There's nothing but excellent experience staying in Jorge's place. The house itself is beautiful and first of all for us it has the superb local Portuguese vibe. The house is fully equipped with all amenities - we could feel that the house has its natural warm, not like a place designated stricte for tourists. Basically we could feel like home but placed in slightly different culture. Swimming pool it's of course grat plus including the rest area around. The tea with the lemon taken directly from the tree (included in the area ;) has next level of taste :) So, if you want, you could stay home and relax but the location is also very convenient for exploration - to the local town/village even walking, but mostly by the car south (near to Viana do Castelo, then all the way to Porto), north (Spain -Santiago, etc.), east (Braga), etc. There's also a train in Vila Praia do Ancora so it's another teleportation option. Jorge is very communicative and helpful. All in all full recommendation!

Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas. La casa incluso mejor que en el anuncio, no le falta detalle. Rebeca fue muy amable y atenta, y estamos muy agradecidos. El entorno es precioso y hay mucho que ver en los alrededores. Volveremos!

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, sempre prontamente atendidos pelo anfitrião Sr. José, muito simpático e atencioso. O imóvel encontra-se em bom estado geral, com vistas fantásticas para o Gerês, em local muito calmo. A piscina privada estava muito limpa e bem cuidada. A vila de Terras do Bouro é próxima da casa e há muitas opções de bons restaurantes regionais nas proximidades. Os acessos ao imóvel são fáceis, embora a rua da casa em si seja estreita, dificultando a passagem de veículos maiores, o que para nós não foi nenhum problema. Recomendado a quem procura um local calmo, em contato com a natureza, com acesso fácil ao parque natural de Peneda-Gerês e relativamente próximo aos grandes centros urbanos.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa de Daniel. Según mi hijo mayor, es "la casa de sus sueños" :) Acogedora, ordenada, luminosa y el jardín fantástico. Daniel es un anfitrión amable y atento y en cuanto a la localización, la casa está cerca de todos los sitios que queríamos visitar: playas, Vigo... Un lugar para volver!!

We loved our stay. A beautiful, quiet, spacious house with a lovely private pool area. Yes there are a couple of steps to get up to the pool but nothing too hard and so worth it. The view from the pool was unbelievable. Our host Fatima was incredibly kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t have a hire car and Fatima kindly drove us to the supermarket a couple of times and even dropped myself and my partner off to the train station when we left. My suitcase was lost and I only had 1 outfit for 2 days until it arrived, Fatima gave me some washing machine detergent to wash my clothes. So kind and generous. The house was lovely, spacious, clean and private. The photos do not do the property justice, it was really beautiful. It was really warm outside and we barely used the air con as the house was pretty cool anyway.

Cette maison est exceptionnelle, Fatima et Éloi sont des hôtes formidables également. Maison impeccable , très grande , emplacement et vue magnifique . La piscine est parfaite et on peut profiter de l'environnement et du paysage à tout moment. La maison est très bien équipée, confort +++. Accueil exceptionnel et chaleureux : plateaux de fruits , fromage, charcuterie et gateau traditionnel, jus d'orange frais. Fatima nous transmets également des informations sur mes événements locaux. la région est magnifique , la Galice est toute proche également. Je recommande vraiment la maison de Fatima et Eloi, notre séjour en famille était formidable .

We hebben genoten van het zeer ruime huis van Maria. Het is een prettig huis dat met veel liefde en aandacht is ingericht. Veel slaapkamers met een aangrenzende badkamer en ook verschillende zitgedeeltes in het huis. Buiten is de tuin zeer ruim, met een heerlijk zwembad en een verrukkelijke whirlpool. Dus ook een groter gezelschap kan hier gemakkelijk verblijven! Maria en Sonia zijn heel fijne en lieve hosts waarmee het heel gemakkelijk communiceren is! Sonia is zelfs nog langsgekomen voor een persoonlijke rondleiding in het huis, wat heel fijn was. En beiden hebben veel tips gegeven over de omgeving en stonden altijd klaar voor ons. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad!

The villa is beautiful and our large extended family of 12 felt very comfortable there. The pool is great as is the jacuzzi and games room neither which were expected and were an added bonus! The gardens are stunning. The location is a little awkward and not really in walking distance to the beach and buses are infrequent. But we made it work. Our check in was chaotic but that was our fault for not realising the time difference between Portugal and Spain. The facilities are great except the showers never really heated up. These are minor niggles because we really had a brilliant family holiday in the most comfortable and beautiful space. The pictures do not do it justice - in reality it’s even better! We weren’t expecting to pay €500 cash as a deposit and for a variety of reasons it took over a week for the bank transfer to arrive. However Celia and her team were great in communicating so we knew it was going to be returned eventually. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa!

Absolutely a perfect stay with a great host! Carla was lovely, really responsive and had laid on all the basic amenities and nice touches. The house and grounds are stunning, very clean, well appointed, lovely decor and perfect for entertaining a larger group. The pool absolutely made the holiday for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

La estancia en la casa ha sido perfecta. La zona es tranquila y la casa estaba muy limpia y perfectamente equipada. La comunicación con los anfitriones, la facilidad y rapidez a la hora de responder, han sido destacables. Fuimos un grupo de adultos y niños y hemos estado muy a gusto ,nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver y poder disfrutar de la piscina .

The property at Te Cuento 3 Baiona is amazing. We highly recommend the place. The house is charming, the property is amazing, and the view of the Atlantic Ocean right in the back yard is totally awesome. Teresa was everything you would expect in a gracious host. Open communication throughout the booking process was expected, but she also availed herself during our stay. I'm sure she would have assisted with any issues, but there were none. Check out all the photos and keep in mind they don't do the place justice. We give the house and Teresa the highest rating. Vai adorar!

Best house in the area. Weather was cold for our second week and we wished the pool was heated. Overall, a very good experience. Gerardo was responsive and friendly.

Die Unterkunft war Ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten viel spaß gemeinsam in der großen Küche zu kochen zu essen, jeden morgen in den pool zu hüpfen und die Nachmittage auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Wir waren zu zehnt und hatten alle genug platz, egal ob draußen oder drinnen konnten wir wunderbar miteinander leben. Die Stadt Ancora und der Strand sind in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen, die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr schön. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft.

A beautiful house with peaceful surroundings. The family enjoyed the swimming pool, the table tennis and the walk to the river. There is everything in the house that is needed for a relaxing holiday. The kayak trip (organised by Ana) from the house to the town is really fun and worth doing. The guide is excellent and we learnt a lot about the history of the area. We visited Bom Jesus do Monte at Brage, about 35 minutes drive and Pena Adventure, just over an hours drive away. They have a zip wire from the top of the mountain and an alpine coaster, plus lots of other activities for adults and children. Some need booking early. We had a fun holiday and would recommend the house and the area. Thank you Ralf and Ana

Alojamento muito bem localizado, numa zona calma, com uma vista fantástica e perto de vários pontos de interesse. Interior impecável. Tudo extremamente limpo, acolhedor, decoração moderna e com bom gosto. Cozinha equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Televisões excelentes na sala e nos quartos. Camas, colchões, almofadas, tudo excelente. WC’s também excelentes. Wi-Fi impecável. Ar condicionado ótimo. Todas as condições para uma estadia muito confortável numa altura do ano com bastante frio. Exterior excelente, com uma área para refeições e para relaxar coberta, com mesas, cadeiras e tv. Também tem barbecue, piscina, mobiliário exterior, baloiço, trampolim, estacionamento, etc. Anfitrião excecional. Sempre disponível, simpático, preocupado em garantir que tudo estava Ok. Do melhor que já encontrámos no Airbnb. Foi uma semana fantástica numa região com muito para oferecer. O alojamento vale mesmo a pena, foi uma das nossas melhores experiências. Só temos pontos positivos a indicar.

A great property overlooking the bay, wonderful view. Lots of space and all plenty of bedrooms, and showers. Worked really well for us. Definitely stay there again. Jose was very pleasant and easy to chat with.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, es preciosa, más bonita incluso que en las fotos. Decorada con muy buen gusto, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado. Además David estuvo siempre pendiente, contestando muy rápido y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Es necesario llevar coche para poder moverse, pero está cerca de muchos sitios que visitar. La zona es muy tranquila y las vistas son muy bonitas. Nos encantó toda la casa, pero la cocina, perfectamente integrada con el jardín y las vistas , nos pareció espectacular, ideal para desayunar y para disfrutar de la puesta de Sol.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! It was the perfect getaway for my family, including my husband, mother, and our three children (7 months, 8 years, and 12 years old). The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, where the kids spent countless hours every day. One of the most unique and fascinating aspects was how the locals would quickly clear up cloudy weather, ensuring the sun returned to ripen the grapes. It was truly an unforgettable experience! 😍 The villa itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we encountered a car battery issue, the owner immediately went to the store to purchase a new one for us. He was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. In just two weeks, we made memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
