Karen and her husband were very responsive, friendly and even helped us bring our luggage in. They left us a loaf of warm bread that hit the spot. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels were supplied. we are in the middle of moving and it was a great respite. It is on the small side and it is a very small kitchen to cook in but it met our needs. It is centrally located in a very historic area.

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Susan’s place. It was bigger and more spacious than I expected. It is on a super quiet street and most importantly in walking distance to Tandem Bakery, the Portland institution that makes me want to move there.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Amazing!!! Spent the weekend with my besties celebrating our other besties birthday. This was such a cozy sweet spot with the most COMFORTABLE BEDS (not being dramatic) that all four of us girls have ever slept on. Haley made everything very clear and we were of course respectful of that :-)

Ryan's place was just as described in his listing! The place was clean when we arrived. There was even a basket of snacks on the counter for us! He provided restaurant recommendations and we had an opportunity to visit his establishment, Apres, where we drank some delicious hard seltzer. We had a great time!

Great place to stay! And Nathan went above and beyond when our little one was under the weather during our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

A very quiet, laid back, and peaceful get-away awaited me, my husband, and our dog, Isaac. Kathy's home is tastefully decorated and very inviting. It sets back from the main road, so sleeping is heavenly. Isaac loved safely exploring the outdoors in the very spacious fenced in yard which is easily accessible from the home. I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

We were up for the night celebrating a friend’s recent engagement. Lori was quick to respond and let us check in early. The house was great and everything we needed. Very peaceful place and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

The home- Spotless, well appointed, quiet and private! Master bed was very comfortable (didn’t use the other 2 bedrooms so can’t comment on those) and master bath was gorgeous with great water pressure and actual HOT water. The home had toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc . There were also k-cups for the Keurig and plenty of kitchenware if you wanted to cook- however you can walk to Greg’s Pizza- everything we tried there was very good. The host- Shawn responded immediately to messages, he was flexible and kind. Due to a family emergency we had to check out a day early and Shawn immediately told me what to do on the app to get a refund which we did not expect. His home and kindness have me writing this review while still dealing with my family emergency because I could NOT let this review go unwritten.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
