The apartment of Mario Franco is perfect location to relax and experience Palau and the surroundings. Very well equipped in the kitchen, enough space for up to 4 people / family and a small lovely terrace to have a coffee in the morning . Thank you - I like to come back soon!

The welcome at Hotel Residence La Contessa was cordial. We were offered a spacious apartment with a view of the pool and partly of the emerald sea. We had three exits to the large terrace, which was very convenient. We had enough towels and nice-to-touch bedding at our disposal. On site you can use the kitchenette, which we sometimes needed, although we also went to the restaurant. It was fantastic to be able to use the jacuzzi as well as the pool. Everywhere is clean and smells nice. The service is helpful, but not overwhelming, it is easy and simply, you can enjoy your stay at the Hotel Residence La Contessa. After checking out, we could still wait on the premises and leave our travel bags. It's very helpful. The surroundings of the apartment are beautiful. Rene Bianca beach, restaurants and city attractions are nearby. This facility is worth recommending because it is comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful and all this gives positive emotions. It was worth coming from afar.

We had a wonderful 6 nights stay at Alessandro & Tiziana's home. The apartment is fully equipped, with modern furniture and a big bathroom with a spacious shower; everything is spotless clean and there's an easy parking space on the street (always available). We arrived with a huge delay of our flight and Tiziana kindly waited for us until we arrived. The communication was always efficient with quick answer. Check-in & check-out easy and rapid. The apartment has a fantastic location: in the small town of Aglientu, so it's very central but also very quiet at night; there's a beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the evening. From Aglientu there's a 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of Vignola and other places worth to visit. We highly recommend this place because of it's location, the cleanliness, the comfort and also because Alessandro & Tiziana are great hosts. Thank you both for everything and see you next :-)

A casa é muito boa. Super equipada na cozinha, os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, fieis as fotos. A varanda é o ponto alto da casa, com uma vista maravilhosa. Perto de tudo, nos sentimos em casa. Recomendo e voltaria com o maior prazer.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in questo meraviglioso appartamento in Sardegna. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta essendo a pochi passi dalle spiagge più belle della zona. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto comodo e la veranda è il luogo ideale per godersi la colazione o un aperitivo al tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, Linda, che si è dimostrata incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attività locali. La sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa.

Nice apartment close to town centre and main beach in a quiey area. Pictures are accurate. Michele alowed us to check in earlier which was very helpful and gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. All essentials in kitchen. Parking easy just in front.

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home of Marco and Laura right in the harbor of Porto Cervo. The location is perfect – just a 5 minute walk to the town center with its exclusive boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the harbor. Having breakfast while overlooking the luxurious yachts was an unforgettable experience. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda are just a short walk or drive away and offer crystal-clear waters. I have not seen a better quality of clear water before. The house itself is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The terrace is perfect for unwinding, especially in the evening when the harbor is bathed in a beautiful light. If you’re looking for a charming holiday home in an exclusive location, this is the perfect choice. We would love to come back!

We loved the stay at this apartment! A beautiful view of the sea with an amazing garden where you can chill. Inside everything was super clean and tidy. At the arrival we received a couple of videos with explanations on how to get in, etc. That was all very useful. Would definitely recommend and come back if we’ll come back ti Sardegna!

Sergio unser Host ist ein Gentleman wie er im Buche steht. Er hat uns in allen Belangen während unserem Aufenthalt unterstützt. Sei es mit tollen Ausflugs-Tipps , Restaurants-Empfehlungen oder Hinweisen zu den schönsten Stränden....wir vergeben Sergio eine glatte 11 von 10 Punkten! ;-) Die Unterkunft Bella Vista trägt ihren Namen völlig zurecht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Wir besuchen dieses herrliche Paradies gerne wieder!

Die perfekte Villa für einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Palau auf einem Hügel in einer kleinen gated Community. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palau, die Isola Santo Stefano, Caprera und La Maddalena - und das vom Pool aus. In Palau ist man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß ist es schwierig, da man mehr oder weniger nur auf den Hauptstraßen laufen kann. Das ist aber fast im ganzen Norden von Sardinien so. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man wunderbar von dort aus die Insel mit ihren vielen Traumstränden erkunden gehen. Das Haus, der Garten und alles drum herum ist äußerst gepflegt und ruhig. Man könnte meinen, die Bilder wären aufgehübscht worden, aber dem ist nicht so. Es ist in Natura noch schöner! Wir haben dort traumhafte 10 Tage verbringen dürfen. Marianna war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen - vielen Dank dafür. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub, klare Empfehlung!

L’Anna i el seu marit han estat molt atents tant a l’arribada com al deixar la casa. Estava tot impecable i extremadament net, ha estat un plaer i recomano molt aquest allotjament per descobrir la zona que te algunes de les platges mes boniques de Sardenya. A part es troba en una urbanitzacio privada molt tranquila i molt ben situada. Si tornem a Sardenya segur que repetim!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit auf dem Grundstück und im Haus von Diane. Wir waren da mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder (1-6 Jahre) und sie haben es geliebt überall zu spielen und der Pool ist perfekt für Kinder in diesem Alter, da die 6 jährigen überall stehen konnten. Er war also tief genug zum baden, und nicht zu tief, so dass sie da gut spielen konnten. Es gab jede Menge Spielzeug vor Ort und insgesamt ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Scharfe Küchenmesser haben wir vermisst, aber das ist ja nur eine Kleinigkeit. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir wohl gleich am Anfang 1-2 kaufen. :) Die Gastgeber waren wirklich super! Haben sehr schnell und freundlich auf Nachfragen reagiert und insgesamt ist Alles sehr unkompliziert abgelaufen. Sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment was great. Exactly like the pictures and in the perfect spot. You can hear surrounding neighbours, but nothing out of the ordinary and are all very nice. The shower has great water pressure and the washing machine is a great addition, no washing when we go home!!! The shop downstairs is very handy as is the bar and small cafe. We would highly recommend La Rosa dei Venti, a restaurant nearby (7m walk, 2m drive). You need a car to explore the area. The marina and some beaches are walkable, but to fully enjoy yourself - get a car! We stayed in late September so there was no need to pay for parking. My only slight negative was the lack of toilet roll & a towel to dry pots. Other than that, we had everything we required and it was the perfect spot 😊

Una estancia increíble, muy cómoda, muy completa , tienes para el cafe, te y dulces , ... y cerca de todo a 5 minutos en coche, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio y ordenado , facil de aparcar en la calle y en el parking privado . Federica siempre estuvo en contacto desde principio, muy buena la atención, muy amable. sin dudas volveremos. 100 % recomiendo.!!!

El apartamento es muy espacioso, tanto la Zona de dormir como el baño son muy amplios. La pequeña terraza es muy coqueta para desayunar y la ubicación es perfecta, zona tranquila a 2 minutos del puerto, restaurantes y comercios.

Schönes Apartment mit großer Terrasse. Ruhige Anlage mit gutem Parkplatz. 3 Minuten (mit dem Auto) traumhafter Strand. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Oktober) Apartment.

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Palau (2min à pieds). Il est très propre, bien équipé avec une télévision très grande et un extérieur très sympas. L’hôte est très sympathique et très réactif pour toute demande via le chat. La gestion de l’arrivée et du départ et parfaite. Je suis ravi d’avoir pu me sentir chez moi lors de ces 10 jours de vacances. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et l’hôte. N’hésitez pas à réserver vous ne serez pas déçu ! 🙂🙂🙂
