I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!

The entire stay was great, with all the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The room had a nice view of the pool, adding a relaxing ambiance to the stay. The unit owner was very accommodating and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for a short getaway, offering both comfort and convenience.

Always great to stay at the Penthouse. My flights were late and no issues getting into the Penthouse. This the the 3rd time in Cebu and the 3rd time at Grace's Penthouse. I look forward to the the views and clean spacious rooms. Always quick with responses. I look forward to going again in the future as I am spoiled in the Penthouse.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

Affordable and spacious home that had everything my family of 10 needed for a quick weekend trip to Cebu. Location was prime, within walking distance to many foods, drinks and shops. Jefax was responsive and quick to help when we had accidentally locked one of the bedroom doors. Would recommend!

한달동안 나는 너무 행복한시간을 보냈습니다 바퀴나 벌레는 미키가 완벽방역을 해서 없었습니다 뉴타운숙소14층의 아름다운 뷰에 행복해집니다 깨끗한침구,진공청소기가 있어 매일 청소가 편합니다 침대매트스의 문제가 있지만 미키는 문제를 알고 새로운 매트리스로 교체할것입니다 온수가 갑자기 체크인 하기전에 나오지 않았습니다 온수와,매트리스만 확인하시면 정말 행복한시간을 보낼수있는 숙소입니다 나는 한국인 친구들에게 추천합니다 ☆☆☆☆☆를 주고 싶습니다 계속 관리해준다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

高層階角部屋で、どの窓からも海が見えます！　お部屋のインテリアも素敵で、清掃も行き届き非常に快適な滞在でした。 Sharonさんは早めのチェックインにも快く応じてくださり、親しみやすい笑顔と丁寧な説明で我々を迎えてくださいました。 周辺には美味しいレストラン、スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアなんでもあり、夜は付近のリゾートホテルから素敵な音楽が聴こえてきます。 ずっとここに居たくなるくらい、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます！　ありがとうございました。

The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need – from cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, and even a dining area perfect for sharing meals with loved ones. The balcony was our favorite spot, offering stunning views of the resort and the perfect place to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine @ night. 🌅 The space was so inviting and spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. Farah'a place is exactly as described and a great location for a short break. it's right beside Angasil port for island hopping with plenty of good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend it and would stay again. Farah is very proactive and quick to help. many thanks Farah 😊

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

흠 잡을 데 없는 완벽한 숙소입니다. 방마다 에어컨, 화장실이 있어 여러명이 숙박해도 문제 없습니다. 엄청 넓고 쾌적합니다. 건물마다 가드 분들이 계셔서 치안도 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 맛집들이 많고, 마트와 편의점이 있어서 먹을 것 걱정은 없습니다. 숙소 내 수영장도 있어서 재밌게 놀 수 있어요. 건물 내 모든 구성원들이 친절하세요! 재방문 의사 200%입니다. 이런 좋은 숙소에 머물게 되어 정말 영광이었습니다. 감사합니다!!
