On par with pricing and is accurate in its description. Be careful of roads in the area (not on host) and always expect critters in PR. Overall nothing negative I can say about Fares rental.

The views from the balcony and every bedroom were spectacular The upgrades to bathrooms were above most units we have rented over the past 7 years. Any questions or concerns were met with a quick response. She personally took on our concerns herself. As advertised it lacked access to washer dryer. The price was the lowest of any unit I have ever rented. This place was great value.

It was a nice place. The apartment is at the top of the restaurant. A bakery cross the road. Pharmacy too. Looks like the pictures. Clean. Hillary responds quick.

We missed our ferry to Vieques and ended up booking this place last minute. The host communicated very fast and provided the instructions for check in. The place was very clean and nice.

Tania was a great host from the moment we checked in. Her Airbnb was looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The only downside was that the gated community in which it was located was a bit isolated and needed to drive 15 min to the nearby towns for restaurants. Still it was a great value and close to the Ceiba ferry terminal if you are looking to go to the nearby islands.

Isreal's place is so beautiful! It's more beautiful than the pictures. The ocean views are amazing from every window! The house is well equipped with everything you need for your wonderful stay in Fajardo. The location is close to El Yunque, Culebra, Vieques, Palimino, Icocas, and beautiful beaches. Israel was so helpful, and responsive to every need we had. The special touches were amazing, thank you Israel! I would highly recommend renting this beautiful apartment. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay was simply fantastic! Emilio’s place was immaculate We had an easy entry and felt right at home when we arrived. He got a Walmart order for us and put everything away; he had so many additional snacks and drinks that we enjoyed. The house was clean and spacious for the four In our group and the views were breathtaking. There’s a workout room, pools, a hot tub basketball and tennis court all on the premises. Our hosts always answered promptly if we had questions. We visited the beach (20 min away) and all the amenities were in the property that we needed it was nothing short of amazing!!

We loved the location, we were close enough to the marina to take a ferry out to the island. We hit the bioluminescent bay at Laguna Grande and also went hiking to some waterfalls in el yunque while we stayed here for a few days. This is about 45 minutes from the airport which wasn’t too far after a long travel day. My kids liked the pool and sport court that is out the back door. We found lots of yummy food. Highly recommend las Vistas cafe- make a reservation for lunch or breakfast- nicest owner, best food!! This location is very bright at night, bring an eye mask haha

Great place to stay! We booked last minute, because wasn’t happy with our hotel. Responding was very quick. Apartment located near restaurants, marina and beaches. Very safe and well maintained. Also very clean!

First and foremost, I would like to say the place is beautiful hands-down. I love the all white look everywhere. The bathroom is definitely unique. I love the shower. The bedrooms are nice cozy with great air conditioning. But most of all I love the big TV in front of the hot tub. Definitely a romantic spot to take your significant other one, and I love the fact that the host was responsive within minutes of reaching out. I definitely will be back very soon. That place is built for a king and queen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Orville's place and cannot wait to go back! First, check in was easy with great instructions. When we arrived at Orville's place the first thing that struck me was how SPOTLESS it was. The apartment is recently remodeled and we felt fortunate to stay in such a lovely, clean space. The apartment is very well stocked allowing our family of 4 a very comfortable stay - from dishes to a blender. The welcome note and treats were a lovely added touch. I looked far too long at AirBnB before deciding on Orville's place, but we definitely made the right choice. Although it is difficult to tell in the photos, the 3 pools are basically located with 1 pool on each of 3 levels of buildings. That said, there are easy walking paths between them, taking only a few minutes to get from one pool to the next. We loved exploring all 3! The view of the marina was lovely and, although the porch faces the road, there is minimal road noise.

For my 1st time ever staying at an abnb I was very impressed. It was so comforting,I felt like I was right at home.The place was very clean and we'll equipped with everything we needed.
