Had a great stay here. Played some pool and relaxed after a long day of snowmobiling. The house was really comfortable and clean.

Very nice setting. Home was well equipped. Larger than it seemed in pictures, kitchen and living room are open spaces. Nice screen porch sitting area over looking the water. Only about 15 min to mackinaw city

Kristina is an absolutely fantastic host- 5 stars! Extremely responsive and awesome!! The a-frame is awesome and the site is beautiful, everything from the outdoor cooking area to the Kayaks and everything in between. My family had an amazing time stargazing from the deck and watching all of the wildlife during the day- the lake is so peaceful and serene. Everything you need (and more) is here, the beds were also amazingly comfortable- We recommend 200% Thanks for sharing this slice of perfection! We had a lovely 4 day weekend that included a 166 mile bike race on Saturday morning (Moran) and a ton of relaxation and awesome food/family time/ etc- A++ awesomeness, THANK YOU!!

This stay is a 100/10. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our group came in for the one hockey tournament and we felt at home the entire time! Thank you Christine for this amazing spot! Hope to be back again next year!

We took a taxi from the ferry boat to the house. It is within walking distance the the docks but not to the airport and it may be a little difficult to find the house the first time on your own. Patty may be able to assist in setting up transportation. The house is in a wooded, very private area right on Lake Michigan. The view is spectacular. The house is large with plenty of room for our 4 couples with room to spare. The deck and outside area is great. We didn't use the kayaks or bikes but are already planning a return trip to do so. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is huge. I recommend renting a car since you need to drop off the trash at a location closer to the airport before you leave. Plus, there are only a few restaurants within walking distance.

The place was incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the convenience of having gas stations, stores, and restaurants all nearby. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great stay.

What an amazing home!! Kitchen was incredible and the views amazing. Access to the beach despite the snow and ice was incredible and loved just having coffee at the dining table and enjoying the view with peace and quiet!

Tom and Kitty were excellent! The island is gorgeous and the beach area is perfect. The water does not get too deep which was wonderful for the kids and my sanity. Perfect spot for a family getaway! They allowed us to use their kayaks, canoe and swimming platform. Tom also put out children at play signs which was such a thoughtful touch. All together an unforgettable family experience. Just lovely!

We liked it so imuch I am bringing whole family back and we are planning on renting 4 or 5 cabins with all our kids.

Perfect location, great having coffee on the deck during sunrise right on the beach. Our kids enjoyed skipping rocks and playing the board games, great trip to unplug from devices!

The cabin was clean and it looked the same as the pictures. Very convenient for Mackinaw and the surrounding areas. We loved being able to kayak and use the row boat for fishing. My boys caught a crappie, perch, and a blue gill. We saw a Bald eagle, a pair of Loons and other wild life in the lake. The was shed was stocked with water toys, fishing pole, stores sticks and so much more. I thought this yard was one of the best I saw while kayaking. The cottage had limited Tupperware and measuring utensils but we made due. The space was tight but I already read in the description and expected it. Nothing we couldn't manage for a few days!

This beautiful cabin was the perfect setting for our retreat. The home is situated right on Paradise Lake with easy access to the water. The location is also incredibly close to the upper peninsula and made day trips to local landmarks easy. The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious enough for a four person group and dog. We would absolutely book this cabin again.

Great no frills place to stay! We liked the convenience of location to the attractions on the Eastern side of the UP. It’s a rustic fishing cabin that was tastefully done. Price was on par with cabins in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, maybe slightly cheaper. Sunrise and sunset on the lake were amazing!

Our stay was perfect! Michelle was very responsive to any questions and the house was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. Had a bonfire and saw the northern lights from the backyard.! Ran in to an issue but the answering service and host were very friendly and responsive, got it solved quickly. Would recommend

I love staying here. I've stayed here a few times. They are old cabins and rustic and a little rough around the edges but that's the charm about them. They're comfortable and bring a sense of peace. Staying here brings back a lot of great memories growing up and staying in different cabins in Northern Ontario. I will definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend Trails End to anyone. The cabin was clean and welcoming. The location is right on the lake and each cabin has its own deck with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There were lots of extra linens and blankets for when it got cold at night. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and coffee. Zach responded immediately when I texted him and the cabin was full of recommend local activities. We had a wonderful stay and will probably be back next year.

It is a steal of a place. This was our second time and we want to keep coming.

We were here out of season, but the lake was so beautiful on these fall mornings. We had the place to ourselves most of the time. It was quiet, clean, and the perfect little get away.

This was the perfect location for respite and a lovely get away spot. Cozy & delightful. I can’t wait to come back!

Used the cabin for an ice fishing trip. It was perfect, clean, and warm. Next time im coming in the summer. Highly recommend
