We stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. Apartment is very spacious, even for 2 people. Kitchen equipment is well maintained, allowing us to cook most nights. Location is very good getting into Funchal or around the island for hikes - easy access for the car space helped with this too. Finally, the balcony pic advertised doesn’t do it justice at all - beautiful view of Funchal, the mountains and the sea.

The accommodation was clean, bright, and spacious. Its location is ideal for walking into centre of Funchal and serves as a great base for exploring Madeira. The added convenience of parking is definitely a big plus! It’s also close to supermarket and a variety of restaurants, so you can enjoy a quiet evening without needing to head into the city center. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, meeting us upon arrival and always replying promptly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nous avons passé 11 jours dans l'appartement, il est très bien équipé, confortable et agréable, et idéalement situé pour visiter l'île (voiture nécessaire, stationnement facile dans la rue). Cesarina est une hôtel très accueillante, réactive aux messages, et propose une documentation sur l'île dans plusieurs langues, appréciable. Je recommande cet appartement.

Das Appartement liegt super, ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für mich alleine reichte die Größe auch vollkommen aus. Bei zwei größeren Personen ist das Bett wahrscheinlich etwas schmal. Probleme könnten auch Menschen bekommen, die einen leichten Schlaf haben, da man von draußen alles hört und unter der Woche schon früh Verkehr ist.Steve und Aisling haben mir super Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt gegeben, Orte, zu denen ich wahrscheinlich ohne nicht gegangen wäre und die meinen Aufenthalt sehr bereichert haben. Great place to stay in Funchal. Ideal for 2 couples. The verandah is fabulous. There is some noise from building in the day but it didnt detract from our trip and it was peaceful at night! Easy walk down into the town and a good supermarket. Everything as described and very happy to have stayed there!

We had a fantastic stay. Julie is very kind and accommodating. She allowed us to check in and out outside the regular times. The apartment is beautifully located, offering a stunning view of the sea and the city. Thank you really much Julie!

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich und persönlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die großzügige Ausstattung und vor allem auch die Grundausstattung mit etwas von allem. Auch eine mehr als ausreichende Menge an Handtücher (was nicht selbstverständlich ist) war vorhanden. Da wir in das nächste Appartement nicht so schnell einchecken könnten, durften wir sogar länger in der Wohnung bleiben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Noch einmal vielen Dank für alles!

Alexandro was extremely responsive regarding the check-in procedure and on arrival was waiting at the entrance. He then proceeded to show us the apartment and also the car space in the basement. He kept in contact with us during our stay and recommended places to visit and eat. Having been to the area before we knew exactly where the apartment was located. Although building work was being undertaken nearby this did not affect our enjoyment.

Great escape from Funchal! I was on the fence about booking a second place for our 5 day trip, but the serenity of Seixal at this place was a trip highlight. In addition to the balcony and patio views of the coast, the home was modern and clean. 100% recommend!

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

Definitely worth the money. Spacious apartment with 3 seperate rooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. If you rent a car, this is the perfect starting location. The only unconvenience was that there wasn't a place where we could let dry our clothes and the apartment doesn't have any heating.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and Pedro is the #1 host, hands down. He was friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with and held high integrity. There was some construction with one of the units (which was beyond Pedro’s control) and he was genuinely concerned if it affected us (it did not take away from our wonderful experience!) The bright decor, comfortable space and the sounds of the ocean make this place the go to stay in Madeira. Would happily go back our next visit to Madeira!

Appartement très agréable et tout équipé (matériel de cuisine, linge de bain, guides pour les visites,...). Calme avec une grande terrasse profitant d'une magnifique vue mer, village peu animé mais avec tout de même quelques restaurants et bars, idéalement situé pour visiter Madère. Nelson a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. a visiter sans hesitations

It was our second stay in Fatima's apartment and we were once again very satisfied. The view is spectacular and the apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped to do some cooking. Also, the restaurant at Paleihro Golf nearby is really good and closeby - if you have a car. Fatima is quick to answer any questions. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Paulo's property is very well equipped. Beautiful ocean views. Great location. Easy bus ride or Uber to the town of Funchal. Great pizza restaurant down the street. We hope to be back sometime soon. Thanks so much for everything.

Zuerst danke Jose und Maria, dass wir bei Euch wohnen durften. Nie ist alles perfekt. Aber wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung einfach sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur das zählt. Neuwertig. Sehr sauber, gross (2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer... Für uns Luxus) gut ausgestattet. Dazu der tolle Ausblick auf die höchsten Klippen Europas. Wir kannten die Gegend schon. Daher hatten wir diese Wohnung ausgesucht. 400m zum Levada nach funchal und Camara de Lobos. 500 m zu unserem Lieblingskaffee. Viele neue haben wir entdeckt. Buslinie 02 hält vor dem Haus und fährt direkt Funchal Zentrum. Ca. 1000m zum Meer zu unserem Lieblingsstrand und Restaurand. Was will man mehr. Den Swimmingpool des Hauses haben wir wetterbedingt nicht genutzt, die grosse Garage auch nicht (kein Auto). Das war unsere erste Reise mit airbnb. Daher waren wir etwas skeptisch nervös. Umso glücklicher sind wir, dass es so gut funktioniert hat. Danke. Gerne wieder.

Many thanks to Claudia, who helped with the airport transfer and met us at the apartment. We would have found the Danilock door system difficult on our own, but once we knew what to do, it was easy! The apartment is large and comfortable, and wine and snacks were a welcome gift in the kitchen. The location is quiet and safe, opposite a school and near a great bakery/cafe and restaurant. You can walk downhill to the centre in 20-30 mins, and we got the bus back up the hill (number 8 or 45). There is also a bus stop for the Airport bus return trip within walking distance. If you intend to use the bus service then you will need Euros or get a Giro card for the local service. We had a great time in Madeira.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Funchal. It was spotless, well equipped, and had a stunning view. Upon entering, we felt immediately at home. The host, Marina, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Madeira.

Amazing apartment! We really felt like home, there was everything needed and beautiful view, comfortable beds with memory foam pillows what made the sleep very good. This you cant find in many places. Andre and Lauren was very helpful! So I can only say good words about this place and the host.If I will go to Madeira again will stay there again! Definitely recommend!

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Wohung sehr genossen. Morgens den Pool alleine genießen. Leckeres Frühstück auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit Meerblick....Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Tagsüber tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen, entweder zu Fuß, mit dem Bus, der gleich an der Straße losfährt oder mit dem Auto, das in der Tiefgarage parkt und am Abend den Tag auf der Terrasse bei einem Wein mit Wellenrauschen ausklingen lassen. Gerne haben wir uns auch etwas Leckeres in der super ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Wir haben nichts vermisst und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen war Susana gerne behilflich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub bei Susana !
