Very nice little cottage with wonderful landscaping and backyard. Great for people with dogs. Owner was very responsive.

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

This is the best place we’ve stayed so far! Wonderful location, seconds to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants! The home was so charming and comfortable, with every beach item you needed, if you’ve got kids this is the place to stay at!! Would give it 10 stars if I could!! The hot tub was delightful, kitchen packed with supplies, great washer and dryer, comfortable beds, awesome grille and again the location is the best you’ll get!!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. This cottage truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Dunedin! Thank you, TJ & Kim🎄😊

Went for my daughter's Spring Break and took her friend and my college aged son. We had an amazing time. Great location. Close to beach and stores. Only downfall was one bathroom, but it was also a choice we made going in. Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Loved the swim spa. The house was spacious even with the 5 of us staying there!

Highly recommend! Great location with easy access to multiple beaches, which is what we came for! I appreciated that Amy left beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler with ice packs that we could use. The binder with helpful recommendations of things to do was great too, and we enjoyed driving up to Three Sisters Springs to see the manatees, and the local botanical gardens, in addition to Clearwater Aquarium. The home was spotless when we arrived, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

Christopher is a welcoming host! He left us fresh flowers, snacks and coffee to enjoy. The apartment was nicely furnished with a delightful outdoor patio. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and very walkable with many beautiful older homes. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Christopher’s apartment.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

What a cozy, comfortable and quaint little house right by the beach! The house was well appointed with all the initial essentials & was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable (we actually slept like we were at home, a rarity!). Communication was flawless and the host was accommodating at check-in which we really appreciated. Located steps from the beach, it was the perfect amount of house for our family of four. Lots of space for our things and easy to use laundry facilities were helpful. Beautifully landscaped back yard and deck, with clean outdoor furniture and bbq, as well as beach accoutrements (chairs, wagon, inflatables) the host definitely takes pride in their rental. Would recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great little vacation.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

The cottage is really lovely and well located within town. The rooms are large and comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is modern and super clean and the shower is excellent. As a former Airbnb host I can see that Erin and Bill have carefully thought through all the details necessary for guests to be comfortable.

I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

Very responsive, went above and beyond!

We really enjoyed our stay, walk to beach, comfortable deck, close access to restaurants and shops. We were a little apprehensive of the circular stairs at first but were no issue at all. Only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi which both Jude and Jenni tried to help with, but it was a Spectrum issue. Both were available and extremely accessible, helpful and friendly.(

Absolutely loved my stay here. Immediately was able to feel right at home! Chanel was always responsive and friendly!! Kitchen has everything you need which is so helpful. The grill and back porch came in handy on a beautiful night outside. Beds are comfy!! Having laundry there made the trip easier for me (as a mom lol) totally recommend 100%!! Plenty of room for a couple or a family.

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

We LOVED Luna cottage. We came to relax, so the short walk to the beach and to many local restaurants was perfect. If you’re looking to explore outside of Indian Rocks Beach, the Suncoast Beach Trolley system in the area is easy and convenient to use. Having laundry and beach materials (towels, chairs, etc) on-site was also extremely helpful. Rob was very communicative, and it was evident that he wanted us to have the best stay possible. He came to get us from the airport, even after we had unexpected flight changes and arrived hours later than we anticipated.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc
