Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

My stay at Cyril's place for a month was great :). It's a lovely Thai style house right next to the huge green lot and you can hear birds chirping throughout the day. So peaceful even though being very close to Old Town and Nimman where a lot things happening, as well as to Santitham with cheap local eatery and markets. This location is one of the very best in Chiang Mai.

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

A great, luxurious amenities and value are all included in this conveniently located GEM. In addition, the beautiful greenery view from both bedroom and living room is also excellent. Probably the best location in Chiang Mai to stay. The host is also very good, accommodating and responsive promptly if any help is needed. However with this being said, the bedroom(bed) needs serious up keep. The sheets and mattress covers are urgently needed. The mattress coil is hitting the body due to there is no mattress cover which would help to feel more comfortable. Kitchen needs more basic necessities like spoon( it’s got 2-3 tea spoons)extra plate. This beautiful condo will be so much so to be desired if those needs are upgraded.

Supachok's place is very convenient, clean and well-decorated. The place is very comfortable. It has everything we needed. It's definitely wort the price. Highly recommended

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was truly our “Home Away from Home.” The house was beautiful, private, quiet and we had everything we needed for our stay. Ae and all of her staff are very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and to offer help if needed. I highly recommend this listing to anyone and encourage you to also take a cooking class from Ae while you are there.

I loved my stay here! It was spacious and bright with natural light. The bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in Thailand and the smoking area outside was a really nice touch! I felt so at home and comfortable here it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Great and responsive host as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nimit House 7 was an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, and it’s an easy walk right across the canal to old town. We adored the private yard and balcony. We also really appreciated the easy availability of a filtered water tap with cold pitchers in the fridge. As with many places in the area, I would recommend purchasing a little mosquito spray if you tend to be sensitive to them! There’s a convenience store right around the corner where you can get that and anything else you may need. Nook Cafe right on the corner is a great little place for breakfast and coffee, and there’s a dispensary on this street too if that’s your thing. Overall this home was so very comfortable and beautiful. Thanks so much to Jane for a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Chiang Mai!

我们在清迈度过了美好的时光，房子很干净舒适，有个美丽的院子，我们可以运动，鸟语花香，房东非常热心和乐于助人，因为飞机晚点，我们到达清迈已经晚上11点，房东来机场接我们，返程是早班机，清早房东送我们。热心地给我们推荐好玩的地方，并且开车送我们过去。非常感谢她的帮助。 下次来清迈还会入住这里。

This was honestly hands down the BEST Airbnb accommodation I’ve stayed in my life from all the travels I’ve been to different parts of the world & also the best in Chiang Mai! The home was super cosy & it felt so comforting entering the home to feel right at home. There were plenty of amenities available & the place was walkable to a lot of places in the area & it was right in the Central Area of Chiang Mai. Host was very responsive & helpful & gave us recommendations as well! Check-in was smooth & easy with clear instructions, parking on-site & overall it was an amazing experience! We almost didn’t want to leave the Airbnb just because of how comfortable everything was! 11/10 would recommend!

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

머무는 동안 행복했습니다. 집처럼 편안하면서 평소집에서 누릴수 없던 평화로운뷰와 테라스를 갖고있어요. 도보로 원님만과 마야 주변 다 가기편했고 택시도 잘잡힙니다. 무엇보다 집에서 편하게 세탁기돌리는게 좋았어요! 다시또오고싶어요. 호스트는 항상 빠르게 답장을해주어서 소통하는데 문제가 없었습니다. 침대는 퀸으로 안내받았지만 킹인거같아요 정말 컸어요. 편안했습니다.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Kate and Max were some of the kindest most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure to stay with in my years renting through Airbnb. They made my partner and I feel like family, and were very attentive to all of our needs while we stayed. We stayed here a month and our only regret was that we could not stay longer! The condo itself feels open, luxurious, and matches the pictures exactly. You can really tell that the decor, art, and appliances have been curated with care. The location is conveniently close to the Maya shopping mall and popular Nimman neighborhood. It has a more local vibe than the old city (which is 10-15 minutes away via taxi), and there are numerous delicious and affordable food options nearby. The internet is fast and worked great for me as a remote worker. I hope to be back soon so I can stay here again!
