I have stayed in this place multiple times and I will continue to book this place whenever I’m in Maasin. The host was very accomodating. She allowed us to check in early and when the wifi and airconditioner in our unit broke, the host was kind enough to offer us a different unit. I highly recommend this place😊

Great host, beautiful location. The house was clean and comfortable during our stay. Our caretaker went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay. Cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also helping us with laundry. Stellar experience 💯

It is very nice place and comfort

We really enjoyed our stay. The one who assisted us was kind and we really appreciate the Host being responsive. It was quite far from the city but it was worth it!

Shelani, Gina, Rhea are amazing hosts. We were picked up at the town center, and driven to and back from Peter’s dive resort free of charge. They were incredibly quick in communication and helped us getting to the apartment in a lot cheaper manner & quicker (ferry via maasin). They were proactive and we have really enjoyed the quote AC the big smiles of every one around and all the extra care they put into the AirBnB. We were provided with homemade, fresh bread on daily basis, local cucumber and eggs and the kitchen has all the amenities necessary to make your own breakfast (instant oats) etc. the Airbnb is perfect for exploring the rest of the island and especially if you are interested in diving. We also rented a scooter from them at 550 pesos. We cannot wait to come back next year to do an advance open water course. If you like dogs, they have the most amazing dog in the garden next door, which you don’t notice unless you ask to see him :) but he is worth petting!

Loved it here, so comfortable and clean!

Great host who was so welcoming. It was a pleasure to be around her and her family, plus her lovely dogs! Room was clean, bed comfortable, working A/C, hot shower and nice food served when the owners cafe is open, especially those garlic cheese buns! A little far from the town and restaurants, but with a scooter it’s fine. There are also regular multi cabs and tricycles that pass by the house in the morning, but a little harder to find late at night (after 6pm). We will remember our time in Southern Leyte fondly and look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.

We received a warm welcome from Sharlene's mother, Laura. She took excellent care of us throughout our stay and was always available whenever we needed assistance. The sofa is cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely return. A good alternative to expensive hotels. The area doesn't offer much unless you go diving. Around the apartment, there are small shops where you can get the essentials, but no large supermarket. There is also a gas station and small restaurants.
