Great place to stay at if you're planning a visit to the Southampton-Sag Harbor area. comfortable house, clean and modern. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will need a car (or bicycle) but it's only about 10 minute drive to Southampton and about 15 to Sag Harbor. Some really decent restaurants nearby and lots of other fun things within a very short drive. We really enjoyed coming back to the house after a day out and enjoyed the outdoor space too. Hoping to be back there in the future. Highly recommended!

Ed was great at communicating, house was everything we could have asked for. Would definitely book again!

I appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were included. Bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need and there was detergent for the washer too

Jim’s home is lovely and tranquil. To look at the beautiful ash creek every day with the wonderful wildlife was amazing. The inside of the home was very well appointed … excellent attention to detail in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable and cozy !!

Don't walk run and book your stay here. I mean wow! Mary's place is unbelievably beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, peaceful and very private. She has everything you need and then some. I'm so glad I picked this place to spend my 50th. You will not regret it. Thank You Mary🫶🏻

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Great find in Westport! Walking distance to main street with shops & restaurants. Didn't realize that someone lived in the unit below until we saw the check-in instructions but it was totally fine/you didn't even notice it during the stay.

Very nice setup for two couples, a baby, and a dog - could spread out with bedrooms and full bathrooms on each floor. Comfortable space with amenities you'd want while traveling with a dog and a baby (fenced in yard, laundry, etc). Very walkable to all the shops & restaurants in town, and easy drives to wineries & breweries. The only drawback was that it was close to a fire station and the sirens woke the baby from a nap.

Marta’s place was the perfect getaway for my family. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was huge with high end appliances, and the yard was a dream for our young dog. Lovely surroundings in the woods but close to town for shopping and restaurants. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I stayed at Ashton's place by myself on a visit to see my parents, who also live in Springs. It was everything I could have hoped for. So peaceful, and such a beautiful space. Amazing high ceilings and natural light. The yard is gorgeous, so I can only imagine how lovely it is when the weather is warm. Ashton himself is very responsive and accommodating. I was sad to leave!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

It was so nice to return to this place during a visit with my family in Connecticut. As always, it was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen each night.

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

We come to Montauk often & loved this spot. Walkable & convenient to town plus a beach pass. The accommodation had plenty of space for a family with convenient parking. Highly recommend!

Lovely old farmhouse with beautiful fields, easy access to Middlebury, Southbury, Woodbury town centers. Animals are adorable.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

The place was very clean and cozy and warm. We had such a lovely stay watching the snow fall outside. The kitchen was great for cooking. Saverio was so kind and helpful when our car got stuck in the snow. Would definitely come back!

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

Marina was so kind to us during our stay! Beautiful little weekend getaway and the place was so clean and cozy. We came all the way from Brooklyn and we will absolutely be back again!
