Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this villa on 3rd April 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The villa was very well maintained, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful lawn that added to the relaxing vibe of the place. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept. A special mention to the caretaker, Ameen, who was extremely hospitable and attentive to all our needs. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

Dwarkesh’s place was beautiful with a lot of warm lighting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. They even offer car parking and the hosts including the host’s mother are extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The place is overlooking the sea which itself is a bonus. It was very quiet with only the sea’s breeze and waves sound. The stay is very quiet and it’s a deal for the price.

The host was really kind, helped me stay at peace, when I was going through shit .. I got hot coffee and lovely breakfast.. It's brand new building and had all utensils and the place was clean.. I'm fussy about clean bathrooms and I myself was happy. Great place to stay

I have been at Sashtipriya‘s for 3 nights and it was just lovely. She herself is very kind and proactive, gives recommendations and responds timely. The Appartement has everything what you need and everything works as described. The AC is fast and effective, the area is busy and quiet at the same time, and also very green. Supermarkets and other facilities are nearby and the people around seemed very friendly. There are mosquito nets on every window. I have literally nothing to complain about, and I’d always come back to her place when I am in Chennai, and also recommend this place to friends😊😊😊

I stayed at Raghunathan’s place to do my wedding shopping during my stay in Chennai and it was the best decision. The house was spacious, had a fully functional kitchen and super close to restaurants and shops in the heart of Chennai. Special shoutout to the caretaker Lakshmi who took care of all our needs. She was very responsive and went above and beyond. She was very flexible about our requests for housekeeping and made the whole checkin process smooth :) Would love to stay again when we are in Chennai.

"Home away from home", Never felt missed my home while I stayed there. Can't ask better than that. Special features of Home is Very classy & authentic house with lots of attractive decors items. Attractive home garden. Home is exactly as mentioned in the photo, really my family had a very pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen too. Peaceful atmosphere with 3 near by children parks. my daughter used play each different park every day she had lots of fun during the stay. You can get all the daily necessary items in walkable distance, Nilgirs Supermarket, Vegetable & Fruit Shop, Milk Booth, Naturals Saloon, Ironing Shop, Tailoring Shop, Pharmacy, ATM, Cafe, Juice Shop & Cooper Kitchen & Other Restaurants too. A Perfect Home for a family Stay. I highly Recommend this home for my friends and family. especially for husband & wife who want to spend more romantic & personal time.

We were a group of 5 girls, and we absolutely loved the property. It was easy to locate, and was a stone's throw from the beach. The host and the caretaker have taken immense effort to ensure our safe and comfortable stay. The property has 3 rooms with attached baths, out of which two rooms have a sea-facing balcony. The terrace allows a panoramic view of the entire Kovalam coastline. The rooms were comfortably furnished, with extra floor mattresses also kept available that you can use at the terrace. There's also a functional kitchen with a refridgerator, oven, induction stove and basic cookware and serveware. The property does not have air-conditioning, however the property is well-ventilated, and the sea-breeze at night made up for it. The property can comfortably house upto 6-8 people. Our group stayed there for a day, and have already made plans to come back soon.
