虽然是第一次来泰国来清迈，在平台上找房子的时候就被老周家吸引了，尽管离城有些距离，我们没租车，但很想离开城市，到乡村生活几天。需要一点时间来adjust从城到村生活和心境，开始不习惯，后来早上动物开大会也能睡着不醒。叫grab去各地都很容易，去了早市买菜买水果，路边摊买烤鸡，不想做饭也可以grab点外卖。老周是本地通，把我们当朋友招待。总之，要放下自己的各种习惯，才能体会自然。那只猫特别逗，喜欢坐窗外的墙头哇哇叫，我隔着纱窗和它说话，它就傻在那儿。我喜欢住民宿体验不同，许久以后也能回忆起来许多许多。

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

是一座很大的别墅，工作人员很多，服务态度特别好，都很热情，因为是中国新年，还送了我们水果，中途孩子突发疾病，还赠送鲜花送到医院。临走时还为每个人做了芒果糯米饭。过程当中服务都非常及时。你不需要担心任何事情，他们都会协助解决。厨房很大，我们可以自己做饭，还有工人帮忙洗菜洗碗，非常推荐。

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was great for the kids! Location was close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Pop und Ian sind sehr besondere und beindruckende Gastgeber. Ihnen gelingt das Kunststück, sowohl hoch professionell als auch warmherzig und familiär zu sein. Garten und Pool sind einfach paradisisch - man merkt an jedem Detail, dass es sich hier um zwei Menschen mit viel Stil und großem ästhetischem Anspruch handelt.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

You should know that there is almost no sun and the pool is in the shade. So after 4 days they moved us to Hill view villa where the sun shines all day long. The staff and specially Pen is amazing. You get to choose the breakfest everyday, house and pool are also cleaned everyday. It’s quite far from center city, but close by is lots of things to do and a great restaurant. Pen makes sure that you get to enjoy your holiday and you are happy. So I highly recommend Mae Rim Grace

ผมและครอบครัวมาพักผ่อนที่แม่ริมเกรซเป็นบ้านที่หลังใหญ่มากการตกแต่งสวยงามดีผมจองHill View Villa ไม่คิดว่าบรรยากาศจะดีแบบนี้เงียบและเป็นส่วนตัวดีมีอาหารเช้าจากพ่อครัวและพนักงานมาเตรียมให้อาหารอร่อยครับเด็กๆชอบกันมากและเล่นน้ำกันทั้งวันสระน้ำก็สะอาดดีโดยรวมแล้วให้คะแนนเต็มครับประทับใจครับไม่วุ่นวายกับใครบ้านเป็นหลังๆแยกกันพักจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆให้มาพักที่นี่ครับ

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .
