入住时间2024年12月22日-28日 带妈妈和孩子一起来的 用google map按这个地址导航直接可以到。 JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand 位置在郊区，适合自己开车去。打车也可以，早高峰的时候需要多叫几次，提前30-40分钟叫车会好一些，这里特别适合需要比较安静环境的人，其实哪也不用去，就住在这里就很放松，其实当时有些邻居就是这样的。 这里的负责人村长大叔是当地人，特别真诚、热情、善良，虽然听不懂英语，但是会准备翻译机，也建议大家手机里自己下一个翻译软件，在泰国非常有用。苹果手机用自带的就可以，我用的就是这个。 房子非常漂亮，和照片一样，village里有一个小的公共游泳池，水不深，最后一天，中午马上退房了才带孩子玩儿了一会儿，刚下水有点儿凉，完全下去后就一点也不凉了，而且也有阳光，拍照也很好看。 虽然没见过房东本人，但是沟通很顺畅，响应也很快，是个值得去住的好地方。 亲自验证，没有踩坑，值得推荐。 Check-in time was from December 22nd to 28th, 2024. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

前有稻田背靠小溪的可愛小屋，未抵達前有點擔心會不會在田中央，前不著村後不著店的。但其實就在大馬路轉個彎就到了，附近也有7-11和一些小吃店。實際位置也就在機場/baan kang wat方向再往南一些，距離清邁老城鬧區也不算太遙遠，有開車很方便，還可以沿路看看觀光區外當地人的真實生活景色！ Host是台灣人，溝通上完全無障礙，線上提供了很多協助。空間乾淨簡單又有很多喜歡的小細節，沙發上一眼愛上想偷走的老布 😆 草席上矮矮的小茶几一角放上藤籃和茶具，窗邊木桌上整套手沖咖啡工具加上小巧音響，音響對於獨居旅客降低空曠黑暗的恐懼幫助極大，還有不知道該怎麼說就覺得配置很好的燈光設計！ 基本配置很貼心完整，親膚乾淨的床組和好睡的枕頭，露台的小廚房也有烤箱/微波爐及廚具可自行使用，這次一個人旅行時間也不充足沒有使用到，若是團體旅行感覺夜晚一起在露台吃火鍋或喝酒一定很棒。 獨旅女子準備了啤酒和餅乾，在客廳放著音樂享受了放鬆舒適的一晚，有機會一定還要來！

nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux en compagnie de yuri et bom qui sont des hôtes fantastiques dans leur accueil, leur disponibilité et l'attention qu'ils portent à leurs invités. je ne vais pas répéter tout les commentaires positifs précédemment écrits mais seulement remercier chaleureusement des gens avec qui j'aurais aimé pousser les conversations à un niveau plus complexe si nous avions partagé la même langue.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The land , the pub , the tour, and most definitely the food, all of it was great. Fonne was very accommodating. She made sure we had all we needed and then some. Everyone there was friendly. We were sad to leave and have already taked about going back. Do not hesitate, this is the place to stay.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

四个姐妹的旅行，两居室温馨干净方便，旁边就是泰北最大的商场。不在飞机航道上 很安静 小区安保特好。住了五天很开心

We had a great stay at Jeab's place. The apartment is small as we fully expected but the pool more than made up for it. Its a beautiful building. Jeab was very quick to communicate and super helpful.

Second time we’ve stayed with Geoff and Yumi. There is no downside to staying with them. Lovely couple and beautiful place to stay 🙏 thank you to the two of you

Mameaw's place was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is located very close to the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The complex also boasts amazing amenities, including a gym, multiple pools, a co-working space, fast internet, and so much more. Mameaw was an incredibly thoughtful host. She always responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend staying at Mameaw's place – it's a fantastic option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and unforgettable experience. We would give 6 stars if we could!!!

정말 탁월한 선택이었습니다! 외곽에 있는 숙소를 취소하고 예약한 숙소인데 정말 좋았어요. 아이들은 수영장을 가장 좋아했고, 어른들은 깔끔한 숙소 상태를 좋아했습니다. 호텔이 아니라 리셉션이 없었지만 아무런 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고, 집처럼 주방도구, 세탁시설도 있어서 편했습니다. 호스트와 연락도 불편함없이 나눴습니다. 근처에 빅씨마트와 야시장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이를 다시온다면 새로운곳을 도전하지않고 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

Such a great place! The pool especially and facilities were excellent. The room was really clean and has everything you need. The location is close to lots of things! Easy to call a grab and wait in the lobby.

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

a little bit pricey, but worth it with great location. highly recommended with motorcycle. you can go tanin market, tops chotana supermarket and maya in 10 minutes with motorcycle.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

짱.... 수영장 물이 너무 차가운 것 빼고 다 좋아요 카드키로 출입할 수 있어서 보안이 좋음. 메인거리가 숙소와 멀지 않아 안심하고 밤에도 다닐 수 있고 배달 픽업하는 존이 마련됨. 이륙동선이라 시끄러운건 감안해야 함 (전 귀마개 챙겨서 꿀잠 잤음) 원님만 마켓이랑 마야몰 가까움 진짜 가까움. 아 그리고 스마트티비라서 티비로 유튜브, 넷플, 디즈니 등등 볼 수 있음. 욕조 있음! 샤워부스도 있음 너무 편안하게 숙박하고 갑니다~~

바로 옆에 센트럴 백화점이 있고, 콘도 내부에 수영장과 헬스장이 있어 멀리 나가지 않아도 대부분의 인프라가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 장기 숙박을 하시는 분들께 추천합니다.
