Kurz & knapp: Einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt! Es waren wundervolle Tage auf Madeira. Christina ist eine super liebe Gastgeberin und hat uns sehr viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir wollten am liebsten noch länger bleiben….

Appartement très fonctionnel et qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi. L’hôte est très disponible si besoin. Elle nous a très bien conseillé sur les activités à faire. Des biscuits nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée. L’emplacement était parfait pour notre famille avec l’accès à la plage à pieds ainsi que la proximité avec le supermarché et les restaurants. Nous espérons revenir. Merci pour tout

Ana is a great host, very friendly and responsive - I was able to leave my suitcase before check-in and check out later than cut off time. The small garden where you can pick up greens gives this place a unique touch. The room is small but very cozy and warm (in the meaning of home like feeling). It has floor to ceiling glass entrance/window, so in the day time I needed to choose between curtained privacy and daylight, but with privacy chosen lack of daylight was not an issue for me. Madeira Shopping Mall with big supermarket with everything needed is 5 minutes walk. I did not have a car, and I preferred to walk to the city center which took me about 40 min, but public transport is available and Bolt is not expensive. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend it to everyone who prefers quiet location with a home touch, remote but not too far from Funchal buzz.

Polecam każdemu odwiedzić! Świetne miasteczko, piękny ogród z bananami i granatami. Mili gospodarze, przytulnie i spokojnie.

Great experience staying with Henrique. Beautiful accommodation with the best view of the ocean, we had everything we needed. It is very convenient to travel around the island to different places. Henrique was very kind when he waited for us and picked us up late at night, and helped us organize a quick trip to the store. Thanks a lot Madeira and obregado Henrique! Amazing location with beautiful ocean views, easily accessible and very clean. Henrique was present on check-in even though we were a few hours late, and walked us through everything we needed to know. He also gave us recommendations of activities and restaurants nearby. Parking was an issue at times but with a huge car park (paid) behind the complex, it was never too much of a problem. Overall an enjoyable and pleasant experience 10/10 would recommend.

Fizemos uma viagem de apenas 3 dias e saímos da ilha maravilhados! A D. Isabel é bastante preocupada com as pessoas, apesar de não estar na madeira quando nós estivemos, mostrou sempre disponibilidade para nos ajudar em tudo o que fosse possível. A zona é muito calma a tranquila, fica a 3 minutos a pé da praia, existe um parque infantil maravilhoso quase dentro do mar, ficámos encantados com tudo. O espaço é acolhedor, extremamente limpo e quentinho! As camas da parte de cima da casa, foi a alegria da criançada! Recomendo vivamente!!!! 5* D. Isabel, muito obrigada por tudo!!!!!!

Akira and his wife were excellent hosts. They were very responsive and flexible/accommodating with our check in time due to cancelled flights. We appreciated this so much! Home was very clean, view from the balcony is excellent, pool was great. Walk to the Main Street is very doable, and is all down hill (we cabbed/bolt home because of this). Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Tolles kleines Appartement in malerischem Dorf, abseits von Hektik und Trubel. Der nichteinsehbare riesige Balkon ist großartig und wurde ausgiebig für die Beobachtung der Wellen und das Genießen der Sonnenuntergänge benutzt. Tolle Lage für die Erkundung der Insel! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett gemütlich. Wenn ich wieder nach Madeira reise, werde ich gerne wiederkommen!

Notre séjour chez Dany a été magnifique ! L’emplacement idéal, la vue splendide et la disponibilité de Dany ont rendu l’expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avons profité de ces 4 jours pour faire le tour de l’île, et chaque moment a été un véritable plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux ! PS : En tant que supporter du PSG depuis 2001, je tenais à remercier le Portugal tout particulièrement pour Pauleta, Vitinha, João Neves, Nuno Mendes, Ramos… Une petite touche footballistique, car nous avons bien remarqué que ce sport est omniprésent sur l’île ! Paris SG ❤️💙 !

The Hosting Award, after 28 Air BnB stays, goes to Ruben, ably assisted by Maria, with Ruben’s parents as supporting cast. We were met, assisted with our luggage and oriented to the apartment. We saw Ruben and Maria frequently, usually daily. Messages were responded to quickly any time. There were a few issues during our 10 week stay and each was addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is eccentric in decoration but very functional. The location is excellent with nice views over the street and nearby plaza, great for people watching. It’s about as close to the waterfront as you can get, a two minute walk. There is no vehicle traffic around the apartment. There is no need to go more than 5 minutes to find a considerable variety of restaurants and the sand swim beach. There are at least 4 restaurants literally within 1 minute of the front door, including directly across the street. Overall an exceptional stay. Do be aware you go up one broad easy flight of stairs.

Le logement est idéal pour 4 personnes, un couple et deux enfants. Localisation idéale au coeur de Funchal, à deux pas de très bons restaurants (Tipographia entres autres !), mais au calme. Accueil autonome permettant d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure et le parking au pied de l'immeuble, indisponible à Madère ! Je recommande vivement, et merci pour la réactivité. A bientôt pour une troisième fois sur cette île magnifique.
