The Country Cottage is a wonderful get away where you can relax on a farm and still be close to Weaverville & Asheville. Jerry and Debra are awesome hosts that go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The farm has the most adorable goats, chicken and sheep, which I visited daily. The Cottage is loaded with all types of supplies, for cooking, bathing, etc. to help you feel right at home. Also, multiple storage areas for clothing. In addition, a large picnic table and Grill to enjoy dinning outside. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave.

I came to escape the world, even for a short period just to clear my head and connect with my heart, God and nature. Along with that some hiking and mountain biking. All of which happened in one form or another over these few days. The cabin is cozy and quiet, other than the sounds of nature, which gives a perfect environment to journal and meditate on life, with maybe a glass of wine . With a wonderful home made organic breakfast every morning. This was my 2nd time here, I will return

So amazing! The mountain is so peaceful and the casita is all you need to enjoy the nature that surrounds you. We will be back for sure.

The photos of GeGe’s place are accurate. We used the kitchen for every meal and the kitchen had everything from olive oil to parchment paper. It was a nice surprise. Also Ticket and Tango are fantastic!

Preston was great! We were volunteering for a few days in the area and had to find a last minute place to stay. Big bonus was they had running water so we could shower! Preston was very accommodating, and even greeted us when we got there. Had everything you needed for a convenient stay. Highly recommend this place to stay, it was very welcoming and the bed is super comfy! Best nights sleep!

We were quite happy here for 2 nights. Very easy to find and a great location in relation to what we wanted to do in Asheville. Gary was a great host. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. We enjoyed the high ceilings, gas fireplace, dimmable lighting throughout, large windows and automated blinds. Very classy.

Sadly, due to unforeseeable issues, we weren't able to stay at this place. But Christian was amazingly understanding and communication with him was fast and easy.

Had a very peaceful weekend getaway with some friends. The house is perfect for a group of 3-4. Beautiful property with a fire pit, swings, and a hot tub. The house had a big shower and a neat kitchen with all the essentials.

This place was absolutely adorable! The goats out front are extremely friendly and curious! The stay was in the back of the house, but it was completely secluded from the front and the road so we had good privacy. It was a lot more spacious than it seems in the pictures, there were only two of us. We spent a lot of time watching movies on the TV. It had all of the streaming apps on it and the screen was huge! We loved the retro vibe of the appliances, it added so much whimsy to the stay! The only thing to be conscious of is the 3-4 windows in the main area (the couch and kitchen) do not have curtains, but the two in the bedroom do.

A beautiful and stylish, peaceful stay! Very clean and comfy. Nice bed linens, well outfitted kitchen. Robert and April are wonderful hosts! We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the screened in porch too!

Tanya’s place was very clean and exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. It is located in a quiet and safe area. I did mistakenly pull into the neighbor’s driveway (sorry, neighbor) because gps had no signal and it was dark. However, the mailbox does have the number on it, don’t know how I missed it but absolutely my fault! Thank you, Tanya.

Da ich im August 2022 bereits eine Bewertung geschrieben habe, müsste ich mich wiederholen. Also inhaltlich hat sich nichts verändert. Rachael und Michael sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Nie aufdringlich aber immer da wenn nötig. Das Objekt war auch bei der 2 Miete in 9 Monaten wundervoll. Der kleine Ort und die Menschen sind absolut liebenswert. Nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir ein drittes Mal kommen werden.

A perfect place to stay if you are looking for seclusion. The house was very clean and had everything youll need. It has easy access to surrounding town's. I recommend visiting Ashville for art shopping (use the trolly), Weaverville for layed back downtown, the Arbitrarium, and the Biltmore estate. Avoid Canton, NC it smells from the paper factory. I wish we had more time to explore the surrounding areas but we hope to return this coming summer or fall. if we do I will definitely chose this property again.
