This Place is absolutely amazing. The photos do not do it justice. Everything was created beautifully and the landscape felt so tropical. The space you have is huge. You own plot with a massive bathroom and kitchen area. The views from the kitchen are incredible. The communal spaces are lovely and a great way to meet others. The honesty bar and social tipi is a lovely touch. The natural infinity pool (spring therapy) is a great place to cool down. It’s not pictured with yurt air bnb post. But it’s on one of the tipi posts if you’re nosey. The mango jam they make there is incredible. It was a shame I couldn’t sneak it past customs on my flight home. We will definitely return in the future 100% the best place we stayed in Madeira

Great choice for holidays or longer stays! Ana is a really nice host, she kindly welcomed us even at midnight on Christmas. The apartment had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - a peaceful seaside village with easy access to everything.

Gorgeous! Charming! Spectacular views. it couldn't have been better and it was hard to say goodbye to this lovely apartment. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Geräumige Wohnung mit einem tollen Sonnenbalkon, wenn man von einer Wanderung kommt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine kleine Leuchte im Wohnzimmer wäre nett, dass man nicht immer das große helle Licht einschalten muss. Nette Bar/Cafe im Erdgeschoss, wo es sehr guten Kaffee und Teigwaren gibt. Der Weg in die Stadt ca 25 min. Zurück einen ziemlich steilen Berg hinauf. Hier lohnt sich absolut ein Mietwagen, da das Haus über einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage verfügt. Man kommt von dort in alle Richtungen bestens weg. Alles in Allem würde ich diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ook ons tweede keer verblijven in het huis is zeer goed bevallen. We voelen ons thuis in deze geweldige lokatie met aardige mensen , zowel de eigenaren als de lokale bevolking. Goed en schoon onderhouden huis en tuin en zeer snelle en goede communicatie met de host. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Jardim Do Mar. Auf unsere 8 Monate alte Tochter wurde große Rücksicht genommen (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Schwimmutensilien für den Pool, ...) und auch für die Erwachsenen war einiges geboten: grosse Küche, ein toller Garten, ein grosser Pool. Alles war sauber und Lúcio hatte viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Jardim Do Mar ist eine zauberhafte Stadt, von der aus man alles Sehenswerte auf der Insel gut erreichen kann. Wir kommen wieder! :)

One of our best AirBnBs ever. Exactly as advertise, Sofia's place is large, comfortable and beautifully situated. Jardim do Mar is our favourite spot on our favorite island. Would return to Sofia's place again and again - unfortunately next year renovation is planned but the current house is wonderful. Sofia is extremely helpful and responsive - I don't remember ever waiting more than 15 mins for a response. Our 5 weeks stay flew by. Highest level of recommendation.

Everything was great with the accommodation. Iri took great care of the well-being and has an open ear for improvements for future guests.

Ce séjour chez Annikka était une superbe expérience. L'appartement est idéalement situé, ce qui permettait d'être à moins d'une heure de route de toutes les activités de l'île (location de voiture fortement conseillée, voir obligatoire). La zone est calme et l'appartement offre une vue sur l'océan même depuis le lit quand on se réveille ! Il est rare de trouver une place disponible sur le parking privé de la résidence si l'on souhaite se garer en soirée, cependant nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans les rues avoisinantes comme nous l'avait expliqué l'hôte (en face de l'hotel Baia Azul par exemple). Tout est bien équipé et les instructions étaient très claires, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter ! Laura & Rio

Stayed for a week at Mariana and Miguel's house, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the island. Excellent shower! HUGE bed. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, everything was spotless and their cats are super cute! The shared gardens and pool are beautiful, we enjoyed sitting and watching the sunset - really lovely sea view! Would definitely recommend hiring transport to get around, we rented a scooter and there was a parking space available for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, would love to come back in the future :)

Ronaldo greeted us when we arrived, they were very responsive and even sent local recommendations like restaurants and activities. The apartment was ideal, it was spotless, the scenery was amazing and it was even bigger than the pictures. The amenities within the apartment were great, everything we needed was there. A laundry room with detergent and cleaning supplies was available in the apartment, kitchen tools were available for us to use and so much more. The location was great, only about 5-10 minutes from Funchal’s centre and in close proximity to hikes which we loved. Overall we felt very safe and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We couldn't have been happier: the flat is a dream. Ricardo and Mariana were great hosts and made the stay perfect. About the accommodation: the flat is large and modern, everything was very invitingly furnished and especially clean. Everything was taken care of. The location is perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much for that!

It was the best place I've ever rented from Airbnb. Everything was as in the photos. Very quiet. The pool and ocean views are amazing. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Very clean. Snow-white linen. It is not recommended to be here without a car. But, if you like walking, probably you will enjoy. It was very interesting to check neighborhood. We walked around a little bit. Very secure. If you see someone around, it's only local people. They are very friendly. I never seen homeless or beggars around our place. I can confirm, that you will not find any unfriendly people on this island. Tennis and billiard tables will not make you bored. There was practically no wind. The island exceeded our expectations. We won't go to Tenerife again. Orlanda was great. We are ready to return to any of her homes. Orlanda helps with some my questions about Madeira. She is number 1. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo, zgodnie z opisem i instrukcjami. Gospodarz był bardzo pomocny i elastyczny. Np. zgodził się na poźniejszy checkout. Trochę utrudnione parkowanie ze względu na mało miejsc postojowych na parkingu osiedlowym. Nie zawsze było miejsce. Natomiast w pobliżu jest parking publiczny za 6.5 € za dobę.

We stayed for 5 days here. My kids loved the planes flying past the house, nice walk to santa cruz , sunny patio to enjoy lunch & drinks. No major issues for us , we will definitely look to come back here!

My friend and I used this jeep for the last four days and it gave so much freedom! Madeira is great to drive around and you can stay wherever you want with this jeep. Everything you need is included and the host was always very quickly in responding, for example advices to camp.

We really chose a fantastic apartment here! It's just like it looks in the photos and the description is accurate. If you want an apartment just outside the city centre, in a quieter neighbourhood (São Martinho), that has unbelievably stunning views of the hills, sparkling lights and the ocean, this is the one. The road is a dead end so there are no revving motorbikes or cars, only in the distance the typical barking dogs of Madeira. Going to sleep at night and waking up to this view was a stunner! We were there for one week and had everything we needed to make meals, watch TV and comfortably get ready (two of us). There are 3 balconies and 2 ways to get to the home. Be prepared to climb and descend hills if you don't have a car! But this is part of the experience. An added bonus was on-property cat, Hippie, who you get to feed and cuddle outside every day. She was such a sweetheart! Leonor is also one of the most proactive communicators on AirBnB. We had such a wonderful experience.

This was not your everyday AirBNB experience and set a new benchmark for us. Nuno & Rubina are excellent hosts who welcomed us into their immaculate and well maintained and equipped property. During our stay we received great advice for dining and other activities around the island. Great location, stunning ocean views and sunsets in a perfectly furnished, equipped and maintained house. A perfect experience for us, many thanks! We look forward to our next visit!

5 gwiazdek to za mało aby ocenić to miejsce. WIelokrotnie odwiedzałem Maderę, jednak to miejsce jest wyjątkowe, zupełnie jak jego Gospodarz! Świetny, bezpośredni, ciepły kontakt. Dom z duszą, czuć że nie jest to miejsce jak inne. Prywatność na 100%, ocean tylko dla Ciebie, piękne zachody słońca, niebo, które rozjaśniają tysiące gwiazd. W domu jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz - WSZYSTKO! Zawsze zadaję sobie pytanie czy bym tam wrócił, tutaj jest jedno odpowiedź: chciałbym tam zostać! Joana jest nie tylko gospodarzem, to ona uosabia ten dom: przyjazny, ciepły, otwarty! Schody, które prowadzą do domu są wymagające, jednak po kilku dniach stanowią nieodłączną część prywatności, którą daje to miejsce. Ten dom ma tylko jedną wadę: nie chcesz go opuszczać i z niego wychodzić. Wszystko to co opisałem można skwitować jednym słowem: "Genialnie" i tyle. Teraz kilka słów prywatnie, Dziękuję raz jeszcze! Dla mnie i mojej rodziny to były wspaniałe wakacje! Do zobaczenia jak najszybciej!

Séjour très agréable, la maison était impeccable. Vous aurez une piscine privée et une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer. Les lits étaient très confortable, équipements rien à dire. Nous sommes très content et nous pensons revenir à Madère.
