This is a GEM of a home in a GEM of a town! Brian and Jennifer's home has everything you need...especially when snowed in for several days! The home is cozy yet spacious. The three bedrooms are beautiful and the upstairs full bath is gorgeous--it gets lots of natural light and has tons of storage. The living room/TV has lots of space to gather folks for a hangout, or sit on your own and write/work in a cozy chair with ottoman and warm light lamps. The kitchen is also terrific--all gleaming and modern appliances and wonderful lighting. I know others have talked about the treasure that is Alton, IL, and I can also confirm this--I come to Alton regularly for work and LOVE it. The hosts are also incredibly responsive--Brian was in touch regularly about snow removal during the winter storm this month, made sure the snow was removed, and was very flexible about my need to change the schedule because of the weather. I will definitely stay here next time again!

My family loved this place and the historical feel and picures. It was quiet with an amazing view and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy, better than most Airbnbs. JoEllen was super responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in a bind in town for a wedding. We had booked a hotel months in advance when we got there it was under construction! We booked Tricia’s loft and she responded within 10 mins and it was after 10pm. She worked to make sure we could check in early if needed and offered to store our luggage as well. Her place is so cute and every detail was thought though. You can tell she put her heart into making a home. We have family in the area and will have many more events and I will be booking again. The location is perfect as well. Thanks for coming to our rescue.

This was my second stay here and just as wonderful. Comfortable and provided everything we needed. Absolutely love this Airbnb and highly recommend.

We stayed there doing the week so we did not get to see the Winery, but it was very cozy and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.
