Thanks for the wonderful stay. We are all happy with the place and naenjoy namin ung automatic mahjong and theatre room. Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Our family had a great time at Annabelle’s place. It was clean and Jhosel (onsite contact) was there to meet us when we arrived. It greatly helped that WIFI connection is very good since mobile phones can get only 1-2 bars signal in the area. View from the top unit is very nice, my family loved it. Thanks again Annabelle, we will definitely keep your place in mind in the future.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was cozy, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The cool weather made it even more relaxing. Perfect for a peaceful getaway! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

Elaren is an idyllic place for rest, relaxation and bonding with your best loves. We loved the cozy corners and homey interiors. The separate kitchen helped make meal prep very efficient with minimal cooking odor in the dining and bedroom areas. There was just leaking in the upstairs bath out onto the toilet floor. The floor rugs were always soaked and cold. Hope this can be fixed. Also, there were stray dogs which just wouldn’t leave. I was worried they might wander into the kitchen and dining areas The guests from the neighboring property parked in our slots. Apparently they got lost and wandered into the place we were renting. Perhaps this calls for better directional signages. Thanks to Cynthia for making everything easy and allowing an exception for early check in and late checkout. Orly, the caretaker, is especially helpful. He got the rooms, pool and bonfire ready for us. His service was invaluable. We loved the place and the people. Looking forward to return soon!

We spent our New Year’s Eve here, and it was perfect! The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and fireworks. Dino is responsive and helpful. Ate Bituin is friendly and she helps me a lot with the parking lot. overall experience here is amazing and the Taal overlooking is so cool. i just need the blanket to be thick. the bathroom smells really good. thanks Dino for allowing me to check in early with no extra charges. Thanks Ms Marichu for letting us stay in your unit. We had a relaxing stay. It looked the same as in the photos. We enjoyed lounging in the veranda with the tagaytay weather.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

We celebrated the new year here, and it was the best one yet. We will definitely go back again. We are grateful to Sir Nelwin and to caretaker who looked after us while we were there.

Great deal! As a long-time F.R.I.E.N.D.S. fan, I loved the orange couch and themed decor—it felt like Central Perk! The flatscreen TV across the bed and fast WiFi were great. I enjoyed the balcony with a table set, perfect for a city skyline view with some greenery (big nature lover here!). The shower heater, bidet, hair blower, and thoughtful touches like cotton and cotton buds were appreciated. While you can’t cook, there’s a kettle for coffee and a microwave for reheating food you bought outside. The caretaker was kind and helpful while respecting our privacy. The only downside was a wet rug smell when we arrived, likely from cleaning materials like the mop, but it aired out after a few hours. It’s also near grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops—very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located Airbnb with fun F.R.I.E.N.D.S. vibes!

Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. Her hospitality made our experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Baron’s place. The unit is big enough to fit our family of 7 and we feel like it could fit more. Ate Rowena was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to Baron’s place next time. Thank you!

We stayed for a couple of nights with our family of four and had a great time. The kids loved the bunk beds. A parking space was easily arranged and the flat made a great home base for activity around Tagaytay.

Awesome 4-night staycation in a spacious corner unit! Loved the extra room and all the natural light. Plus, free parking was a lifesaver. Super accessible location, made exploring easy. Just relaxed and enjoyed the chill vibes. Highly recommend!
