Le logement proposé par Elisa, une maison de caractère, est idéalement situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à une bonne vingtaine de minutes à pied du port. Tout est facilement accessible (curiosités touristiques, points de restauration). La chambre du premier étage était très agréable (lits confortables, fenêtre sur les cours). La communication avec Elisa était fluide. Elle nous a donné des recommandations et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Merci beaucoup Elisa !!

excellent séjour, la maison est parfaitement située à 2 pas de la plage et des restos, accessible à pied avec parking gratuit proche. tout est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et d'idée,c'est sublime et très bien pensé,les lieux communs sont top cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut, terrasse,jeux...et Ruben est vraiment adorable, nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons

Anna's hotel was a very nice place to stay. Breakfast with a 5-star view included, and incredible service. We enjoyed the food and slept well, even though it was a very cold week. The view from the hotelroom to the mountains and see is beautiful. All in all, for the price you pay you get everything you need, plus the knowledge and kindness of Anna. Thank you! We will be back ;)

Everything was good, fitted description and location was amazing

really nice peaceful place in the mountains. the decor in the room is a little dated but everything worked and was clean. Anna is a fantastic host with a lot of great recommendations of what to do. also the restaurant across the road serves delicious food at a reasonable price. It's nice to have it so close to spend an evening when in such a rural location.

The view is stunning, the hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is great and the A/C worked perfectly. Can only recommend!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sauber. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist der Pool mit dem schönen Ausblick direkt auf das Meer. Jorge und Rosa haben immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns Tipps für die Umgebung/Ausflüge gegeben. Wir konnten früher als angegeben einchecken und es verlief alles reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen☺️

We had a great time at Jorge's place where there was a lot to do down by the harbor and the place was absolutely stunning- the views were like something out of a picture! Jorge was helpful from booking to check out and greeted us upon arrival. We really appreciated all of the helpful suggestions and insights as we minimally planned our trip before arriving. It was a unique experience and we would absolutely go back!

I had an incredibly relaxing solo stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Madeira! My hosts, Yves and Julie, were warm and attentive – they thought of everything and answered every question I had. Thanks to their great tips and genuine hospitality, I felt welcome from the very first moment. The accommodation itself is an absolute dream: modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and decorated with charming details. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking and truly one-of-a-kind—whether it’s watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or the glittering Funchal city lights at night. It was the perfect place for me to unwind and recharge. All in all, a superb feel-good retreat that I wholeheartedly recommend to any solo traveler heading to Madeira. I can’t wait to come back!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Dieter u Sabine sind sehr entspannte und großzügige Gastgeber, stehen mit Tips zur Seite und lieben, was sie tun. Das merkt man jede Sekunde. Peaceful location with unreal views. Ideal to spend some days in a quiet area with a car

We had three fantastic weeks at this beautiful hideaway. The flat was not modern, but it was so clean and cozy, and the view is superb. The rooms are of good size, and the beds is quite comfortable with soft pillows. The pool is big enough to get some laps done, and had a gorgeous view over Funchal. The staff made us feel welcome, and they were so helpful. We felt safe and we’ll taken care of. We like to walk, so we walked back up from the city everyday, but a taxi is only 5 euros🤓 We are coming back for sure🎉

We chose accommodation in Villa Maria Quinta, which is located in a quiet village, because we don't like the hustle and bustle of the city. Once you get used to the very steep and narrow island roads, it's easy to get with car to any part of Madeira from here. There are numerous hiking trails nearby, as well as a sandy beach. Also nearby are many restaurants with delicious dishes. Funchal is only 36 km away. The villa is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is excellent accommodation for larger groups because it has 6 separate cottages-apartments for a total of 12 people.

Super hôtel avec une vue imprenable, très arrangeant et sympathique. Petit bonus du parking privé à l'intérieur de la propriété. Je recommande cet hôtel !!

Outsite is a perfect choice for a week off in Ponta do Sol, Madeira. The room (for 2 people) was a bit small but with all the necessaries and the view from the balcony is amazing. You can eat well in the restaurants nearby, wash your clothes, go hiking and go to the beach to get a tan. Elisa, the community member and other guests were very friendly. I recommend it 👌🏼

Wir glauben, es ist das schönste Fleckchen Erde auf Madeira. Der Tag beginnt mit einem tollen Frühstück. Jeden Tag gibt es neben selbst gemachtem Brot, eine neue Besonderheit, wie z.B. selbstgemachte Crêpes. Auch extra Wünsche, wie weich gekochte Eier, werden erfüllt. Nach aufregenden Erkundungstagen auf der Insel mit super Tips von Yves, kann man den Abend auf der tollen Terrasse mit dem ich glaube einzigartigsten, individuellen Pool und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht genießen. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Yves und Julie geben sich die größte Mühe, dass es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt wird. Wenn wir nochmal nach Madeira kommen, dann wieder zu Yves und Julie, wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Alles !

La calidad humana de Catarina, presente en cada detalle del viaje; llegué muy tarde y me facilitaron toda la info para acceder, tenía café y galletas (un gesto encantador). Más allá de que siempre estuvo atenta y que me permitió guardar mis maletas un poco más de tiempo; el lugar coincide con las fotos, es seguro, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía en la isla. Súper recomendado.

Pakoj nie duży ale zupełnie wystarczał szczególnie że hostel znajduje się blisko centrum Funchal. Miła atmosfera, pomocna i miła obsługa.

zbyt późno udało nam się dotrzeć aby skorzystać w pełni z tej miejscówki jednak przygotowane dla nas śniadanie w koszyku piknikowym które mogliśmy zjeść na plaży to była niespodzianką dnia a może nawet całego pobytu na Porto santo. Pracownicy bardzo mili i choć nie zawsze angielsko języczni to bardzo uczyni i mili.

I had a great stay. The property was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The bed was spacious, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful sleep. The entire space was very clean, and the peaceful location added to the charm. A special mention to Javier, who was extremely responsive and easy to reach if I needed anything - his attentiveness made the experience even better. The only consideration is that you’ll need a vehicle to make the most of your stay, especially if you plan to visit Funchal frequently. That aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider returning if I visit the area again!
