We had a fantastic time at this place! The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing or swimming all day long. The water was clean and refreshing. The rooms were spotless – well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. It’s very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secured parking for cars was a big plus! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we all had so much fun. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with great amenities! Will definitely be back!

The place is good place especially for Family🥰 Clean and comfortable

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

Positive things: 1. Felt at home right away. 2. Great and clean pool. The kids love the bubbles and small fountain. The titos were very happy to play the billiard table. The titas appreciate the dining/center table concept. 3. Place is near sari-sari store, alfamart. 4. Ada is on point in terms of reminding us what to bring. 5. 2 rooms really spacious. We were not able to maximize all the beds. Felt like they can accommodate more #of pax (well at least if you’re family and comfortable to sleep 2pax in one single bed). 6. They provide toothbrush, bathroom tissue, towels, ice, water, which is a plus plus for us. Points for improvement. 1. Make sure to do pest control day before guest arrival. In our case, there were alot (like less than 10) of cockroaches (majority cr area). We even bought baygon. Overall, I still recommend this place. Thank you Ada, and to Sir Fred and Mam Linda for making sure we feel at home.

This is our second time booking in Casa Rosenda and again, it did not disappoint! The place had a large open area that fit 6 cars (you can also use this area to do outdoor activities), the pool was just right, and the amenities were all complete. Place was very spacious and also we felt comfortable laughing out loud (we were a group of 15) because the place was pretty private. 100/100 will recommend! Would like to commend the caretaker of the place. She was always very responsive and even went out of her way to provide us towels even if it was already late. Something that guests must note though, that you do have to make sure you've done your groceries before coming here. Groceries are not walkable... but we did see some tricycles that can take you to groceries.

Loved our 3 day stay at Tatiana’s place. We instantly felt at home and the house was comfortable for 4 pax. The house was easy to find and located in a secure subdivision. House was clean and matched the description and pictures. Would stay here again.

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

The place allowed us to have a comfortable stay and had all the essentials for an overnight trip. Suggest to just add hangers inside the cabinet and a non-slip bath mat inside the bathroom. One tiny detail I wish that could be reconsidered is having plastic cover on the mattress underneath the bedsheet. But linens and bath towels smelled freshly laundered, which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience here!

Being a corner lot, it adds a touch of exclusivity, and the beautifully maintained garden enhances its charm. It was a short notice that my mom will be visiting me here in Pampanga and will spend the New Year with me. I immediately booked AirBnB and lucky enough, I was able to find this place. My mom told me that it seems that they are just at home because of the vibes of the unit. Will definitely book again in this place!

We stayed 2 weeks, 3 adults and 2 children. we had a lovely time at this house. We felt right at home. The place was modern and impeccably clean. There are 2 care takers on site who were so kind and helpful. The house and yard are secured within walls so each time we left in our car the care taker would open the gates upon departure and arrival which was very helpful. There's a full size washer and dryer on site which restaurant was super helpful. Dishes, cups, and utensils were provided. You do need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, which seems common in the area. There's a filtered drinking water dispenser, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. There's a restaurant next door which was nice for a quick meal but also had karaoke late onto the night which was hard for me and my kids to sleep. The owner did as much as possible to communicate the need to keep the volume down but it is out of their control. I only mention this so light sleepers are aware.

It has been our 5th time staying in this property, last was 2 years ago and we missed the place, looks better and well maintained. As usual check in and our stay has been great. will definitely stay at this house again

The place was awesome esp its amenities including pool, pickleball/badminton court. I commend the caretaker and her husband, they were very nice and attended to our needs. Swimming pool was cleaned every morning! For a big place, they are really doing an excellent job maintaining the property.

Super super super bait ni Miss Jen! It was our 2nd stay at her space and as usual, she's very responsive and accommodating. Please is ALWAYS clean and complete ang kitchen stuffs. Will be coming back again for sure!
