Good communication with the host and nearby airport fits my requirements. The apartment is too big for two people; it is better to rent for four people :) Thanks for hosting us and being responsive regarding our delayed flight:)

Die Wohnung hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Küche mit dem Mamor-Einbautisch fand ich sehr schön und praktisch. Außerdem ist die Busanbindung nach Funchal hervorragend, so dass ich alles mit dem Bus unternehmen konnte. In unmittelbarer Nähe beim Hotel Roca Mar befindet sich das Fitness Studio Gold mit der Möglichkeit einer Mitgliedschaft ab vier Wochen. Auch dort hat man auf dem Stepper oder Laufband einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer, so dass mir das Steppen leichter als sonst gefallen ist. Mir hat der Urlaub rundum sehr gut getan und ich komme gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Tony ist hervorragend. Er war immer erreichbar und hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es in der Wohnung, die nicht gut funktioniert haben wie z. B. der Staubsauger. Tony hat den Staubsauger dann umgehend durch einen neuen ersetzt. 😊

Logement incroyable!! Je recommande absolument. Très propre, les hôtes répondaient vite. Proche de tous les restaurants et les attractions. **À noter, si vous voulez visiter Madère en voiture: Pas de place de stationnement, ni dans le logement puisque la rue n’est pas accessible en voiture, ni dans les rues avoisinantes. Les stationnements sont presque tous payant à Funchal. Il y a un centre d’achat avec stationnement souterrain pour laisser votre voiture, au coût de 15 euros par nuit.

From the beggining contact with Valdemar was really good. We found what we were looking from in the offert and our host send us a contact to car-renting company with very competitive prices and clear agreement. After reservation Valdemar also sent us a Madeira travel guide which was really helpfull. We received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment where Valdemar's father was waiting for us. He showed us parking space in the underground garage, facilities in the apartment and gave us really tasty, home made gifts (cookies, liqueur, marmalade and local wine). In apartment we found everyting we needed. The apartment was clean and cosy. The area was quiet and all the necessary places such as a shop, pharmacy, playground or cafe were very close. I'd like to recommend the apartment and Valdemar as a host with great pleasure. Contact with him was easy and specific, he answered every question quickly. I hope we will come back here!

Polecam zatrzymać się w Golden Sun Madeira podczas pobytu na Maderze. Dom jest komfortowy, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Lokalizacja pozwala na łatwy dojazd w każdy zakątek wyspy. Carlos jest gospodarzem, który jest pomocny nie tylko w kwestii mieszkania, ale również atrakcji, restauracji i całości pobytu na Maderze.

Très belle maison, calme, spacieuse, très bien équipée, confortable et zen. La vue est superbe et la localisation parfaite pour rayonner. De nombreux services à proximité : superettes, restaurant, massage thaï ( testé et recommandé !)... Nasha est une hôte très sympathique et accueillante, nous ne pouvons que recommander le séjour dans son adorable maison !

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

Ich war das erste Mal mit meinen Freunden auf Madeira – und es war einfach großartig! Unsere Unterkunft war perfekt: ein traumhafter Ausblick, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und alles, was wir für eine entspannte Zeit brauchten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend und haben jeden Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Domek jak najbardziej spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami, wnętrze schludne, czyste. Okolica przepiękna, domek posiada duże przeszklenia przez które można podziwiać góry. Gospodarz szybko odpowiada na pytania, w razie czego w okolicy zawsze jest Aldino, który również zawsze pomoże, pokaże farmę. W trakcie pobytu można korzystać z owoców i warzyw, które rosną na farmie. Miejsce idealne na relaks. Świetna baza wypadowa, znajduję się na północy, mniej więcej na środku, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko.

Maria est une hôte disponible, attentionnée, d'une grande gentillesse. Elle est souple sur l'arrivée et le départ. Le logement correspond aux photos,'il est très propre ,la salle de bains et la cuisine sont un peu "vieillottes" mais tout le nécessaire est présent. Ponta Delgada est un village très calme mais avec épicerie et une pharmacie. Le logement situé au bout de la pointe et la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique.

All good with the hosts and house is with an epic views. Good add on to Madeira’s trips.

Beautiful house right in the center. Everything within walking distance. Quiet at night. Great beds, clean and felt like home.

It was our second stay in Fatima's apartment and we were once again very satisfied. The view is spectacular and the apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped to do some cooking. Also, the restaurant at Paleihro Golf nearby is really good and closeby - if you have a car. Fatima is quick to answer any questions. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Arsenia was an amazing host and made everything easy and super friendly. The space was clean and spacious with all you would need and very comfortable. The location was truly amazing in the middle of the island, secluded and quiet and on the doorstep of all the hiking you could want. If you want to go hiking or just get away from bustle of the towns and coast this is the perfect place to really feel the pulse of Madeira and the people. Fantastic restaurant very close by and spectacular views all around. J Obrigado Arsenia 🫂

A casa correspondeu as expectativas, tem uma vista lindissima sobre Machico, a sala é muito espaçosa e a casa de banho tambem. Esta localizado muito perto do aeroporto e numa zona muito tranquila. Os vizinhos tambem foram muito prestaveis. Possui alguns serviços perto como restaurantes, cafes, Ginasio etc. Nota: apesar de não apresentar nas fotografias a casa possui cozinha equipada.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Alexandro was extremely responsive regarding the check-in procedure and on arrival was waiting at the entrance. He then proceeded to show us the apartment and also the car space in the basement. He kept in contact with us during our stay and recommended places to visit and eat. Having been to the area before we knew exactly where the apartment was located. Although building work was being undertaken nearby this did not affect our enjoyment.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊
