Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!

Свой собственный бассейн это как каждодневное развлечение. Пляж находится сразу возле двора. Завтраки сделанные Dulanga просто восхитительны. Salt Villa was exactly as described. Couldn’t be closer to the beach with its own private entrance, you literally have the beach to yourself most of the time!! There was some feedback in previous reviews about traffic noise from the main road but to be honest the sound of the waves just blocks this out and it didn’t disturb us at all. The villa itself is in great condition, beds were super comfy and it was by far the best sleep any of us had during our trip in Sri Lanka. Lastly the staff, led by Sandy could not be more accommodating. Always there to help no matter how big or small and just added to the experience of staying here. Julius himself is a fantastic host who responds quickly to any questions and was very flexible with us during our particular stay. We will 100% be back to stay here again!

We made a last-minute booking, but everything was very well organized. Podi communicated excellently and provided a clear and detailed description of the place upon our arrival. We especially loved the kitchen and its well-equipped setup, and we truly enjoyed the space as if it were our own home. Highly recommended for long stays and groups!

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

We had a great time with our 2 year old son. Highlights were the time we spent in the pool and complimentary breakfast on both days. The host and caretakers took extra care and got the swimming pool on both days.

Our stay at Villa 171 in Aluthgama was nothing short of amazing. The property is a lovely retreat with all the amenities you could wish for and impeccably maintained. What truly made our visit unforgettable, however, was the warmth and generosity of our hosts. Shashika was not only incredibly helpful but also inspired us with his fascinating travel stories. Even more special was his brother, Babi—a genuine gem. From lending us a scooty and guiding us through mangrove trips and snorkeling adventures to assisting us in picking out thoughtful gifts for our families, Babi went above and beyond, making us feel like part of the family. We left Sri Lanka with hearts full of gratitude and fond memories, and we’re already planning our next visit just to reconnect with these wonderful hosts and experience the magic of Villa 171 again. Back in India, we miss you both dearly—please come visit us, and let us have the honor of hosting you next time!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne woche am sauberen ruhigen strand. Sind jede nacht mit dem rauschen der wellen eingeschlafen. Das frühstück konnten wir uns auf nachfrage individuel zusammen stellen lassen. Uns wurde mit salz, pfeffer und öl zum kochen ausgeholfen. Sowie mit zusätzliches datenvolumen für das wlan. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben die zeit dort sehr genossen!!! Karo und thorge

My stay at the villa was lovely. The garden and lake view are even more beautiful in person than in pictures. I spent many hours on the porch, mesmerized by the wildlife - peacocks, chipmunks, monkeys, birds, and butterflies. The villa offers complete privacy, nestled in a tranquil and serene part of the jungle, perfect for relaxation. Nilendra was an exceptional host, very kind, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any request. Thank you, Nilendra, for making this stay so easy. This place is truly a hidden gem.
