We had a fabulous holiday in Alcudia old town at George and Lisa’s Airbnb. The house was perfect for us, being in a very quiet area, but a mere 2 minutes walk into the centre of Alcudia old town, which is delightful. It was spotlessly clean, and Lisa had left several little welcoming treats. Prior to our arrival I had let Lisa know that we were keen walkers and birdwatchers. On arrival, she had prepared a map of the area with her favourite walks marked (many of which we followed), and she also gave us a leaflet with all the local bird hotspots which was extremely valuable for us. We used that as a basis for our holiday activities! She also recommended a little swimming cove along one of the walks which was fabulous. The house itself is on 4 floors, so a certain level of fitness is required! Thank you so much George and Lisa, for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful spot.

Super dejlig beliggenhed og bolig tæt på motorvej og Palma, så let at komme på udflugt og besøge byen. Meget roligt og uturisted område og skøn bolig med smukkeste udsigt og autentisk og stilfuld indretning. Imødekommende og hjælpfuld vært. Vil til enhver tid booke denne bolig igen☺️

Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ausstattung war überschaubar, reichte für 5 Personen aber völlig aus. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei dir Aakash bedanken für das super Haus und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen! Beste Grüße aus Norddeutschland Jonas and Friends :)

Ca sa padrina és un allotjament preciós on et pots sentir com a casa. Som una família amb dos nens de 6 i 8 anys i els ha encantat poder dormir sols en una habitació (queda una mica separada de l'altra habitació, però hi ha un sofà llit per si de cas). És una casa de poble en un vilatge molt tranquil. Està molt ben situat perquè ets a 30 minuts de molts llocs interessants que volíem veure. A nosaltres ens ha anat perfecte. La casa té de tot i la Joana respon ràpidament davant de qualsevol dubte. Si podem, hi tornarem!

La casa de Jenny fue el lugar perfecto para reunir a la familia y compartir unas vacaciones hermosas! Es una vivienda con todos los detalles, muy comoda, bien ubicada, decoracion de muy buen gusto. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar super bien y mucha calidez. Quisieramos volver! La recomiendo sin dudarlo! Gracias, Jenny!

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viele Extras und Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat mit dem beidseitigen Meerblick eine tolle Lage und es war sehr ruhig dort.

Wir waren im Oktober zu viert in der süßen Wohnung von Jaume. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Außenbereich hat uns die Herbstsonne Mallorcas genießen lassen. Antonia war immer schnell erreichbar für unsere Fragen und hat uns stets super freundlich geholfen, uns auch proaktiv bspw hinsichtlich des Wetters (Unwetterwarnung) Bescheid gegeben. Man kann auf dem Grundstück parken, so dass eine lästige Parkplatzsuche entfällt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Danke!

Trés bel appartement, décoré avec gout,tres propre et spacieux. Un peu loin du centre ville:20 mn à pied. Pas de climatisation en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Location, Location, Location. Denna pärla har en perfekt plats. Boendet är mycket bekvämt och otroligt vackert, vi älskade terassen! Omsorgsfullt inrett, vackra toner och hemtrevligt. Man känner sig direkt väldigt lugn och man trivs. Gångavstånd till restauranger, matbutik, busshållsplats. Vackra promenader och utsikter åt alla håll. Kan varmt rekommendera detta paradis. Alla frågor besvarades snabbt och här finns allt för familjen på boendet.

We spent 9 lovely days in Fornalutx. The appartment was ideal in terms of comfort and location and Neil and Julie were perfect hosts. The appartment was well equipped for a holiday stay and lovely and warm for the March weather. The village is beautiful and there lots of places to eat and some amazing hiking trails on the doorstep. Couldn’t recommend it enough

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in December. It was conveniently located, walking distance to one of the best sand beaches and within a little over an hour drive to all parts of the island. Easy free parking on the street. Well equipped and tastefully decorated, bright space during the day and good blinds for the night. A wonderful roof deck where we enjoyed the winter sun. Heating worked well for the cold nights but the sun heated the space during the day. Very good communication with the host, proactive and prompt. Overall a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the harbor. There is a private parking lot and a pool with lots of chairs. It’s less than a kilometer to Port de Soller with shops and restaurants. We were in town for the UTMB Mallorca race and it is a short downhill walk to the buses to go to the start and the finish is in Port de Soller. Perfect location. We didn’t meet Maria but she was very friendly and helpful with her texts.

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in Cala D‘or. 4 große Schlafzimmer, großer Wohn- und Essraum, schöner Balkon und sehr große Dachterasse. Es gibt Sachen für den Strand wie Poolnudeln, Luftmatratze etc. von vergangenen Mietern. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht zum kochen. Wir wurden mit einen kleinem Korb mit Brot etc. begrüßt. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Haben noch nie so einen schönen Ausblick gehabt. In direkter Nähe ist das belebte Cala D‘or Viertel mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Kinderpark mit kleinen Attraktionen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Man hat Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück der Wohnanlage. Vor der Wohnung ist man direkt an den Klippen von Cala Ferrera. Man kann von den Klippen direkt ins Wasser. Gemeinschaftspool vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine ist von Nespresso Dolce Gusto. Handtücher in den Badezimmern zum Duschen ausreichend vorhanden. alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter und konnten die schöne Terrasse nicht nutzen. Das Bett war besonders gut 👍 Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Grüße Karin und Ralf

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Alles ist vorhanden und die technischen Geräte sind Top Top. Wir haben die beiden Terrassen und die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Ralf und Frank, dass ihr so viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt habt und sie vermietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku, ocenili jsme možnost samoobslužného přístupu, měli jsme velké zpoždění příletu a na místo jsme dorazili až kolem pulnoci. instrukce byly jasné a přesné. Parkování hned před domem, moře na dohled, obchody pár min. chůze.Nejvice jsme si užili 3hod. projížďku po plážích na koních, ranč je opravdu blízko a koně milujeme. Diky za splněný sen.

Such a perfect spot right by the beach! Had such a lovely time. My only complaint (and this is definitely mostly personal preference and the fact that I’m pregnant) is that the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable for me. Everything else was wonderful!

we've been here for the second time and we enjoyed every moment. the bed is comfy and th Kitchen has everthing you need for home cooking, even some spices and Coffee. we loved the two balconies. over all, a great place to escape for a few days

We had a wonderful stay at Nina's place! Nina was super helpful sending us instructions and answering our questions. The apartment is lovely and clean and bright and has a gorgeous terrace, and it's only a short stroll into town. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials like oil + salt which is a very small thing but makes such a difference! We would recommend staying here 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s accommodation. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend this place!
