We had a small issue with the aircon however it was rectified that day and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful clean little unit which had everything we needed, the beach was right out the front and restaurant next door. I booked and gave about 20 minutes notice before we arrived and host was very quick and accommodating. Saved the day, thank you!

An amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place for price. Can be a little noisy with the restaurant and bar but to be expected. No sink but washing up tub provided. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended. A great holiday unit with a beautiful waterfront view. The view is better than the pictures. Could not be happier. The unit is also located near all the best beaches in Mackay. Thoroughly recommend.

I stayed in Cesar’s apartment for my week off after working 14 days and it was exactly what I needed: the view is amazing, the resort was beautiful and it’s really quiet so I got to relax like I wanted to!

If you are looking for that special place then this is the house for you. Waterfront and beach views from nearly every room in the house. Amazing pool and fully secure yard. It is located in a beautiful beach suburb with three restaurants close by. Mackay has a lot of natural tourist activities to do but you could also have a great holiday without leaving the property. We had a stressful situation which meant we had to move out of our home at short notice with our pets. This home is not only spectacular but was also a lifesaver for us. Merey was so sympathetic and supportive, making her home available to us at short notice. Merey was very responsive to any questions which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend this stunning home and Merey as a host.

Barry's home was just beautiful. Absolutely everything you could possibly think you would want was available. The views from the kitchen and dining areas were nothing short of spectacular. And the views from the master bed? You just don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Debbie's (within walking distance) had beautifully fresh seafood and the pub meal we had on the first night was very good. Will definitely make this a regular stopover for our road trips in future. Loved everything about it! Thank you Barry!!

As soon as i had my booking confirmed, Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly, helpful and responded almost immediately, regardless of the question. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Wish I was staying for pleasure, instead of work, would have loved to enjoy some quiet time on the front patio, taking in the views. But was fantastic to sleep with the window open after a long day at work, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and fresh sea air Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Gayle is an excellent host, and this place is truly unique, immersed in breathtaking nature. The house is super comfortable and has more than everything you need. This is my second time here, and I would come back many more times. On this occasion, we experienced adverse weather with floods that prevented us from leaving on the scheduled day because we couldn’t cross the stream due to the high water levels. Gayle generously let us stay an extra night at no cost until the water receded and we could cross, which speaks volumes about what a wonderful person she is!
