Kleine, aber sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung. Perfekt für Skiferien, da zentrale Lage, alles gut in Gehdistanz, im Haus gibt es einen beheizten Skiraum! Die Kommunikation war immer klar und sehr schnell! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten tolle Ferien und kommen gerne wieder! Danke 🤗

L'appartement est très bien. Il est très propre, lumineux et avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La piscine est également très agréable. Mauro et son père sont des personnes très sympathiques et très réactives. Ils nous ont toujours répondu très rapidement. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture et le papa de Mauro, nous a proposé son aide pour nous accompagner à un garage. Je recommande cet appartement.

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Georg und Raquel waren sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Man konnte sich jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, gut ausgestattet, sauber und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besten Dank.

L’accoglienza di Andrea ed Elisabetta è stata super. L’appartamento che abbiamo avuto per due notti era veramente sopra le aspettative. Sono molto esigente in merito ma questa volta devo fare i complimenti meritati per la pulizia eccellente, gli spazi, i servizi aggiuntivi (colazione super, l’enoteca con una vastissima scelta di vini, la sala giochi che una vera chicca se si viaggia con bambini). Bravi è dire poco! Grazie perché se torneremo a Colico Residence Lake Como sarà la nostra scelta

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Even on a rainy day we had dramatic views as clouds moved over the lake. Paola checked in with us often making sure we had everything we needed and responded right away when we had questions. We prepared a fabulous meal one of the evenings and had everything we needed in the kitchen, just like home.

This place was perfect. Exactly as described. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of space. But four could easily have enjoyed this space as well. Incredibly clean and well kept. We loved the glass enclosed space and balcony. You could draw the curtains for privacy if needed. The glass at the top allowed you to see the night sky and the stars. Plenty of spaces outside for two hour parking and a parking lot that was 3-5 minute walk if we needed to leave the car for longer. The roads leading to the apartment are a little windy, but once we found it, it wasn't complicated at all and we got our bearings very quickly. Quiet neighborhood, close to the castles, the river, and shopping (all within 7 minutes or less driving). Highly recommended.

The most beautiful place🫶🏼 Arrived home after the most beautiful 3 night stay in Radus home and wow is all we could say! The view is really something else and the photos do not do it justice. Radu was extremely responsive to all my enquiry’s leading up to & during our stay and also sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and visit. After reading a few reviews about the walk from menaggio to the villa we can clarify you most definitely need a car if you don’t want cpr at the top🤣 Transport usually stops around 5/6pm for the buses, taxis and we found even ferry’s meaning it was a lot walking back to the villa especially after eating. In the day there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away making it super easy to get up and down. The accommodation itself was superb and was very well equipped, even with refreshments on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was more than we could of imagined and would stay again…with a car this time🤣

Fabrizio is a very nice man and an involved host in the best possible way. I loved having him as a host and would recommend his place to anyone - it's beautiful!

Petit weekend prolongé en famille (parents avec 4 enfants entre 18 et 11 ans). Nous avons adoré ce petites maisonnette en haut du village, très tranquille - loins des grandes routes. Intérieur très rénové très modern et pratique, mais avec le charme d'une vielle bâtisse. A proximité des transport public et bien situé entre Lugano et Locarno - idéal pour aller à la découverte de la région (culture, ballade, randonnée). Nous avons pas utilisé la cuisine - mais il nous semblait bien équipé (manquait peut-être une grande casserole pour faire des spaghetti pour 6 personne). Bruno était très réactif et il était facilement joignable. On espère revenir une autre fois pour rester plus longtemps!

Perfekt; von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Ein Kleinod, ideal zum Eintauchen in die totale Entspannung. Wir haben es geliebt. Und Wieland, der Gastgeber; super hilfsbereit, großzügig, einfach alles 100 Prozent👍!

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Wir können Sophies Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Sophie ist eine sympathische Gastgeberin, die Wert darauf legt, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Bei Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt in der Region ist sie eine gute Ansprechpartnerin. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. In der Wohnung riecht es gut. Wir haben insbesondere den kleinen, süßen Balkon mit dem unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick auf den Luganer See genossen. Vielen lieben Dank, Sophie! ☺️

This was our best stay this trip to Italy. Cinzia was wonderful, helped us get our luggage to the bus stop. If we come back to Italy, we will stay here again, only difference is we’ll stay longer.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, noch besser als auf den Fotos sowieso schon. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und diverse Toilettenartikel waren auch reichlich vorhanden, das ist in anderen Wohnungen nicht immer der Fall oder kostet extra. Bei Fragen hat Alexander immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Praktisch war auch die sehr große Garage, um das Auto abzustellen, da es in Corrido nicht wirklich Parkplätze hat. Man ist schnell am Luganersee, am Comersee und bis zum Lago Maggiore ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Super gefallen hat uns auch ein Shopping Tag im riesigen Foxtown Outlet Center, wo man tolle Schnäppchen machen kann. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Casa Jade was wonderful! Excellent view, great convenience to Menaggio, plenty of good restaurants close by. The hosts were super helpful, very responsive, and made us feel welcome from the start. Honestly, this review is so short because we loved it so much and simply don’t have anything negative to say about it.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning panoramic views—It felt like stepping into a postcard! Whether we were sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the vista was a spectacular treasure. The apartment was a peaceful haven with wonderful features: impeccably clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we could need—and beyond. The mattress was luxurious, the shower had instant hot water & excellent pressure, and the cozy kitchen was stocked with thoughtful touches. The outdoor dining area & balcony sofa quickly became our favorite spots to relax and soak in the majestic scenery. Our hostess, Raffaella, was kind, responsive & accommodating. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, Nespresso pods, a variety of snacks and more—we truly felt like honored guests. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Lugano, this apartment is a gem! Highly recommend.

Giorgias place was beautiful. every room has a view, the bed were extremely comfortable, and the house was very well equipped. We would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this fantastic luxury apartment. It is private, quiet, with a short 10 min walk to the ferries, shops, and restaurants. Perfect get away to relax after a day in the cute Lake Como towns (e.g., Bellagio). Check in was easy and seamless despite our delayed arrival time. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Those of you that need strong AC this is the apartment for you with individual thermostats in each room. We enjoyed the patio's view of the lake and mountains each morning and evening. The sunrise was spectacular. Only wish we had more time to spend there. We will return for sure. Special thanks to Debra's daily check- ins and her concierge services! Die beste Wohnung die wir bisher mieten durften. Alles ist top - eine 5-Stern Wohnung! Es ist eine perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung mit die qualitativ hochwertigen Materialien, die schöne Terrasse mit Esstisch als auch mit See- und Bergblick, der Einstellhallenplatz, der Lift, der vom Parkplatz direkt in die Wohnung führt, die zentrumsnahe und dennoch ruhige Lage. Und natürlich die sehr fürsorgliche Betreuung von Cécile . Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Herzlichen Dank liebe Cécile.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, et malgré sa situation centrale, il est très calme — nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit de l’extérieur. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. L’hôte a été très attentionnée, elle a même laissé quelques jouets pour mes enfants jouer ! Je recommande vivement !
