο χώρο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθω Θεσσαλονίκη! Ο Στέλιος ήταν πάντα στη διάθεση μας !

New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Mieszkanie w wysokim standardzie, jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Spokojnie, piękny widok na góry. Klimatyzacja, moskitiery w oknach, rolety. W okolicy raz w tygodniu odbywa się targ z najlepszymi owocami jakie jedliśmy w życiu. Szczególnie polecamy też restauracje ДВА МЕДВЕДА z domową atmosferą i lokalnym jedzeniem. Spędziliśmy w apartamencie prawie miesiąc i czuliśmy dużą niezależność oraz w razie czego responsywność gospodarza. Bardzo dziękujemy!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family-friendly apartment! The space is very clean and in a great location. Private parking is a plus. Our host was very kind, helpful, and responsive during our whole visit. Благодаря!

un alloggio in pieno stile dell'isola: pochi fronzoli, bellezza essenziale ed estremamente pratico. la zona (kalapitsa) è una delle più belle dell'isola con quattro ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze e vicinissima alle migliori spiagge. la casa è dotata di una spiaggia privata bellissima e riservatissima da condividere con altre due ville (quindi in pratica sei sempre solo). Paris è un host tipicamente greco ed isolano: osserva noi turisti dubbioso ed enigmatico, non comprende forse certe nostre frenesie ma è sempre gentilissimo e puntuale. il posto ha un potenziale enorme. paris lo sta costruendo pian piano. potrebbe avere qualche miglioria, sopratutto lato cucinotto. ma se ricercate un posto essenziale e pratico credo sia il top dell'isola. ho ancora le sensazione della sera alle 18 quando aprivamo la finestra ed entrava il vento fresco dalla caletta... senza prezzo !!! in generale l'isola è da frequentare con un qualsiasi mezzo. quad il top.

Ηταν ολα μια χαρά το σπίτι πολυ κοντά στο Μύλο των ξωτικών και κοντά στο κέντρο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Φώτη που ήταν πολύ ευγενικός.

The flat is nice and has all you need for the stay. It is oriented into internal beautifully garden und you do not hear the traffic. We were staying in August when the outside temperature goes high but the flat was nicely cool. Its walkable distance to the lower and upper part of the town. We enjoyed the stay! a beautiful apartment! just a couple of minutes walk and you're in the town centre, absolutely lovely and helpful hosts who went above and beyond during our stay! perfect for our stay as a couple.

Place was everything that it should have been minus the toaster 😄 My kid simply loves his bread toasted!😂 Otherwise highly recommend. I especially love how quickly Olga got in touch with me when I needed her help with something. Cheers everyone and enjoy your skiing!!😃

The house is located right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. It’s well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need, and everything was clean and well-kept. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Highly recommended for a convenient and cozy experience!

Great stay overall, apartment is nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Everything is within 10min walk from the apartment. There is a SPA in the building but it's paid extra(25 euros). Also, not exactly ski in/ski out, there is 7min walk down the street to gondola. Nitpick, lighting in the apartment could be better.

Ev son derece temizdi, yataklar rahattı ve ısıtması iyiydi. Konumu güzel gondola ve merkezi yerlere çok yakın. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için gerekli malzemeler vardı, interneti daha hızlı ve stabil olsa daha iyi olabilirdi

הגעתי לחופשת סקי משפחתית עם 3 ילדים והדירה התאימה לנו באופן מצוין. הדירה היתה מסודרת ונקיה, המטבח היה מצוחצח ומאובזר לארוחות משפחתיות. צריך לשים לב שהדירה מרוחקת מעט מאתר הסקי בנסקו והמכולת הסמוכה נסגרת בשעה מוקדמת. כמו כן, אנשי האבטחה אינם מדברים אנגלית כך שאם תגיעו מאוחר בלילה משדה התעופה, יהיה קושי למצוא את מיקום הדירה. בכל מקרה, הדירה עצמה מצוינת למשפחות עם ילדים וגלינה היתה זמינה ואדיבה. מומלץ.

Shelly was a great host, everything was as described in the ABNB. Always quick to respond to any questions. Happy with our stay at Belvedere Ski. Thank you Shelly we had a fantastic holiday.

I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

Fabulous Apartment which was so convenient to Gondola and town. We felt at home and even stayed a few extra nights which was so easy to arrange. 3 weeks passed by too quickly. We would definitely come back when we're next in Bansko. Thank you Valeria, you made our trip even better. Thank you James and Nicola
