Love the open floor plan, the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, super cute picnic table out front, chairs and tables out back with a fire pit. The best part was in the evenings, the sunset was absolutely beautiful!

The site is beautiful. Walking trails and next to the cafe which has amazing food! It’s in the middle of Mena and Waldron so expect to drive 25-30 to town. But if you’re looking for an affordable place thats clean and an amazing host then look no further. There are also nearby ATV and jeep trails. Lots of fishing places and recreation sites in the forest/mountains. And the views!!! Absolutely stunning. We went for a wedding and had 8 people with us. It was an amazing stay!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful. We were in town to attend an ATU football game. Great location for that. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing. Billie Ann was a great host. Very thoughtful and communicative. Hope to stay again sometime.

susans place is awesome. you won't be disappointed with either of her cabins. if you want more secluded, opt for the whitetail cabin as it is farther off the road and has a more secluded backyard. the bear was beautiful and we had no complaints. we will be staying here again. we even had people in our group with the fifth wheel hookup. So we had all three of her places booked. plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking.

we really enjoyed our visit. It was quiet and private. Our son went fishing in the pond and caught a small fish very quickly. We brought our Aussie and she loved running around

We’ve stayed at three different properties, with Nathan as our host. All of those are pet friendly places making our stay so much easier. Usually, we are in town two to three weeks. Each home is predictable that it will be clean, in a desirable location, and well stocked/maintained. He’s very responsive to any and all inquiries. Checking in or out is a breeze and twice we’ve extended our stay. The homes he hosts will not disappoint. My husband and I will always check with him first before booking. A wonderful experience and we have three children, 6 grandchildren and great great who are always in and out during our stays. Excellent hospitality.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Great WiFi. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was everything and more as described. The house has great A/C, strong water pressure, soft beds, and the host was very thoughtful in providing cleaning supplies. The outside was the star of the show. There was plenty of room to go fishing from the bank, as well as a boat dock, which we used to fish from. It rained one day, and we were still able to fish under the awning of the dock. Big yard for kids to play and run about. There was a very nice area to have a fire, but unfortunately, there was a burn ban, and we were unable to take advantage of it. The host had a quick response to a question we had for the nearest boat ramp. Looking forward to staying here again.
